I hate not having some type of screen protector on my phone, and really didn't want to wait for better solutions. Whitedome was just too expensive and i tend to break protectors often. So i went a head and tried out loca glue with a clear glass protector. The glass protector had adhesive on the outter edges. prolly why i had a lil bit of bubbles on mines on the upper right. Came out not bad imo. Responsiveness is great.

I would be concerned with how hard that will be to remove :/

probably if you applied heat, the glue would melt, but depending on the glue of course. I am curious to know.
I would cover the earpiece with tape or something, really easy way to avoid getting loca glue in it.

Thanks to the info. Just completed my installation of a tempered glass with LOCA and used 70% Alcohol and worked wonders to remove excess.
Looks great, any dot matrix on the screen you used? hows the clarity?
I'm in the UK and have the Whitestone kit. It has one spare tube of glue. I assume you could use the kit with any clear tempered glass? Happy to sell it for £12 inc shipping in the UK. Paypal payment. First PM gets it.
If the tempered glass breaks how difficult is it to remove loca and the glass from the phone
Is there any video showing the process?
Anyone know of an amazon TGSP in the UK without Dots?
how long do you keep the phone in the UV light?
interesting, thanks for sharing

I removed and replaced my Whitestone Dome - the glue stayed with the protector, there really wasn't any one the phone itself.

We're not talking about the Whitestone i think everyone is interested in knowing how easy or hard it is to remove loca 2500 vs 1000. Who knows or cares what Whitestone uses.

Excuse the f*** out of me - he was asking about removing the Loca glue from the screen when the protector was taken off, and since they use a grade of Loca I'm willing to bet the outcome is the same where the glue stays on the screen protector as long as you can get the screen protector off OK.
Grow up and use inference.
Edit: And pay attention to what question was answered, not just what was said.

Garbage compared to a tempered glass protector. Trust me get the glass and u'll be happy
That's a poor reflection on XtremeGuard. Most plastic protectors are not as good as tempered glass ones.
I can vouch for XtremeGuard's full body protection. I had the rear protector which is a wet install product. It was top notch to be fair, easily as good as bigger more expensive brands like Zagg. I only removed it as I got a good deal on a SlickWraps matte feel rear protector.
For the money, XtremeGuard always offering high discount, you can't go wrong.

Agreed, but some people don't want a tempered glass protector.
I for one LOVED the feel of my xtremeguard. I actually dropped something right on the screen of my phone (a large lithium ion battery) and it make a giant nick on surface.
I was filling out the forms for getting my phone replaced via HTC Advantage, and at the last moment before submitting I decided to just peel off the protector and see how badly the glass was damaged, since I was returning it anyway.
Turns out the ding looked like it went through on the glass, but it was entirely on the screen protector!
Saved my phone! I had the full body, and I loved the feel of the gloss back. It made it just sticky enough to be easier to grip and didn't spoil the look of the phone at all. Fantastic, and for the price? it's a complete no brainer. Last time they had this sale I bought five, and I don't regret buying that many at all. It's amazing.
Wow thanks for the post. Been looking for a screen protector. I ordered their tempered glass and the full body wrap (Just in case I dont like one or the other) for a total of $7.65 shipped! Glad I didn't spend 2-3x that last week Cheers
I have used xtremeguard now for the second time (first time was on a phone I had to get replaced due to a defect)...I personally use it for the protection between the phone and any case I install...I work in a dusty environment and it really helps protect from stuff rubbing into the aluminum body and scratching it...awesome product.

Great idea, thanks. Going to use the back from the full body protector (under my case), and the tempered on the front!
Have the glass protector on my phone right now. Feels just like the GLAS.t on my Note 3. Tried taking a key and knife to it, and it left no scratches. Granted I did not press down super hard, but enough to simulate something more than normal. Would recommend especially with their massive discounts.
I have their wet install screen protector on now and have had it since I got the phone. Works good, just like any other wet install screen protector. I have tried alot of different ones, and they are all about the same to me.
Here's a video of it on the device
Got it on mine. Doesn't smear, applies easy and looks invisible. Top notch especially for the price. (I got them on the 90% offer)

Wow, if only it was anti-explosion . They mention AGC glass, but in the screen protector . I think it is only a standard screen protector and they just exaggerated these claims. Furthermore it's awfully cheap to have such material.
I saw something similar to this but on a iphone. It´s a real thin and hard glass, not a standard screen protector but it looked like one

Tempered Glass Screen Protector...
I recently bought one for my SP, not this exact one but another one from ebay. I can say that they are definitely worth the buy, you can actually feel the difference (glass vs plastic sheet) (and no air bubbles! ). As for the strength I can't say anything yet (I don't plan on scratching the glass :silly: ) but it actually feels solid (you can't bend it). You can take it off and reapply it like a plastic protector but best to avoid doing so as it will lose it's adhesive property. Plus the one I have has oleophobic coating.

Last - a small damaged cover glass but display is ok on my wife phone
PS May be more honest - they are all made dont glass but plastic cover All - noname, brand - sound is equal
Fragile hands will surely need tempered glass to.protect their.phones.

You better keep your screen protection on. The screen gets scratched even by fabric, jeans etc. Realised that in 2 weeks after buying and my nano protector is on it like +1 year.

The back cover is more important though, it's a drop to the corner which will crack the screen everytime, the screen won't last long enough to worry about the scratches without a cover. So both would be good but no screen protector here, then again I don't have loads of pills in my pocket

I've bought them from a local seller in Turkey. First tried a couple of tempered glass screen protectors but the shape of edges were ruining them. So nano one doesn't cover the whole screen but sticks completely, feels more clean. It's like this:

Then you should keep it in a glass cabinet and only look at it once a day, no touching!
But it is slippery as an eel, as the Swedish saying goes, and both the screen and the ceramic bezel will crack on first corner drop.
Any back cover will also "cover it up", and the flip cover even protects the screen from scratches in your pocket.
The least bad choice, better than buying a new phone every few months at least.

Which of the two protectors: Dome Premium Film (EPU film screen) or the E-Jig (tempered glass)?
The factory fitted protector is still the best for me, and works perfectly with my Otterbox Folio with zero lifting. And even better using the S-Pen leaves no lines as if it's made of glass.
Unfortunately I already scratched it.

I just really wonder if their glue is something special. Whitestone is in my opinion just to expensive especially if you don’t live in the US. I’m afraid that it will come off just as easily as the AliExpress one’s. I don’t want to have a screen protector which I have to take care off! That’s not the point. Most people also seem to be using with a case which I don’t want to do. Also I’ve read many negative things about them especially about CS.

I've been debating whether to use a case or not myself... as for the screen protector, for now I'm just using one of them flexible liquid skin type soft protectors - only issue is the rubberiness of their surface. In my country none of the Tempered Glass screen protectors sold are fingerprint scanner friendly. Whitestone dome is not available (also, it's riduculously expensive to import) and the best quality big name TGSP I ccould find was Spigen, even that carries poor reviews on Amazon.

I've had problems with the Whitestone dome and the s21U. I've put about 5 of them on the phone and everyone of them has chipped or cracked at the edge without the phone being hit or dropped in anyway. The glass seems so thin , it's unstable and not strong enough.
