What?
Raspberry Pi is a mini computer of US$25 or US$35, not a software or firmware. This computer has the same VideoCore IV, but with a good 3D performance.
You can't install a computer or hardware :0
Take this link for more information

The GPU is capable of BluRay quality playback, using H.264 at 40MBits/s. It has a fast 3D core accessed using the supplied OpenGL ES2.0 and OpenVG libraries.
Insane!

*sighs*

Anyone has experience with running Android Studio on the Intel Core M chip like the new Asus UX305 has? Is development on a laptop with this performance possible? If yes, is it bearable? Did anyone try it and if so came across any issues or unbearable processing times? I hope this will also help others in the future, since I did not find any answers to this question yet.

I am thinking about buying this laptop, mainly because I want a nice looking business laptop with a long lasting battery. I need it mainly for writing articles, web browsing, some web development like HTML, CSS, PHP, Wordpress and also for the occasional use of Android Studio.
One simple question: Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 or intel atom Z2520 1,2ghz ??
Hi LenAsh,
one simple answer: YES!
Or in other words...since you posted your question in a device-specific forum (ASUS MeMO Pad 7 ) I /think/ you wants to
ask: "Does the ASUS MeMO Pad 7 have a Intel or Mediathek processor?"...or do you want to know:
"What is better: Mediathek or Intel?"
Or...
What to prefer is mostly based on the answer to the question: What do you want to do with it?
I wanted my ASUS MeMO Pad 7 ME176CX for two reason: Processing power (this is NOT necessarily graphics
or gaming power, it is more the ability for quick number crunching) and the ease of compiling code for
it (C) I choose the device with the Intel Atom Z3745 Quad Core (1.86 GHz peak), whihc runs x64 code natively,
so any PC based Linux distro could be run on it (I even heard of successful boots of Windows ).
Mediathek is relatively unknown.
I am no gamer in the pure sense of this word, so I cannot comment on this aspect of your question.
If you want a more specific answer please ask a more specific question.
Best regards,
tuxic

Welcome to XDA! Enjoy the forums, and let me know if you have any questions. By the way, what SBCs do you use?
Hi, first was Odroid C2, then Raspberry Pi Zero2, and finally Radaxa Rock Pi SE. Meantime several tvBox with S905x (KM5 -3 pieces), S905X3(Vontar X3, X96 Max +), RK3328 (A5X Max +) - all works with Android, Linux and Libreelec/Coreelec.

Cool! I have a Raspberry Pi 4 8GB. How do you like your Radaxa Rock Pi SE?
Its quite cool SBC, especially with NVME SDD - I bought it just for this feature. For the moment it is waiting to aplication for HA because of trying to use RPI TV HAt with it. I couldn't run it despite the compatibility of the 40pin connector- it waits till resolving this issue. Support fotm radaxa cant -they don't support non-radax hardware.

I know! Micro SD is so slow - I've found using a USB 3.0 flash drive is better though.
