Where to download? You could use online FW databases like SamMobile, Samfrew, etc. However, I would recommend using Frija or Samloader as they allow you to download the firmware directly from Samsung's Firmware Update Servers and without any speed caps. If you're operating on Windows, use Frija. On macOS/Linux, use Samloader.

If you're trying to root your A8 can you let me know if you're successful? A few of us have tried using the magisk method but get caught up in a bootloop after flashing the patched firmware.

Flash this file using odin. This is for Android 13.

select smartphone then android then ace and then select Philippines {sun} and download the S5830DXKT5 file brother

Thats the problem, the sammobile website is down because hotfile is terminated by the gov.
But ive downloaded that in other sites, and ive successfully updated my ace to 2.3.6 :silly:

Flash stock rom of your phone model and region go to tsar3000 and find

You're most likely going to have to reflash your firmware with Odin. You can use the link posted above (I've never heard of it) or you can use Sammobile that many other people here have used to download the firmware you want. It also has links to Odin and how to flash firmware with Odin. Make sure you do lots of reading so you know what you're doing to your phone. Good luck.

answered my own question you have to use Odin 3.13.1 since this version of Odin allows you to flash newer firmware's with compressed binaries (lz4)

Hi, so i am tryng to install stock firmware on my italian g800f and i dont know where to download it, sammobile doesn't let me download it unless i have the premium subscription or i download the firmware from another country and samfirm doesn't work and i dont really trust the other "sources". My question is, can i download the firmware from another country like croatia or will it cause trouble?
