AT&T recently updated my Galaxy NOTE 5 (N920A) to Android Version 7.0 Ever since this update certain audio stops working and I have to re-boot in order to fix it. This happens 1-3 times a day at random times. The phone stops ringing & all notifications stop playing. So far the only audio files that will play are music files with the Music app that came with the phone.
I backed up my phone and did a Factory data reset. With the basic factory default settings and programs the same thing happens. I recently installed SiriusXM and noticed when this happens if I run the SiriusXM App the audio from the SeriusXM app does not play. I installed VLC player to play misc audio files from the phone and when this happens and I try to play a file with VLC it stops responding and has to be closed. Once I reset the phone it all starts working.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi all,
I don't know what happen to my note. When I want to play any video on YouTube, it will show "there was a problem while playing" on the screen. Please refer to the attached pic for more understanding. At first, I think this happen maybe due to the internet connection but when I tried using wi-fi connection in my working office, it shows same result. There is nothing to do with the internet connection. Might be something else but i don't know.
Is anyone can help me? Maybe some of you encountered same issue before this.
Your help is highly appreciated.

did you try to completely uninstall the youtube app and reinstall from google play?
So up till now I hadn't really tried using NFC on my phone since Android Pay didn't support Chase. For the past month or two I've been trying to get it work without any luck.
These are the things I've tried already,
Turning S-Beam Off, leaving Android Beam On
Tried transferring images with HTC M8 (Android Pay works on this one), didn't work, not even a beep
Wiping Data and Cache, to see if any of the apps might have been causing problems.
I'm starting to think my device hardware might be at fault, but before I jump the gun, is NFC/Android Pay working for any of you guys on latest software?

For a few weeks now, my MOTO X Pure will not connect to my Bluetooth/RF Radio Transmitter, Flexsmart X2, I need to do a reboot of my phone and wait for Do Not Disturb goes away, then I can connect. I wonder if this NFC Change has any bearing on it, https://androidcommunity.com/your-android-phonetablet-can-no-longer-be-unlocked-by-nfc-device-20170929/, I am still running Stock 6.0 on my XT1575 (Build MPHS24.49-18-16) Dec 1, 2016 Security Patch), nothing else has changed except for Google Play updates just about daily.
Hi all,
I hope you can help me with the following issue.
I purchased a Wandefoo Android 8 head unit on AliExpress for my Opel Astra H. Great unit, I love it. It has only one big issue;
Every now and again (one or two times per week) the Bluetooth and wifi connectivity appear to crash/go offline. When that happens you cannot connect blue tooth devices, it doesn't connect to any familiar devices or connect to wifi. The buttons are there but they appear to be irresponsive. Wifi is in off status unable to set it to on. Bluetooth opens the bluetooth menu but it doesn't do anything. It remains this way until one or a combination of the steps below are taken:
Only solutions are (a mix) of these step:
- Reboot the device by holding power button (Most of the time do that twice).
- If that doesn't solve it; reset the wifi/bluetooth settings in the systems menu.
- If that doesn't solve it; go the the recovery menu and delete the cache.
Then it will run for a couple of rides.
It never happens when it is working and you are driving. It changes after shutting down the car and thus the radio. I also tried to change the quick wake to a regular reboot everytime, but that doesn't prevent the issue from occurring.
I hope any of you can help me with this, or by fixing the issues or applying the proper updates/patches to this device. I have seen a tremendous amount of devices here and I don't know what fits my device. These are my specs:

For those that might stumble on to this;
https://forum.xda-developers.com/an...ifi-bluetooth-waking-t3852206/page6?nocache=1
Might have some solutions for you. I'm still in the middle of checking and testing and can't confirm yet.
It basically says two things;
1. Resetting the internal USB (hub) module through root and a script might solve some issues.
2. As it appears some new chips have been released solving these issues.
Hope it helps anyone.
Cheers Ben
I think after the last update the Pixel 4 XL now starts a Bluetooth call and ends after one or two rings. I use it a lot around the house and really liked it but now it just stopped working. The phone being called keeps ringing and if they pick up there is no sound. On my end I see the call being made in the Pixels screen and then it just seems to hang up or end the call after one ring.
Android 11
Feb 5, 2021 security update
Jan 1, 2021 Google Play
Build number RQ1a.210205.004
Tried removing pairing from both the Pixel and Bluetooth (I've used this device with a few phones for a few years now it's never done this) device and adding them again and it still hangs up after 10-15 seconds.
Calling directly from the Pixel seems to work.
