I am trying to flash CM11 from Maclaw, but when I reboot, I get a no sim error and CSC shows as unknown.
I have rooted my S3 mini. The stock ROM is customised by Three UK (H3G). On stock the CSC is i8190NH3GALL2. I have unlocked the network carrier so that I can use other network sims.
It seems I am losing the CSC code when I flash with CM11.
Can anyone help me updating the CSC code after I flash CM11 or pulling the CSC code from my stock ROM to upload after I flash?
Matt
Hi, I bought a note 9 960f ds note with OXM_XME csc (Malaysia). So the firmware is multi CSC. I have updated the firmware without deleting data with October update and firmware multi-csc but based on ITV in order to change csc from XME to ITV. Now in Telephone software manager section appears XME/ITV, XME/XME. Is there a way to make it completely ITV? If I can not do it, can I have problems?
Thanks to All.
Pie update was released in Turkey. I was using Slovakia Pie Rom. So i downloaded Tur Rom via Samfirm and flashed it to the phone. But phone info app shows firmware csc cod: XEF. I think it must be TUR to get ota updates. What i did is wrong?
Yesterday I flashed the TMB firmware update onto my ATT unlocked note 8 and my csc code stll says ATT. Im trying to get in on tmobile to get ota updates and wifi calling because the feature is currently unavailable.

If you have a PC and you are on a OXM multi csc firmware download the latest pie firmware for the oxm firmware and use Odin on PC to flash pie.
What is your CSC and your current firmware? (Dial *#1234# and read the ap and csc line.) List the 3 letter CSC and the CSC line from the dial prompte .
You should be getting it soon. As OS releases are dependent on the device's country of origin. Of course you could just install Pie manually via Odin, just make sure the OS model number you are planning to install matches that to your device's model number.
Please check

CSC : N950FOXM4CRGA
CP : N950FXXU4CRG8

Since your on an oxm multi csc firmware use Odin to flash the latest pie but if you want to go back to oreo don't flash the March pie update . Only flash the first pie release. On the March update they said you can't go back to earlier release. So I wouldn't try it unless you like pie and don't want to go back to oreo.
I would flash the first pie release to see if you like it first. But be warned though you might have to factory reset if you go back to oreo if you get any issues with system.
Hi Guys,
I have tried several methods and combination to change my CSC but no success yet. I have below issue :
1. I had initially DBT CSC
2. After June firmware, I changed my CSC to BTU
3. NOw i want it change to DBT but not able to do so
I installed XID (indonesian) firmware that changed my CSC but then I flashed again DBT firmware and CSC was automatic set to BTU. I didnt event got the option to select the sim service right after boot.
I tried it with different firmwares and all results in BTU.
I also tried removing sim while flashing but nothing helped. Was there any change in June firmware that permanently set by CSC to BTU no matter which firmware i flash, if it is multi csc, it is always by default set to BTU.
Hope to have some genious ideas on changing my CSC.
thanks,
