How to do you know that there is no app in backgroud? You do not use any chat app? You use stock 4.1.2? Did you do factory reset after going from 2.3?
When I remove device from charger after Fully charge it shows to me 98% and after two or three minutes show 96% .. etc ...

Maybe if the ota includes any updates to the kernel. But
before flashing ota, you can flash stock kernel back, it is strongly recommended.
The thunderzap kernel is the best. Better battery performance and overall smooth and lag free experience with the UI.

you can use stock kernel....your standby is high is because of the application causing data to send and recieve even after you turn the screen off....if you have xposed use mobileradiocallfix it will fix the standby problem. Arter97 kernel will not give you reboot.

Ok, thank you for your answers !
I have to flash the "boot.img" image modified, Super SU and after custom kernel?
The kernel will fix the problem level of my battery ?
Could you break that down for me ?
kernel advise ?
Thanks.

To be honest, if you dont have the time for that simple thing then you really shouldnt mess with your device as things can go wrong that will take far more time to fix that the few min it takes to restore.
Oreo good battery rom any suggestions including kernel with best match that gives good battery life
AOSP Extended is one of the best and if you want additional kernel for it, you can try Gabriel. It's really battery friendly with Stweak app

I don't really know, i didn't try it because it's very first release and i heard there is some bugs. i think in the first release battery backup isn't great too. You must wait a while or you can flash it and help with reporting bugs
