[Q] How to root B609 EMUI 3.0?

Hello,
I recently installed the B609 update, but I didn't know that takes away the root acces... Now I can't root with RootGenius anymore.
So can anyone tell me how I can root my phone now? I know there are already some tutorials but they all use a fastboot flash file. I don't want to take that risk. That way I bricked my phone a mont ago.
Thanks in advance!
there is no other solution at the moment...

Huawei P9 EVA-l09 Problem with root.

Hello everyone, i have a Huawei P9 EVA-l09
and when I try to do the root tells me "poot has Caused a serious error and can not continue", why?
Any solutions?
Thanks all.
What do you use to root?
I use Poot.
I don't think you can use Poot to root. You first need to unlock the bootloader to root. I highly suggest you to root your phone by installing TWRP then flash SuperSU zip.

UNROOT P9

Hi there.Anybody knows how to safty unroot EVA-L09 with stock b383rom.Thank you for the mountain:good:
there is 2 ways.
full unroot with root software you using.
flash boot.img from fastboot.
i gues, you using supersu root solution if need to unroot. best solution is dload firmware, will lose all data in phone, it will reset. and all you changed with root will be lost.. so, dop you realy want unroot? is pokemon go reason ?

[CLOSED] Completely remove SuperSU P9 Plus

Hi guys, noob question.
I've a P9 Plus VIE-L09 (Android 7.0 - EMUI 5.0.3) rooted with SuperSU v2.82-SR3
I need to unroot and completely remove SuperSU from the phone.
In addition to uninstalling it from the application menu, what I have to do?
Thank you in advance
Hi, after some research I may have found a possible solution from this post by @osm0sis.
So if I understand correctly to remove completely SuperSU from my phone I have to flash stock system.img from TWRP.
My build number is VIE-L09C432B387 and I've an unlocked bootlader.
I need to extract system.img from the firmware "VIE-L09C432B387 FullOTA-MF" and then flash it, right? I will not lose TWRP or re-lock my bootloader?
Please it's very important, thanks.
Guys nobody can help? I read here on the site that I can manually remove root by deleting some files located in the /system directory.
Could be a solution? Thanx.
