Well thanks Att for making me get up at midnight and then again at 4 am because you were the only carrier who hadnt sorted their act out, but a fresh new Coral Blue S9 with my name on it being sent March 13-15 ?

Pre-ordered a black S9+ around 2am. Hope we get them early.

Also pre ordered a coral blue S9+ shipping out March 13-15. Did anyone get any confirmation email. Att already took my money and luckily I screenshot my final page with order number and everything but still have not received a confirmation email or anything. Is that normal?

[Q] White Vivid - Backordered status?

Hey guys,
So i thought i would post this because i'm getting some different explanations depending on who i talk to so i rather get real world results. Let me know when you ordered the white one if you did and what the status of it so far. We have one guy on the forum that posted that he ordered it early on sunday and did in fact recieve confirmation that he did get it shipped.
I ordered it at 1pm CST and have it backordered and it is still that way today. I've called them and they said they have 2459 (exact number lol) coming but when i call another department they say they dont' know.
Let me know and hopefully we hear soon cause i reallllly want this.

Mine was ordered yesterday around 3pm est. It currently shows in processing but doesn't say backordered anywhere on the page. I'll probably wait until later tomorrow before I call and ask them what the status is.

I get an error saying that orders made within the last 24 hours may not be available. The link I have is for a business premier account so it may not show up on the regular site. Not really sure what's up. Either way I'm happy. I upgraded to my Inspire in Feb and was able to upgrade again now, so I can't complain. Even if I have to wait a few extra days to get it.

I am in the same situation, ordered yesterday at about 3:00 central and in the status on website is "processing'. Called HTC, They were useless.
I iwll post here when status changes.

mine was a premier order as well but you should still be able to check it. Let us know if it changes any time soon. I will be posting back later tonight with hopefully good news.
Yep, I'm back-ordered now. Trying to see if I can change it to the black one. I didn't really care either way which one I got, just picked the white one to try something different. Not sure if my company will be able to change it though.
I had ordered about a white one about an hour after the release on the premier site. I got the backorder status yesterday morning. I wanted white but being that i put a case on all my phones I cancelled the order and got the black one. If you cancel and make another order right away it will cancel the new order also as they have a 72 hour period for the first cancel to process. I had to call customer service and get it straight. My black one will be delivered tomorrow.

I ordered 2 online. One says processing(Even as of this post) and they flat out canceled the other one. After another member posted that the corp stores were doing the $99 i just went to the store and got them. I think they are back-ordered too.

Just called the local AT&T Service Center and they said the stores in the Chicagoland area will not carry the white. It is a web only offering according to the person I talked to.
I posted this in the other White Vivid thread but I figured I would update here as well.
My white Vivid went from back-ordered to shipped last night. It is actually in Atlanta now but won't be delivered until tomorrow. Maybe all the back-orders will start going through now.

Got mine today
Thanks for the info! I never got an email about my white one shipping, but I just tracked it via the regular AT&T order status website, Premier one still shows it as processing, but sure enough it also shipped out & is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

I never got a shipped email either, and even after FedEx picked it up, it took 24 hours for the status to change from processing to shipped. But mine still showed up on time on Wednesday.

I see on the web-site the "The next big thing is almost here" and I did enter my email but this is just for the announcement of availability; not to get onto the waiting list...

I ordered mine 29th. S6Edge 128Gb. UPS shipping confirmed delivery on 4/3
I ordered the S6 Black 128GB, its back ordered. Tmobile screwed up the JUMP upgrade on Saturday which was showing backordered even then, Monday I went in to check and it was not JUMPed and they made me cancel the order and basically go to the back of the line. Backordered of course as expected at this point.

I ordered on 29th. Jump Program. Used standard ground shipping. Came here on April 3rd. 128Gb S6 Edge Sapphire. As for promos, after you get the phone you got to:

The site asks for your IME and Mac WiFi address that is in your settings:about phone. Plug in the numbers. You get a code and you go to Netflix web site and plug in the coupon code. If you already belong to Netflix they will give you credit to your account. Simple. No E-Mails to deal with.
I believe this is offered till April 14th according to TMobile customer svc rep that gave me direct Samsung web site info. That site links to Netflix web site.

Hey guys, we finally have our own thread! Let's first discuss timings from order date to delivery. It will help others understand realistic shipment times. Also interested in which model everyone ordered. I'll go first.
Ordered: Yesterday around noon, 3/30
Delivered: Tomorrow, 4/1
Model: Black 64GB
Ordered: 32gb Black
Delivered: Backordered.
What shipping did you pay for? Also, oddly enough I called because I was like-- If I can get it sooner for the 64gb, I'll take it. But they said 64GB was also back ordered HOWEVER they should arrive on the 8th-ish.

When did you order, set up UPS MyChoice and it will show you all incoming packages that are coming to the address you specify. Don't believe what T-mobile tells you just yet, their communications are backed up it seems. I did regular ground shipping. T-mobile might not give you a tracking # or even update that it's been shipped yet so the best thing to do is set up UPS MyChoice which is a free feature.
Argh damn At&t Y U NO ship early!!!! I had to get the white one since apparently the gold platinum was big time on back order every version. So I can't go around with my new gold platinum S6 singing this:

Unlocked Galaxy S10 series ordered directly through Samsung any updates on shipping?

I'm new to the forums and I have never ordered through Samsung directly. Ordered the Prism Black S10+ 128gb on Feb. 22nd. I was given a shipping by date of March 15th. My shipping status is in process and the cancel button is no longer available as I was informed by chat March 1st with Samsung support that my order is in the process of being shipped. Anyone else in a similar scenario?

I might have been since my original date was March 15, but I cancelled and reordered so I could get the voucher instead of the buds. My new date is by March 22.

Out of curiosity, why did you cancel to get the 130 voucher instead?
Some are saying that orders will start shipping Monday. I feel that with the amount of errors and reorders I may have been pushed up a bit.

I already had the IconX which I like better and I didn't really like the white. If I really wanted the new buds I could get another color since the voucher would pay for them. My wife is needing a replacement tablet and the voucher plus the 700 points will go a long way towards that.

U.S. Wi-Fi only S8 Ultra 512 GB pre-order here. I ordered February 23rd, originally had expected delivery of April 15th, since yesterday or the day before it's April 19th for both the tablet and the keyboard.
We had a preorder bonus of a Keyboard in the UK. Normally they ship in 2 weeks rather than 45 days, but its been a little longer than I thought it would be...

They only did the X906 / 8GB / 128 GB version.
Current Backorders with Carriers in the UK Vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

Ordered tab s8u on 2/16. Got the tab s8u on 3/ 16. This thing is huge. Arrived with the buds 2. Still have not received the kb cover. Getting anxious about that. Samsung Canada basically left me high and dry. Sent 2 emails. Sat on hold for live chat for an entire day. Got through on one call. They were not helpful. Said the same thing as the buggy order tracker webpage. "PROCESSING". The samsung canada webpage hardly loads my order when im logged in, and when i just input my order number it rarely finds it. I will not preorder anything again. A month to deliver it? They couldn't figure out how to send an automated "delayed" email? Really samsung? And not having the kb cover is very frustrating. If anyone wants to buy a pair of buds 2 hmu! Lol. I hope you all get your devices soon. This thing is insane. It's just not very handheld friendly! Constantly worried about dropping it. But it's so thin it's hard to hold.

Wow. That's a shame some appointed social media mod or admin felt they had to resort to that. Shocking and sad. I hope you get your keyboard soon. At least their live chat went all professional and nice for me, even though they came back and said they couldn't do anything to help me get my Ultra 512 GB any sooner than ~2 months after my pre-order, and that they were working as fast as they can. I have no reason to particularly doubt them, it's just disappointing.
purchase the tab in hk 2/19 and got glass protector on the spot, the keyboard folder got it on 3/17. I had to register online, samsung did not send any email, until its time to collect the folder/keyboard

I just got my email, too: "Your shipment has been delayed for 30 days", but the contents of the email are just "We apologize that your Samsung order #__________ is delayed more than 30 days." so at least, I don't think they're saying it's delayed even further than it already was, at least not yet according to my expected delivery date, since I ordered on February 19th, and the initial delivery date was said to be April 15th, and it changed to April 19th in the last couple of weeks or so.

An update: four days after the email citing a 30 day delay, I got another saying it's shipped. FEDEX showing it will be here next Tuesday.
We in Hong Kong collect the gift from the service center, hk s not like the rest of the world which rely on mail.

Ordered mine (ultra 5g 512 with keyboard) on March 6th and got it on the 8th !!
Nice surprise : it arrived with the cover keyboard even if it was supposed to be shipped a week later.
I got my keyboard and couldn't get on with it.
I ended up getting the book cover instead - Very nice indeedy!
I ordered my S8+ on Feb 18th, it just got pushed back to April 26th. Bummer.
Oh!!!!! Samsung just changed the date of my delivery of the Tab S8 Ultra 512GB Wi-Fi for the second time, now April 26th. It was April 19th up through yesterday, and April 15th originally (pre-ordered February 23rd).
Finally! Samsung has said they've shipped my Tab S8 Ultra 512GB Wi-Fi and should arrive two days from now. No word on the keyboard, yet - still shows as not shipped.
