[ Help ] Getting charging issue - LeEco Le 2 Questions & Answers

Hello guys, I am facing charging issue. it's taking so much time to charge. upto yesterday night it was ok. but today morning i am facing this issue also while listening music using headphones. it's have been more then 5 hrs, i put on charge, only 75% charged
I think it may the that c-type connector issue(headphone issue also so)
so please anyone share your opinion if you ever faced this type of issue ever. and guide me what to do. and how much cost of that connector replacement?

Good afternoon,
(First of all, I apologize for my English since it is not perfect: v)
I have the same problem with a variant, when I connect the phone to the original charger and data cable, it starts to perform a kind of "short circuit" (led notification light starts to blink) so I decided to change the type c cable but this I did not solve the problem so I used another charger but this charge it in 12 hours so I think the problem would be the charge box.

Magnetic connector broken and slowly loading via USB (3-6%/h) after battery replaceme

Hi Guys,
while I was in my warranty (1 month before it runned out) my battery was broken. Fast unloading and %-jumpings. So I sended it to the Sony-support and they replaced my battery. Plus they fixed the Power-Button and some new antennas and a new backside. So far so good.
When my warranty runned out, 6 days after my headset connector notified me 4-5 times a day, that the headset is not supported - but there was no headset in use. After a week the problem was gone and never occured again. My headset is working just fine.
Several days after the headset occurence, my magnetic charger didn't work. It rapidly switched from charging to uncharging (2times / second).
When I changed to normal USB-loading the z1c was charged a bit (checked it with battery monitor widget) or didn't even charge at all.
A week later the battery charged with normal speed - 1 time for 15-20min. Because of that I checked the magnetic charger again and it didn't work.
Now my z1c is charging with 3-6% per hour on normal USB and I don't know what to do.
Can you give me a hint what the problem could be? What needs to be replaced to handle the problem?
My warranty runned out 6 weeks ago and I'm stuck with these problems since 4 weeks.
After the battery replacement the battery worked fine, the phone fell on the floor or anything, no new apps, nothing I can connect to the problem.
Yes I changed the charger, I tried multiple cables. Nothing solved my problem.
I'm very happy with my z1c. It is in a very good condition and I don't have the need to get new phone, especially because there is nothing similiar on the market.
Thanks
ddkAh

Replacement Battery won't charge

My replacement battery (looks the exact same, may be a generic product, though) worked fine for a few days, but then the phone started saying: "Battery can't charge right now," and the batter level just stayed the same with the cable connected. I tried various cables and adapters; the situation didn't change. I read that maybe a missing temperature sensor could be the issue. Does anybody have experience related to the issue?

Battery and rom are probably not the problem, i've solved this with replacement of USB C charging port in the phone.
I repeated the process with the same battery, and I haven't had problems in over a year. just took it out, put it back in, and that settled it.
why you replaced the battery, battery dead ?
what are the symptoms ?
because my phone is restarting itself , while charging it shows 90 percent and so on, its on when charger plugged in and if unplug it will stay on for few min and if i open app or camera it start reboot
I've had the same problem
I've replaced battery with an aliexpress one but after some charges problem came back and I think the problem was about I was charging my phone with the wrong charger (was using the Aukey QC3.0), so I've started to charge my phone only with the genuine charger but with another USB-C cable because the genuine one sucks.
After using the genuine charger the problem never came back and I left the genuine battery on It.
I've noticed that the USB-C port on my phone miss the original standard measures of height and width of the hole, so when I plug the cable It plays a little in the port and this is the cause I don't use the genuine cable.
Guy guys guys...
The answer is simple ^^ (ok not really )
Clean your USB C charging port of your phone... that fixed 3 to 4 times my charging issues, sadly after I had bought several cables /batteries...
So first think you must do before checking any other thing... is getting all the crap that the USB C charging entry point has after so many years/months of usage... it gets quite dirty.

Hello, I am facing charging issues on my K20 pro, Can anyone help me out?

It's been quite a few days that I am facing this charging issue, my phone simply refuses to charge, I even purchased a 27 watt charger thinking
that the issue is with my stock charger but still it won't charge. I went to the service center and they cleaned the charging port and said that the problem was happening due to dust particles inside the port. My phone was charging fine for 2- 3 days but now I am facing the same problem.
I try cleaning the charging port but there ain't no dust inside. I have to fidget with the charging port and the charger for half an hour and then it starts charging the phone. I have to do this every time while charging the phone. I am unable to understand whether it is a hardware or software related problem.
Can anyone please help me out here?

Hey, I've had this problem with my old phone. Sometimes it could be a fault type c cable too.
Have you tried changing the cable?

The type c cable does not have a problem as I used it to charge Samsung A30 and it is working fine.
Just take it back to service centre then...no way we can determine issue over internet better than a tech at a service centre.

Pixel 5 - Charging (Connects and disconnects over and over)

Hello, While charging my pixel 5 using the official charger, the charge connects and disconnects over and over, probably half second gaps in between.
This happens when device reaches 47% and if the environment is dark ,but when I turn on room light ,this does not happen. It happened during my first charge cycle and second one.
I've done as many debugging steps as I can, and I am certain this is a bug.
Root issue: charger connects and disconnects over and over.
Can someone confirm if anyone is facing the same issue and if it's a software thing?
I haven't noticed this. That would drive me crazy, try a different wire maybe
That kind of behaviour is normally a dodgy charging port.
I've encountered this, but only with my 5 port Aukey charger that does not support PD on its USB-C port and it happens once battery is charged over 10%. Someone on Reddit also had this only with 5 port charger without PD support.
Issue does not happen on official charger from the box for me.
same here, dark environment screen on off looping
really annoying
I switched to airplane mode, did not happen again, weird.
Hello All,
Update on the original issue:
Tried to replicate the same issue in bright environment today, below is the behaviour:
1. Connected the device to charger when the battery percent is at 16%.
2. I did not notice any issue until the device is charged up to 60%. After that the charge connects and disconnects over and over for 4 times with 45 seconds to 1.5 minutes time interval. After that it's all good.
I think the fix that Google has pushed for battery percent issue is causing this.
Any thoughts?

I have not noticed this on my pixel, I would call up Google tell them that you want to return the phone and make sure they don't charge a restocking fee. Tell them that you've been really inconvenienced by this and that you do not want to be charged the restocking fee, Then rebuy the phone again. That's the only way you'll guarantee the phone will be new.
If my phone was doing that I would be heated

Pixel 5 - Random charging sound when already plugged in.

Hey Friends,
I have noticed this on my pixel 5 , it will make random charging sound when already plugged in to charger. I hear this charging sound randomly at no specific time interval. Tried to toggle the connector ends , still the same. Just wondering if i'm alone here ?
Thanks
I haven't noticed this (had the phone a little over a week) but I'll keep an ear out for it!
I have this almost every second on my 5 port Aukey charger (does not support PD).
Saw some comments on Reddit with similar issue (also on multiport charger).
On official charger it practically does not occur for me (had it once or twice when using the phone while charging, but it could be also from cable getting loose while moving).
There some posts on official Pixel support forums about similar issues too, though people rarely mentioned what charger they used.
Hi,
I observe this too sometimes. Happened to me twice with the provided charger from the box - it feels like it's more probable to happen if I have the phone already connected to the cable when the charger is plugged in. Also have observed this when charging from my PC under certain conditions (i.e. PC off, mobile plugged in to charge, then turning on PC, mobile goes crazy). Appears to me that the USB "connection" is reset every second but haven't investigated further.
I just bought new USB-C cable that was marked as USB Power Delivery compatible and so far the problem is gone even on the 5 port charger.
Seems like they removed code responsible for handling such edge cases.

Good to hear that , I haven't got the fix yet , I still hear random charging sound twice or thrice during every charge, hopefully it's a software fix.
