why not ??

Cuz on some previous phones my update slowed my phone, made my battery last few.. Idk. Maybe ill do it

Received the update yesterday here in Austria, working fine for now! The phone also feels little bit faster and smoother, battery drain is nearly the same for me! Can recommend to update ?

I made the update, ill get back with an opinion.

If it was fine for two weeks, why roll back? Just curious.

i rolled back because of app compatibility. for example the My Vodafone app and HSBC mobile banking didn't support android 7 and would not load. also it was still a beta and did have a few issues that have been mentioned already. they just weren't big enough for me to be bothered within those 2 weeks I used it for.
If you have, can you please send us a few screenshot of 7.0 beta.update?

depending on which x52? you have there is no need, or it is not better to update!
https://devs-lab.com/download-letv-official-stock-rom.html
if you want to use custom roms stable some day (and you would be crazy if not), you shouldn't upgrade higher than 19s concerning bootloader and modem quality

There is No latest update. The leeco devs stopped at 19s. Yet they gave 21s update to people joining their beta program. Check forum.le.com for more details coz i dont no more about it.

We don't have any option for that. It was there before but in recent updates it is removed .

What do you mean by latest update are you referring to emui update or hisuite update.
Screenshot would help.
Format your phone and try again. Btw are you on full stock ?

I am talking about hisuite app. They have removed that option . Now you will find only update to future released version and cannot rollback to older versions.

Roll back is there as long as you're not on the Beta version of Android Pie.
Rolled back from PIE 8.0 just seems a little better, until they sort the bugs out in PIE.

[TA-1012] Downgrade from Oreo/Pie to Nougat

Hi everyone.
I have a Nokia 8 for months, and I tried to downgrade my phone but I'm still stuck atm.
TA-1012
00WW_4_88B_SP07
Oreo 8.1 - December Security Patch
From what I understood, there isn't prepatched boot image for security patches above November, so I can't flash other firmwares...
Is there a way that I can rollback to NOUGAT by updating first to Pie ? And with april patch ?
I'm wondering if I could have Nougat one day
Thank you
I'll answer my own post since I managed to do it :
So I used NOST to flash NB1-303A-0-00WW-B01.nb0 (the first Nougat firmware for TA-1012) and it worked like a charm.
Sorry for the useless topic.

Yeah but I juste realized what was the issue.
The past months, I've been using NOST 0.5, and it didn't worked at all (many errors...). But I just saw that the developer updated to NOST 0.6, hence why it's working
i should be unlocked bootloader ?

To use NOST you need critical unlocked bootloader. you can refer to NOST thread to know how to critical unlock.

Battery, RAM and CPU consumption.
On ALL of my devices, I compared the oldest ROM with the next one and I always get better results on an old ROM. I mean, new firmwares are for new phones and can't be adapted perfectly to old devices in order to keep the same consumption.
It's like updating apps, in most of the case, your phone will lag more and more when you update your apps.
Can you give us the link ? NB1-303A-0-00WW-B01.nb0

Question Android 12 / Miui13 in Europe?

Hi guys, anyone that has this phone in Europe and already got the update for Android 12? Am I right on assuming that the update should happen any day now since it's already out in other regions?
Alternatively: Does anyone here have experience with xiaomi.eu Rom for the redmi note 11? Is it any good?
Cheers

For the moment it seems that only the NFC version has had an A12 update in EEA.

For Xiaomi EU roms you can go there with your eyes closed, better than stock roms.
I don't have this phone. but I use these roms currently and for a long time.
Just got an update today with August security patch. Still Android 11 (13.0.12) maybe it's time to unlock that bootloader

Hi Clouds5,
Yes, I got that update yesterday too... I thought awesome, is this finally A12 rolling out. However I didn't recognise the build number, compared to all the other A12 firmwares floating around.... But yeah, sure enough it looks like a Security patch in the guise of a full rom at 2.7GB.... I've still not installed it yet.
Cheers, Lister

Hi there,
I will provide phone details afterwards as just gonna grab summit to eat....
But this is the update that it wants to provide, and sent me a notification about it... V13.0.12.0.RGKEUXM
And it offered this as a 2.7GB zip file, whereas I hear it should only be 78mb. My current build I am sure is like 13.0.11.xxxxxxx
Cheers, Lister

Still on the phone.... !! ;-) lol
As I said, I write the rest of it when I get chance as the info was on the phone and I had to rush off to get summit to eat. So didn't have the info to hand. However the other info what I supplied above was the version (inc letters) of the updated rom/update I received. I just didn't have access to the existing data that was my current build. Will update shortly....
