Step By Step how to update rom on 9100

Hi everyone i'm a newbie here Can u pls give me a tutorial of how to update the rom of my qtek 9100.There are extended rom and roms so i'm confused.Pls give me some direct link to this thanks.

I flashed my sony months ago and don`t know which rom I used - where can I find the name for the rom which I flashed ???

Cooked ROM or official?

If you cant even find the settings tab .. then how do you want to install a rom? (sorry if this sounded a bit harsh )

Hi all,first i want to thank ALL xda developers for this great forum,
i lost my htc(hermes100) while installing a new rom and there was only one solution which was the jtag, so now, i want to be careful with my HTC jade touch 3g.
my question is HOW can i Now if the ROM that i want to install is supported with my SPL/RADIO ?
I'm using WM6.1 and i want to install WM6.5( this one )
My config:
JADE100 64
SPL-2.32 oliNex
Microp-Jade(LED) v5

as per ur info i can see that u have done HSPL
so u can flash any cooked or stock rom u want and yes the one u have mentioned too but id say try this one it is more recent than the one u have given Link : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=858412
and if u want to go back to the original rom look in the rom link base thread u have all req original stock rom links in the same thread or just got to shippedroms.com and u can find all original stock roms for all HTC phones

Why dont you upgrade to latest official ROM, as ALL latest official Diamond2 ROM comes with newer OS Core and Manila 2.5 also it will install newer Radio ROM . So once you have the latest ROM you can try newer Manila Mods... or if you like you can also go for Custom ROMs too (AS Custom ROM will have Latest OS Core and Manila, and these will be newer than the Latest Official ROM Update ).

If you need Official ROM you get from your regional HTC Site... for India Link Visit Here. You may select the country/region from top of the page.
If you need Cooked/Customized ROM (I will prefer this ) you can select one from the WiKi page. Try couple of ROM and see which one fits for you.
