TMobile charged my credit card! Did it ship?

Hope this is a good sign! it is under pending charges...

What did the terms of your purchase agreement state? Did it state you will be charged once it ships? I've had all my Notes new from when they first have been released, and it has meant very little the date when my bank was charged. I've learned to not keep my hopes up with this stuff.

I purchased it on August 11th so I hope it's good news that my card was just charged today. Who knows of course when it will ship but I'm hopeful to have it Monday, LOL

Just checked my account and it was charged as well. Which in my experience means it will ship in the next few days. Happened with my S7+as well as the S8+

I have received confirmation from a source that the devices are being shipped out on Monday. Not a day sooner. Some folks will receive in hand on the 21st, others will continue to receive after that day up to actual release day. All pre-orders WILL NOT ship out on the same day.

My card was just charged. When I ordered it from T-Mobile the rep said they wouldn't charge me until it ships. Hopefully I'll have it on Monday.

I ordered my from T-Mobile on the morning of August 10. My order it now showing shipped, but my tracking # shows "Label created, waiting for pick-up."

I bet it's not a 512GB ?

I ordered my on 8/10, still on Pre-Order status and still waiting for my credit card to be charged.

Mine is the Ocean Blue 512GB Note 9.

Mine says is ready to be picked up by UPS as well, hopefully Tuesday or Wednesday, T-Mobile it's usually pretty good about delivering a couple of days before the scheduled release date

They'll all get picked up tomorrow. If you paid for overnight shipping, you should receive it by Tuesday or Wednesday depending on where it's being shipped out from.
Funny thing, mine is shipping from Colorado....

So I pre-ordered T-Mobile 512gb.Note9 then told right before release that my phone wouldn't be shipped to me until September 20th,so I cancelled my pre-order and got it on Amazon the day after release,my question isshould I still be able to be qualified to get the pre-order goodies namely the AKG noise cancellation wireless headphones or the Fortnite bundle.What does everyone think?I think they should compensate me but that's just me.

No you canceled the pre order that's on you. It only applied to orders up until the 23rd

I understand but why pre-order a phone and have to wait a month after release to get it,you would think a company like Samsung would make enough phones to cover demand.

I went to pre order around the 19th and noticed everywhere had an unknown release date or late September for the 512 model, EXCEPT good ole Amazon. Plus on top of the akg headphones they also gave the dual wireless charger and Dex pad free. Shipped day before release even.

Doesn't matter they aren't going to give you a bonus on a pre order you canceled there was no shipping guarantee and the 512 was in high demand

Same boat here. September 19, they say. I'm not canceling though because of the promo AND I have two Note8s on that order at 399 each. That sale is over so I can't cancel now. Stupid Samsung.

has anyone in UK who preordered and claimed the buds - got them or even got any updates further than claim was successful
and also for UK peeps - trade in - has anyone got any updates further than we got your return?
i noticed that i still got charged last month for my s9 - so i have now made 13 payments - and this month i have 2 standing orders one for the old one - still active will be charged on the 5th - and the new one - charging me on the 15th - not really sure what to do - i dont want to pay for 2 phones - and am pretty sure i wont see a refund

Mine was updated this morning to "Processed" after being stuck on "Validated" since 8th of March. Dunno what that means as no shipping notification received.

Probably should have just done my pre-order in Harderwijk instead of here in the UK. lol

Delivery is within 30 days of claim being validated.. I still have another two weeks to wait!

Got an email with tracking number now. Supposed to be here tomorrow

I don't know about UK but in the USA on the Shop Samsung app it shows when your buds should ship "Ships Week Of April 1st" is what mine says.

I've had no info on my trade in, and no info on my buds

Was your trade in with your network or directly with Samsung? I've had mine since 8th march and still waiting for ee to send the return bag/label for my old s8+, it was supposed to be here within 2 weeks ..if they don't send I shan't be chasing!

They sounded flat at first but once I switched the tips to ones that better fit my ear they're sounding pretty good tbh. They're not bass heavy but have a more balanced soundstage. Dead easy to set up, open the case and the phone does the rest. The touchpad is a bit odd or maybe I'm not used to them but it seems they don't register some taps when doing multiple taps like to switch tracks. Will get a better feel for them once I get to sit down and properly use them later.

Not had mine in the UK yet but it did say it can take up to 30 working days. I claimed on the 18th April, was validated on the 23rd so hopefully will see it before the end of May.

I bought an official Huawei wireless charger from Aliexpress for £16. A lot cheaper than the extortionate UK prices for them (UK models include an extra wall charger that most won't need).

Got my text at 00:21 this morning from Huawei saying 'claim fulfilled' so would expect it to appear at some point today

Mine is due to be delivered on Monday ?

I'm listening to mine now. It's a great speaker, but the lack of bluetooth streaming is irksome... As is the fact it doesn't like to have media cast to it from Google Play Music... *sigh*
Still, it was free so...

Mine was validated and sent for fulfilment on the 24th of April and I still haven't received it.....

was roughly around 3 weeks after claiming.
Its great, has absolutely destroyed bluetooth speakers for me. Streaming over wifi is different levels!
Came with DX. They're tracking isnt very good but they turned up on the day as they said they would so no complaints

I ordered my this morning!

The price is good, but my primary worry is that this phone won't have factory images available or be safe to root even if the bootloader gets unlocked after a sim unlock.
I also wouldn't expect any ability to convert to an international firmware even if the modem portions are retained.

Well there is a better chance for unlocking the BL than the samsung note 10 ...

Ordered mine today also. Anyone know when they ship? TMobile always ships early, hoping this is no exception

T-Mobile chat told me they aren't leaving the warehouse until Friday. I think he's wrong, as all other preorders deliver by launch date, but I haven't seen any movement yet.

I hope tmo sticks to tradition and sends them out tomorrow...

I even paid extra for expedited shipping. It will suck to watch people walk out of the store with them on Friday while I wait till the middle of next week...

First Pre orders should be shipping out Thursday and delivered Friday on launch day. Check your bank account. TMobile will charge your card once your phone is ready to ship out. My card was charged a few hrs ago and pre order was placed on the first day.

When they ship it to you the IMEI for that phone is assigned to your account. They won't let you check out another device until you receive the first one. It's a hassle. I paid for next day

UPS shipping notification, delivery Friday. Excited about this McLaren addition.

I ordered mine on Tuesday evening via T-Mobile help on Twitter. Even transferred money into my account in case it charged early. My card was charged late on the 3rd and transaction was completed on the 4th. Hopefully I will get an update from UPS later today and so get the email update from T-Mobile with my imei. My order is a JOD upgrade. I got overnight shipping. I would have went into a store but I have to work 10-8 tomorrow do I can't get to a store.
I sure hope they ship them out tonight.
Edit: I just checked my UPS app and it is showing.

You're right, I would have just added it to another line on account and popped my sim in, returned to sender. Just put it on credit card.
Got next day also, receiving tomorrow according to ups app

Mine says 10:45 am to 1:45 pm. Good thing my wife works from home. She's even going to work in the living room so she can see the driver when he/she comes up on the porch. 99.9% of the time, they arrive sometime closer to 6 or 7 or later.
My daughter's iPhone on Halloween last year was supposed to arrive by 1:30, it got delivered at almost 9pm. I'm not paying $8 for the 2 hour delivery window, that from everything I have read and heard, also gets missed.
Once it arrives, I will be impatiently waiting for time to clock out and get home.

I really, really want this phone but the high chance of not being able to flash the international firmware is why I'm not going to do it.
