hi guys
when i lock the phone Telegram application notification works good till 5 minutes ,after that it seems telegram stop working and the phone doesn't receive any message ( no vibrate no ringing no notification light) . SMS notification and gmail notification work good .
if i unlock the screen again telegram receive all messages without problem .
how i can solve this?

There is a setting that puts apps to sleep when the screen is turned off. Open the phone manager app and look for it.

my wi-fi setting is set on keep wi-fi on when sleeping and in lock screen clean up apps i set the telegram and other social network application on don't close.
but the problem is still there, its really confusing !!!
I had same problem with my G8 and after system update the problem has been solved .

It would appear that my data disconnects when the phone is locked or asleep.
I have set the Wifi policy to never sleep and that works fine, however when I am out of Wifi range then I am obviously using 2G/3G data.
I have the phone set to use 2G only.
The problem seems intermittent, which is the worst part. So sometimes I will unlock the phone and then all of a sudden my emails/updates will come through.
Other times when the screen is off I hear my notification tone for chats, emails etc.
I had this problem on all the software version I've had on the phone.

It seems to me that you have no problem. You can't in theory make your phone be on line like all the time. That's why they came up with the push notification system so you wouldn't have to be on line all the time. With te push system your phone will automatically download your notifications once you get them. So it seem to me that the most you can do is to go app by app to set a lower range of time to update. But also notice that by doing that your battery will run out faster and you data will increase. And at least to me doesn't seem like worth it just for not getting my facebook notifications 8 minutes latter

I understand what you are saying, but sometimes I will be busy working or something and an email has been sitting there for 2 hours. And I will only receive it on my phone when i decide to unlock it.
Same goes for Google talk and other Apps.
What I have noticed is that the upload, download arrows only appear on the 2g icon a couple of seconds after I unlock and then the emails etc start coming in.
But other times the arrows will be there. So it is somewhat intermittent
Do you by any chance use Droidwall or Green Power or any other app to block internet connections or improve battery life?

Nope. I have never used such Apps. And it has been a problem on all firmware versions.
Perhaps it is my service provider? :-(

I had a problem with whatsapp on the Galaxy Note which just had a crash and loses a day worth of messages. This happen to be the 2nd time in 3 month since I've updated the Note to JB..
Wondering if anyone may able to help on this? Does this problem related to JB ROM? Anyone experience this problem before?

this is the problem of whats app not JB. update your whats app from play store as they have fixed force close and crash bug on JB.

My only problerm with whatsapp is that the notification alert din't shown on my screen (off screen mode), I noticed when I'm in the group the notification will not be shown till I manually open the whatsapp, noticed the message was sent out by 5 or 10 mins earlier. Sometimes a single message also din't show till I open up the program. Already did the unistall and reinstall the app. Any clue one how to resolve this?

Galaxy Note doesn't have notification light (off screen mode). If you meant by the pop-up notification alert, sometime it will delayed the notification. If you may want try to use wifi for the internet, because with 3G (I never tried 4G) may not have a stable internet. Not stable internet = delayed messages in Whatsapp..
ANOTHER way that I've tried for delayed messages, try to switch network mode to WCDMA only at Settings>More Settings>Mobile Networks>Network Mode.

well, my whats app is working fine after the update. You should uninstall whats app, delete odex file and whats app folder from your sd card/ext sd card and then reboot and wipe dalvik cache and then reinstall
Got a strange problem since the last few days. I didn't really change anything, but:
My data connection seems to drop completely, when the phone is in standby. No WhatsApp oder E-Mail Notifications are incoming anymore. When I unlock the phone, everything seems normal - no new messages - nothing. When i THEN open up e.g. WhatsApp, several new messages are coming through. Same with mail.
Tested it with a friend. He sent me several WhatsApp-Messages and Mails. Non of them get through when phone is in standby. When I unlock it and enter WhatsApp or Mail, the messages appear. While he was sending me messages in WhatsApp, the icon next to the message indicates, that HIS message goes out, but wasn't successfully delivered to my phone...
Searched through every bit of phone setting. Stamina is OFF, Data Connection is set to always enabled.
Am on latest official 6.0.1 from Sony.

I think doze is on by default in MM
Have you added WhatsApp, Email apks in the exclude doze ?
settings/battery/battery optimisation
click apps and add the apks you want to stay awake.
restart
Edit: also check wif settings: Keep wfi on during sleep = Always
I'm not connected to wifi...

Greenify or Amplify?
All of these can interfere with data while sleep is on
Got Greenify and Amplify. In Greenify, WhatsApp & E-Mail are excluded. Amplify has standard settings.
What's strage is indeed: got 2 EXACT same Z3C's... with the EXACT same configs. The one Z3C is working like a charme ... the other one got these problems..
Hi guys , after Pie update my OP3t start to do a very strange problem , after long deep sleep normally when i go sleep the phone stop receiving network sim signal.
For example i go sleep when i woke up normally i have some sms and stuff and now zero! Only after i do a call i start to receive the sms and missing calls , i test in other phone and dont have problems and isnt sim card problem. This is annoying like crap , anyone have ideias ?
Sounds like you need a factory reset. Probably something that went wrong with converting app/service energy saving power states from previous Android version. Or alternative hunt down all sms related apps and clear app data for them and hope for the best.

That was the first stuff that i did , no luck the problem is there , did that 2 times , full reset . Normally major updates i do full reset due that ideia friend.

Hi. I have huawei watch gt2 and I have same problem. Every morning I see that they ale disconnected to each other in the app, but it says that Bluetooth is still connected... Sometimes I can't get is connectected, sometimes well. When I restart the phone it's already connected in the app and everything works good... Because of this issue sometimes I got no notifications on the watch. This phone sucks! Very expensive sh*t...
I'm using mi band 5 and no problems here at all. Whatever software you're using make sure it's got all the necessary permissions, autostart set to ON and battery saving turned off. Mi Fit is what I use.

I also have a watch gt2. You have to turn on huawei health notifications on the status bar and then the notifications arrive on the watch.

But my problem is that health app is disconnecting with watch sometimes but Bluetooth is still connected. Do you have also this problem?
