So my problem is that i wanted to root my Huawei Mate S, so I had to unlock the Bootloader.
It said that it was successful and unlocked, so I continued rooting, which seemed fine.
But then I got stuck in a bootload and I havent been able to access my phone ever since.
At first I was able to charge it, because the red LED was flashing, but nothing else happened.
Now I can´t do anything; If it´s connected to Power all it does is vibrating one short time, if I try to access Download- or Recovery-Mode, which means that its not detected by the PC...
Is there any way to fix it?
Thanks in advance.

But how am I suppossed to do so, if I can't access my phone at all ( no recovery-/ download-mode)and my computer won't recognize it being connected?
have you tried to charge the phone only via the pc usb port or did you use a wall charger? it wouldn't hurt to connect it to a wall charger and let it rest a few hours if you haven't done that yet. then try to connect it to the pc and to try turning it on either in recovery or fastboot mode.

I actually did use a wall charger, but I'm still not able to do anything...
I just don't understand why it is vibrating when I try to boot into recovery mode...
To me that means that the phone is not completely dead...
So no one actually hast an idea?

I will describe what programs showing because i have polish version and maybe you can't understand them:
When i'm trying to connect to pc companion when pc recognise phone i'm geting message PC companion could not connect with device disconnect device and try again
When trying do sof/hard reset nothing happens
When trying to pull in fastboot or flash mode pc recognise phone always the same in conrtol panel ZEUS FLASH device pc also recognise in thisa mode without battery and without pushing any buttons but i'm not geting any led Green or blue only when i'm conecting charger or usb cable WITHOUT battery it blinks red ones
When i'm trying to flash with flashtool or original update service when program is on screen asking me to connect the device i plug usb pc recognising the phone (usb connected device sound) but program doesn't start to flash or even recognise
i have also setool when i'm trying to flash by setool when program is waiting for device connecting bar is moving on down side of window when i connect the phone it is stoping like it tries to connect but nothing happens....
i was thinking to try this but i have cheked battery voltage and it is 3,88 so i thing it is fully charged:
Here are the steps I took successfully revise my phone from soft brick.
Let the phone charge (long long time = 4+ hrs) on wall charger.
Red light on (constantly - not flashing) - charge until red light off (again very long time =16+ hrs)
Unplug from wall
Run flashtool from PC and run flash .111 until it asks to put phone in flashmode
While hold volumn down and plug in USB
Red light will be back on, after a few seconds - flash will run.
Unplug USB then power on - phone will boot and die (it's okay don't worry)
Charge the phone again - after a while (or let it charge full), you can now turn on the phone.
That is all ... Back and running.
GOOD Luck.
Timing = could be different from phone to phone - depends on battery of the phone before it dead.
please do you have any idea? for me it hangs in some kind of boot mode and i don't know how to kick it fromthis and reflash if any screens can help please tell me i will do them

You have an xperia T, then how can you connect the phone to the PC WITHOUT a battery? It is not removable in the Xperia T!
Have you flashed anything to the device before this happened?

OK,
Yes thats true but it sounds similar to a problem I have come across before. But this happened when someone flashed the S1 update on the TX instead of the T.
Have you unistalled evrything android/sdk/adb related from your computer and started again.
Also, you can try another machine.
Are you on win8? That has issues with drivers from Sony.

I dont know where testpoint is on xperia T as we have never been down that road here.
Has he tried to use EMMA to flash something? That is meant only for unlocked bootloaders, maybe he has messed up with that, but I am onl guessing here and i cant really see why that would do anything to the boot...
Maybe he tried to flash it, dropped it, broke it, and thinks a software hack can help him....

Probably a hardware problem then....
I have had the same problem for a few weeks now. It started to fail occasionally and right now the usb won't work unless you reboot the phone. If i'm running out of battery, i must connect the charger and reboot for the phone to charge. And when the phone is charged, if I unplug the charger, the phone thinks it's still connected.... that is until you reboot again. It's a pain in the ass because also the phone wont go to deep sleep (ab8500 charger attached wakelock is keeping it awake at all times).
I was waiting for mi carrier (Movistar, Argentina) to update to Jelly Bean so i wouldn't need to downgrade (as i read some people experience CSC problems when downgrading) but I'm starting to grow impatient...
Same problem dude..
Hello.
I was installing different boot.img by Flashify app. Then I was asked to restart my phone, pressed the button and... nothing.
My phone doesn't turn on, LED doesn't blink while connected to adapter, phone is recognized as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008.
I'm 99% sure my phone is hardbricked, but I'm not going to lose it. If there are any possible solutions to recovery it, I'll risk to keep my phone alive (or dead).
Thanks for any response

If it is hard bricked then open the phone disconnect the battery and reconnect it..then use flashtool to flash a kernel with recovery and flash another rom..you should then be good to go!

All you have to do is put the phone in fastboot mode and use Flashtool to flash a stock kernel or the kernel for your ROM if you're on a Custom ROM, which is the first thing a repair shop will do if you tell them what you did and/or if they really are "experts". You should google how to put your phone in fastboot mode since I've already heard about several people saying they've ruined their phone when in fact they just have no idea how to put it into fastboot/flash mode properly.
If they manage to boot up the phone they will see that you've at the very least rooted your phone and installed apps that require root, so you might want to consider that.

I know, I'm just saying because, just as you, I've seen other people make threads because they say they can't do this and that, and then it turns out they just don't know what they are doing. You wouldn't be the first person who couldn't get into fastboot mode, when in fact, didn't know how to get into fastboot mode, which is why I reminded you, because if a Sony Service Center does in fact boot up your phone and see you have rooted, that might most likely void your warranty and you'd have to pay; so it's best if you really figure out if you actually know how to get into fastboot/flash mode.

NeoWave is based on Omnirom... not CM11.
Boot.img had to be installed by Flashtool or manually in bootloader mode.
The only way is to connect to PC pressing volume UP.
Power+volumeUP is a good way to reset a wrong kernel.
No sign from your phone? No blue light?
Have you tried to change usb cable? To change PC?
If there's no red light when you connect the recharger, it's a bad sign though

Sorry, my bad.
Haven't switched USB cable (I've got only one), but I'm sure it works because I've checked it on my secondary phone.
Tried to do it on PC and also on my laptop, both don't work.
And a really bad thing is that when I connect my phone to recharger there's no red light.

Perhaps you need to find a way to recharge your battery because it's to low for anything to happen?
Someone should inform the Flashify developer that his app bricks our phones.. Perhaps he can add some kind of device check to prevent this in future.

There are some chargers like that on the market.
The question is if you want to invest the money and give it a try.

Or just buy a new battery, which has always a little charge before installation.
A wrong kernel doesn't allow to recharge and the battery may discharge quickly, that's true, but the fact that after rebooting there was no sign is a very bad thing.
Maybe the battery was suddenly fried... who knows.. Yeah, give it a try.

Hi guys,
I think I have bricked my phone definetley. I did a couple of bad things. First I disconneted the usb cable while flashing with Odine, then, worse I closed odin and the phone went into emergency recovery mode. I tryed to use Smart Swithc to revoer it but it daoes not connect with th W10 Pc. The only thing I can do is to switch off using power and volume down but then it restart atutomatically and shws the emergency recovery screen. I have tryed all te uttons combinations found on the web, but the stubborn piece od hardware does not hear me, Is there someone that cne help me? I am close to use a hammer...
Hey there, when the phone is in emergency recovery mode, does it show up in Odin? If yes, you can try flashing the firmware again. It should work.
No, it does not. When i connect it to the pc I can hear the connetion sound and then immeditely after the disconnection. In other words it connects and then it disconnects on its own. This happens either if connect trough usb B or C. Thanks
