Hi,
English is not my mother language.
Couldn't find the info on xda. Is there a way to pause a youtube video on Chromecast and see only the image without the pause controls, the enormous bar with the video name etc?
Thank you.

Hello guys,
I just downloaded the Stream Media Player by PSA and its description states that it is able to prive the ability to play video from different web cameras.
The reason Im posting this is to ask if with this app I am able to watch live streaming video from a person using the qik app on another android device?
Sort of like video chatting one way.
Thanks a lot for the help fellas.
Does anyone here know of any audio or video software for the Android that allows the user to place A-B markers in the audio/video to mark spots for A-B repeats?
The standard mp3 players, video players allow entire songs to repeat over and over but you can't specify parts inside a song or video.
TIA
Sure, there are a lot of such apps.
It depends on why do you need this function.
If to help you to learn language then look at WorkAudioBook app -- https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.povalyaev.WorkAudioBook

MX Video Player: Menu/Preferences/Touch Controls/Touch Action - you can set it there.

I have a few questions, hopefully someone can answer me.
1) is there a way to change the media player for google chrome? The default one that is plain black and white and barely any controls.
2) Is there a way to play subtitles for local video files on chrome? It's amazing that I can stream my files to my tv wirelessly through chrome, but I mostly watch anime with english subtitles. Is there any way to play subtitles?
3) I read that Chromecast was supposed to turn my tv on automatically, is there a setting to enable this? Or is it automatic depending if the tv has the ability to perform this action?
Hey guys,
I developed a Coursera lectures watching app for Android TV for my personal needs.
If someone is interested, here is the tutorial video:
Thanks & Enjoy
Just searched Coursera on Android TV then pop up this post. This is a very great app to keep learning on TV.
I don't have time to install this app now, but I saw the screenshot from your website. It seems to be no option to open the subtitles.
I'm not English native speaker, so I need subtitle to help me understand the contents from videos.
I wonder if the newer version will have the option to open the subtitle or it already have it?
Again, thanks for your work!
