[Q] KF2 - HELP w TWRP!

Hello! Can someone please help me.. Ive been reading and reading different threads and cant come up with a clear solution to my problem...
So I have a rooted KF2 and I am able to get it into fastboot using :
adb shell
su
reboot bootloader
But now what? IDK what to do next. How do I get TWRP onto the device? Once in fastboot it just seems to sit there and do nothing. Ive tried in fastboot mode typing :
fastboot -i 0x1949 boot Downloads/openrecovery-twrp-2.3.3.1-blaze.img
but it just comes back 'waiting for device' and nothing happens. Do I not have the correct fastboot drivers on my comp? Please help. Im using windows 8 too. Not sure if that is making a difference or not?

Type "fastboot -i 0x1949 devices" and tell me what it says?
Also... Everything but the ROM and gapps needs to be in the same folder as your fast boot and adb. So it needs to be in the platform tools folder of the android sdk

In fact I believe that your issue is that your files aren't where they need to be. Cm10.1 and gapps go on the kindle, everything else needs to be in the platform tools folder of the android sdk:good:
also make sure you are not on a USB 3.0 port.
Don"t you need a factory cable?

It is highly recommended but it can be done without one

[Q] Fastboot problem in Mi3.

Hello everyone,
I am trying to install CWM recovery for Xiaomi Mi3 using rayglobe tool. The attached screenshot shows that my phone is just not recognized by the Rayglobe tool when in fastboot mode. I noticed this issue after trying to flash the cwm recovery 2 times before.
I have installed MiPhone manager for the drivers. Also installed "15 seconds adb and fastboot" tool, but the problem still persists. I am using Windows 8 OS on my computer. I would be very thankful if someone could help in finding the right fastboot drivers or just solving the issue.
Thanks!
Help anyone?? I have searched about this issue alot before posting here...So...

Seriously? you name a thread about fastboot and you are using some tool to do what a single fastboot command can do.
Does the below command that hard to execute?
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

Restore Download mode from Fastboot

Hi,
I have a d415 that i booted into fastboot mode with and wanted to unlock bootloader with. I then found out that it was already unlocked. Now i would like to restore download incase i screw anything up. I have the laf.img. Where do i go from there? None of the commands i type in fastboot mode work, possibly because i didn't correctly install the fastboot and adb drivers. If that is the problem, can someone give me clear instructions on how to download them, thanks. Instead, i used the basic adb and fastboot files from a different thread from android sdk. Adb doesn't even work anymore for me now. Please help
Thanks a ton in advance!

Motorola p30 note Xt 1942-1 Android one pie update

Hello I saw everyone facing issues in updating Xt 1942-1 to Android 9 pieso a person named Adnan shabir helped me in updating my phone which is Moto p30 note model no Xt1942-1 to Indian variant XT-1942-2 pie update steps are simple
First you have to download this firmware which is Android 9 pie with June security patch. Here is the link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lLmDvX4R4o2Jqrhp1RQflap27jxe4hXS/view
Then flash one by one command given in the link below
https://del.dog/motofbrf.sh
Ignore second command which is fastboot -w and flash one by one using cmd or powershell make sure you have adb and fastboot driver installed and also copy fastboot and adb files to firmware folder.
If you don't have adb and fastboot files download from here :
https://download.highonandroid.com/file/Tools/fastboot.zip.html
After downloading everything connect USB cable to your phone and enable USB debugging in developer options make sure your bootloader is unlocked
Write adb reboot bootloader in cmd or powershell in powershell you to write "./" Before adb or fastboot then after restarting to bootloader check fastboot devices it will show your device then paste commands which are mentioned in above link one by one and you are good to go.
To avoid app crashes kindly factory reset your device after update.
