answered my own question you have to use Odin 3.13.1 since this version of Odin allows you to flash newer firmware's with compressed binaries (lz4)

I have found the file kies downloads to restore my tablet note pro 12.2 att version model sm-p907a
the zip file form kies contains 4 files :

Those file names appear to be correct odin files for a 907a.
Sorry there really isn't an at&t note pro section for ya. I see you posted in the general pro 12 forum with no response.

Do you have the AT&T version (SGH-i537) or the international version (GT-i9295)? Also, what were you doing when you bricked it?

Flash stock rom of your phone model and region go to tsar3000 and find

You're most likely going to have to reflash your firmware with Odin. You can use the link posted above (I've never heard of it) or you can use Sammobile that many other people here have used to download the firmware you want. It also has links to Odin and how to flash firmware with Odin. Make sure you do lots of reading so you know what you're doing to your phone. Good luck.

This sure is surprising, a $200 phone gets 2 major updates, must be really popular. Anyways, i will try it on a few days if there is anything to be wary of please tell me. The only problem is the bloatware though.

you can upgrade with Odin3-v3.13.1 :good:
you need to put all the files, then select the pit file and start
do not flash the pit file alone

Are you referring to .pit file which we get after extracting CSC* file? Not working.

It's really weird, the update is almost the same as the only thing that differentiates it is that in a cell phone it has a front flash and in the other no, I do not really understand why so much delay, I really hope that this week will be released, I'm really anxious about the new modalities of the camera and see how the cell behaves both the battery and its fluidity
i flasge the rom that is oreo nd i treied to flash twrp. however after i flashed twrp my devices entered a bootloop
WoW after the Oreo update my storage space has miraciously shrunk to 8gb(Down from 16gb). Nice work Samsung!

You could use online FW databases like SamMobile, Samfrew, etc. However, I would recommend using Frija or Samloader as they allow you to download the firmware directly from Samsung's Firmware Update Servers and without any speed caps.
