Doogee X5 ROM needed

Hi,
Recently my Doogee X5 failed: It will start, but then only show a black screen.
If I hold the power down button it shows the option, so screen is OK.
Tried to flash a new ROM using Smart Phone Flash Tool.
Official Doogee ROM gives this error: SP Flash Tool Error: (8417)
The load scatter file is invalid!
It is MT6580 chip.
I tried another ROM from Needrom with Android 6.0
This flashes fine, but gives a bad screen and stays in a bootloop.
Can someone help me so I can use my phone again?
What is wrong with the ROM, where can I find something that will work?

Somebody that can help?

Try to find the official rom suitable with your model and maybe basebrand version. Then try to flash it with the tool.

Xiaomi Mi 5x Bricked, Need help.

Hello, today I tried to install a custom rom on my xiaomi mi5x, so I unloocked the bootloader and installed twrp, than I installed the android one rom .The problem was that I had to verify my gmail because it got locked, so I looked up a way to bypass that lock. I followed a youtube video on how to bypass that lock on android one, and now my phone has the following issue:
After booting I only see the MI logo for about a second, than it goes into black screen, same thing happens when I try to boot to recovery.
The only thing that works is fastboot.
Please help me!

Go into fastboot and write following command:
fastboot boot twrp.img

You will enter a recovery mode. There you could try a factory reset or flash a new ROM.\
If this wont` help, you could flash a new ROM via fastboot also.

hi sir, i am facing also the same problem. and in my case every time i tried that code here is the output
FAILED (remote: unlock device to use this command)
i know that i already unlocked this before.

I would recommend that you flash the official firmware (fastboot version). Please follow the instructions here http://en.miui.com/a-234.html.

Have you find a solution sir ?

I already have tried to flash in EDL mode but when the flashing is done the phone did not reboot, plugged in the charger, and connected to the computer only received

USB Debug = off
Display = Black without panel light
Because of the screen can't enter the menu to unlock bootloader or install TWRP
Problem:
The phone worked before i flashed a firmware with Test Point method to remove a forgotten password. So, i flashed this firmware from http://en.miui.com/thread-844022-1-1.html and followed all the steps by removing the emmc_appsboot.mbn from the firmware with one from the MI Max 2. The problem is that after turn on the phone, i don't see anything, even the display panel has no light, is blank black, but if i wait few minutes after flashing, the phone boot in the setup menu and i hear the sounds. I can hear the sounds when charging and when phone boots up. Keep in mind that before flashing the rom when i tried to enter in fastboot or stock recovery, i didn't saw the fastboot logo or recovery menu. So, is there something wrong? Is there a file in the firmware that needs to be replaced with another one? A display firmware/driver missing? Can somebody upload a firmware for Oxygen bootloader and will all the instructions? Or is there any solution to unlock bootloader to install Twrp with a custom firmware? Any help is appreciated.

Hey, which ROM were you using before the issue? Did your phone came with the oxygen bootloader, or you flashed it accidentally?

Hi guys! Who have official firmware for Mi 5X Oxygen? Maybe after flash official developer version screen will back?

That’s exactly what I was thinking (sort of). But instead of using their oxygen modified rom, I was hoping to find someone with a oxygen bootloader to do a entire partition backup (not just the ones that twrp allows) so I can inspect each one and check what else they changed to make it work. I still think that they change other partitions than the bootloader (emmc_appsboor)

No, I'm still trying to find someone that have the 5x with oxygen bootloader to dump the images.

i have one device same with your problem dont have any idea to fix

yes i have black screen issues too... there is sounds when charging, and three buttons below showing lights, plug in to my computer and detected as Mi5X MTP in My Computer
any solution?

In my case, I was using a ROM MIUI.EU, when I updated via OTA, the phone was left with the black screen.

how did you fix the black screen?
i updated miui.eu via ota, i have black screen everywhere, including twrp and fastboot!! Never saw something like this!

Solution is: backup all your data with adb and scrcpy (hope you left adb enabled), then flash the latest China stable with MI flash. At that point flash latest xiaomi.eu stable

[SOLVED]TWRP stuck at splash screen

Hi guys!
Just installed Android P (MIUI 10 9.1.24) on my phone. I used MiFlash method, so the previous twrp got replaced with stock recovery. So I downloaded the latest twrp for mi 8 se, version TWRP-3.2.3-1227. Now whenever I try to boot into this, TWRP gets stuck at the splash screen & nothing else happens. Am I doing something wrong? Any help?

Well, just solved this issue. It is caused by that infamous encryption issue. Basically you have to decrypt your phone before flashing TWRP.

I flashed may be 5 times ( for different tests) 9.2.15 dev version from here and TWRP 1227 was working and sticking at every trial without need to deencrypt.

In my view this issue is more related to the rom version 9.1.24 I didn't tested.

I would like to apologize for statement given in my last post.
I want to make things corrected and thank you for the light you gave me.
Sure it is related to bad deencryption because with 9.2.15 official rom was possible to install TWRP but we were several unable to boot any other rom after installation. We were rejected to fastboot screen at every trials. We found solution by flashing older official rom version.

TEAM 3.3.0 and runs well, in normal use suddenly stuck, and I immediately restarted my Mi 8 SE, and only entered fastboot and stuck mode, I tried to enter TWRP mode and even then just stuck on the TWRP logo, and when I flash again the method cannot because my Mi 8 SE has no USB Debuging, and only the CMD notification appears "FAILED (remote: Check device console.)",
help me to be able to fix my Mi 8 SE ,,

Not clear enough your explanation!
"flash again" What is it?
Do you access fastboot and access on your computer?
if yes, you must flash a fastboot rom via miflash in order to reset the phone.

Mi5x Bricked! Help please

Hello good mornig for everyone.
I have a mi5x that until a few days ago I had installed miui 11 with the Chinese rom. I decided to change the rom for one that brings Spanish. When doing the recovery and installing the rom, the screen went black and the pc stopped recognizing. Searching a little on the net I saw that it was brickered and I started to unbrick it ... I followed a tutorial which had an oxygen unbrick file. flashed it with miflash. now the phone turns on to get into the recovery but it is impossible for me to install any rom ... if I leave the phone in bootloader mode it enters but the logo does not appear. Can somebody help me?

It wasn't bricked. The latest xiaomi.eu rom required an update for the lcd driver or the screen would be always black.
You should have flashed the latest Chinese rom with miflash and the problem was fixed
But now you followed the wrong guide (for who had a counterfeited "global" 5x with the bootloader hacked from the oxygen device and your phone is now bricked.

You have solution for this ? My phone is on oxygen bootloader and i cannot run any rom some works but screen is cropped, dark and has touch problems
