This recovery is compiled from official omnirom source . It was compiled as part of my ongoing effort to compile CM11 for this device, and I used @nikhil16242 source to modify BoardConfig to compile recovery together with the ROM as an option. It has SELinux support, so it can properly flash ROMs that require it - which is primary reason for starting this. Only this commit has been partially modified because of reboot functions in recovery do not work on golfu. It should properly install any ROM, including KitKat and Lollipop ROMs.
2014/6/26
- recovery built with CM 12.1 and unpatched TWRP tree. for the first time. Now using the default init.recovery.rc, using additional init.recovery.golfu.rc file with just rmt_storage service, which solves reboots.
2014/03/27
- switched TWRP to 5.1 branch, CM11 to nightly again, fixed reboot for golfu in TWRP code (twrp-functions.cpp) and since CM11 now includes uncrypt, fixed compiling
- TWRP now includes F2Fs support, and since CM12.0 supports any partiton layot, now full F2FS ROM is possible

Updated the post. I tried that theme, and it was working in 2.8.1.0.
EDIT: theme/ folder with ui.zip should be in TWRP folder in emmc/ - as TWRP considers it primary. Material is working, tested.

shows size of 5.7 MB and yours one is 6.5 MB whats the different or why this size differs.

Probably the kernel compression is different. This one has GZip. I am almost certain that official TWRP has no SELinux support, as 2.8.1.0 official did not have it.

Can you rebase this twrp by rectifying the issues with the stock ROM. Push the fixes to the twrp gerrit so that all issues are fixed. Twrp will woek Even with 4.9 kernels like lineageOs. This is bases on 3.18 using Daniels sources right?

Wow...another well known recovery for X2, that too official...thanks and keep it up

I was using PBRP-phoenix-3.0.0-20201107-0053-BETA till now, It was perfectly fine
and today flashed PBRP-phoenix-3.1.0-20210328-1919-OFFICIAL it also working great.
Not faced any problem till now.

Sorry to say, but I have dropped the support for all the recoverys for x2,
It was quite fun for me, thankyou all for supporting me

So is this a discontinued project now, and has official support been dropped?
