A factory reset will not fix a phone from a bad flash, the only thing it does is wiping your /data folder where your personal files and config are stored. It will not restore anything (like a broken /system partition if flashed with a bad rom).
You can wipe everything form twrp and reflash a custom rom or re-lock your bootloader and flash the 7.19.401.51 to bring your phone back to 100% stock.

Thank you alray for your comment, i fix it by otg cable i just download a miui rom after that i put the rom in flash drive, i made a wipe than it worked thank you but i could not found a multilaguage miui

Unfortunately, com.android.phone has stopped

Hello Everyone!
I have a HTC One with ARHD 71.1. After upgrading my firmware, the message "Unfortunately, com.android.phone has stopped" appears at random times, and i have to reenter my PIN Code. I cant find a solution so far, tried arhd53 and other firmwares as well. any suggestions ?
Also, how can i now which firm i should install for ARHD71 ? In the ARHD71.1 thread, it says "Official HTC 5.11.401.10 base with Android 4.4.2 + HTC Sense 6.0" does this mean that i should install 5.11.401.10 for this ROM ?
I've already checked the forums for a solution, i tried a few, like manually flashing boot.img and factory resetting, and all these combinations, but none helped.
Thank you in advance!

You can first try with the 5.11 base radio (baseband), which is 4T.27 something. Other than that, full wipe and reflash ROM from scratch.

It can be others as well, try to ost a logcat when the phone apk crashes, hopefully somebody can find the root cause.
So you are now on 1.57 Hboot with latest radio and same issue?

Can you post a fastboot getvar all and remove the IMEI and Serialno? Which RUU file were you trying and when in the process did it fail?

1 - What RUU were you trying to install? Since you are S-ON you can only install your current version of the OS or higher and it must be for the same CID and MID.
2 - When you installed the custom recovery did you make a nandroid backup? If yes, you can install it in recovery.
3 - Did you install a custom rom and what is your stock OS version?
My problem is i need to return stock for guaranty, my stock rom is sense 5, i haven't a nandroid backup.
You know the right RUU for my htc one?

Go to Settings -> About -> Software information: what is your ROM Version or Software number? If you installed a custom rom then it will probably show that information.
Your version main is blank on your getvar all. Your OS version should be x.xx.901.x, I can not tell with just the information you have provided so far we just need to fill out the x's.
i have a custom rom android revolution hd71.1
i have another htc one same carrier at the software number is 5.12.901.3

Unfortunately, I can not find a RUU for your version number. To return to stock you will need stock rom and stock recovery. You could start a new post asking for a nandroid of 5.12.901.3 to return to stock.
@alray or @nkk71 the OP has two phones one he needs to return for repairs and another which is stock. His OS version is not common is there a way for the OP to get the stock rom and recovery from the good phone?

Need help. I have no OS, and can't install ROMs

Hi.
I rooted my HTC One M7 with CWM as my custom recovery. It all worked fine.
Now, I bought a Chromecast and needed Android 4.4.2+ for screen mirroring, so I decided I wanted to update it.
I couldn't do it, I guess I had to unroot first. So I did a lot of crazy ****, nothing worked.
Now, I followed this, but I'm stuck on the HTC boot logo (white screen). I have TWRP v2.7.1.0a
Even after installing the ROM from sdcard after using adb push rom.zip /sdcard/rom.zip , it says that the installation failed.
Here's my getvar all, notice main version is empty, and I can't find an RRU for my radio / cmid anywhere!!!

You will have to unlock your bootloader again and flash twrp again and then refresh the rom. Of course it wouldn't update the ota, you lose that option when you mess with your device. Never factory reset unless you can release the rom right away. HTC Sense works very differently then other roms.

After it does the whole Android is upgrading bit, the boot process moves onto allowing the language and country choice, I choose English UK and it hit next , then it says starting Wifi, but never shows the wifi symbol nor finds any Wifi's, after a couple of minutes it reboots, and will get to the same point and reboot each time, even if i don't actually make the location choice.

Well a RUU rewrite everything firmware and software side so if your phone isn't working properly after that, its most likely an hardware problem. I would setup the phone skipping the wifi step and then take a look in the settings menu to see if the wifi can turn on/off correctly to confirm the problem.

I notice in one of the other threads on here to do with restoring a phone to working/stock contition that they finally did a Nandroid restore, could that be something i should try, and if so, how do i make sure i select the correct backup?

If a RUU did not solved anything, a Nandroid backup will not work neither.
A Nandroid backup will only restore the /data, /system and /boot partitions which are the User Data, the OS and the Kernel.
A RUU will restore all the partitions of the phone including those restored by Nandroid backup.
But if you absolutely want to try a Nandroid backup then you'll need one that is the same version of the RUU you tried before (7.19.401.22).
