[Q]can't flash cm7 kernel with odin

I have a problem flashing cm7.
When i use odin to flash the kernel then it stops (error) when flashing the new firmware, i have tried to download the kernel again but i still can't flash. (clockmodwork i can flash with odin)
When i'm in recovery and try to install cm7 initials from sd i get the error status 7 flashing the radio.
I hope that someone can help me with this i tried allmost every thing.

You tried asking in the CM7 posts they have more knowledge of CM7 .

[Q] Romkitchen upgrade failed

Hi all
I have tried the romkitchen some time ago and all worked fine. Now I tried it again in order to upgrade to Gingerbread and it failed. Cooked the ROM, downloaded it and renamed it to update.zip, booted in recovery mode and installed it.
First thing I notice is that the keyboard does not work. The camera also just shows some very weird dots.
And the worst part is that when I now start up in recovery mode I cannot see anything! Well I can see a lot of coloured dots but am unable to see the menu.
How should I proceed? Can anyone tell me the menu structure of the recovery screen? That way I can hopefully install another ROM (yes I know I will have to guess the location of the update.zip file in the list, but I am getting quite desperate now)

Uh, oh...
Now I cannot even boot the phone.
Any suggestions of how to proceed would be greatly appreciated...

i think your problem is you didnt upgraded to gingerbread stock
from the romkitchen web site:
WARNING! Before flashing a gingerbread ROM please make sure you have at least the JVH bootloaders. If you flash with ODIN, flashing a stock ROM (JVO, JV9, JV5) will get you the proper bootloaders.
you need to flash it with odin and then use the kitchen to flash a rom from the recovery...

phew... Now I have a stock ROM
Tried to install the ROM from romkitchen again but I get an error:
E:failed to verify whole-file signature
E:signature verification failed
Does anyone know how to avoid this?
I think I have found it but am not allowed to post the link here since I am a new user.

Ppl im here & have a problem ...i don't understand Ive tried to upload my bl/cp & my phone is recognized in odin but it keeps failing...I also tried to flash twrp 3.024 & its failing too.....I can only flash certains roms in my g35f......I can't flash Pheonix or Superman, or Bobcat rom( when I install these I get the error mssg no OS is installed) but I can flash Maimum OD & TWIZtd ROM S7 for T-Mobile Note 4 v3.1 (NOV.19.2016).......I don't understand y some roms can be installed & some can't...... Can someone plz tell me Y?

Which model you have n910t or n910t3 ?
Try flash whole stock firmware in odin then do factory reset then flash twrp recovery.
You will start fresh and hopefully you can flash all roms based on your model.

I have a n910t......whats the latest firmware download? which twrp do I need b/c I have 3.0.20 installed now.
Also do you know a way or any way I can install this with 6.0.1 ? or if not is there a way for it to be installed ?

Cannot flash anything to watch at all

I flashed Android Wear onto my watch (March 4th release on this page) and Google Services was super buggy and wouldn't stop crashing, so I tried to flash the vanilla OS back but it constantly fails.
I've tried flashing the Tizenmod Full Restore zip from the page, but it wouldn't flash. The first time it said "INVALID SIGNATURE: BOOT" on the screen so I tried to flash it again and this time it said nothing on the screen. I spent several more hours trying everything, the 'Extreme Recovery' with TizenModFull but I could not flash it either so I tried the stock firmware, 2 different versions of Odin, different USB ports, different firmware's and even tried re partitioning with a PIT file I got from Heimdall on my main computer but I still couldn't flash anything onto the watch (When flashing with re partition and a PIT file it said "INVALID SIGNATURE: PIT", but not consistently).
EDIT: The logs from Odin this guy got are pretty much exactly the same as mine.
Does anything know anyway I can get the stock firmware back onto my watch? Thank you.

I am getting a similar issue with my samsung gear S2 I have tried flashing with odin but its stuck in download mode and whenever I try to flash it I get the error message Invalid Signature : PIT - I have tried using different versions of the firmware for the device but no fix - does anyone know how to fix this?

Root failed then flashing the rom fail

1st I tried to root my sm-920c but failed,
2nd I tried to install the using odin but it still got no luck. 'It says write error' I tried many times. Now what should I try?

hmm... i failed alot of things multiple times and this never happened to me.
Try downloading the latest odin and downloading the latest samfirm and download another stock rom and try again
