Finger print sensor fails after upgrade to Pie - Xiaomi Mi A2 / 6X Questions & Answers

Yesterday, I upgraded to Pie, which was a bit of a pain. Now I cannot complete the finger print registration anymore:
Enrollment was not completed
Fingerprint enrollment didn't work.
Try again or use a different finger.I also ran FPTest in the *#*#miui#*#* menu. Here as well, I cannnot complete the enrollment process. It gets stuck at:
11 touches: 88%
Any idea what may be the problem?
Note that my A2 is rooted, with Magisk. Temporarily (without reboot) deinstalling it did not help.

Issues with pin after rooting note 9

Hey guys, basically I am facing an issue now, basically, I successfully rooted my note 9 which is on the android pie (using twrp and magisk)
And now I have this issue that every time I try to create a lock for the phone (i.e. fingerprint or anything else) And I input the password. Then it doesn't lock my phone, however, it doesn't let me register fingerprints as it says the pin I enter is wrong. And I had to reset it 5 times already.

Fingerprint sensor not working/not detected

Hello,
a while ago I had an accident and had to replace several parts of my X2 Pro.
After I replaced the screen, the phone was booting properly. Fingerprint sensor didn't seem to work though.
I was running LOS 18.1 at that point. After upgrading to a newer LOS 18.1 version, the fingerprint sensor itself doesn't seem to be recognized anymore.
In `Settings -> Security` there is not more option to set up the fingerprints.
This has been the same for multiple ROMs. LOS 19, VoltageOS. Upgrading to RUI 2.0 firmware also didn't help. Lastly I installed the RUI 2.0 ROM, which also didn't lead to success.
By now I also replaced the fingerprint sensor itself, didn't change anything.
I'm a bit clueless, the only option that I could see working is to have a valid persist.img, where apparently the sensor information is saved. Could someone share this one? I'm also open to other ideas.

system_server_wtf errors - S20 FE 5G Rebooting Every Few Minutes

Hello,
I was trying to make a bank app work on my phone, which suddenly stopped working after an update. I had Shamiko+HideMyApplist modules installed on Magisk+LSposed. I'm not sure if i disabled the wrong app or something, but now my S20 FE 5G is rebooting every few minutes.
I was on OneUI 5.1 Feb Security patch. I tried upgrading to latest(March) security patch. Also tried uninstlling all 'hiding' apps and modules. But nothing helped. Phone works fine in safemode, so it doesn't seem like a hardware issue.
I found system_server_wtf files in /data/system/dropbox which point to different services like CustomFrequencyManagerService, WindowManagerService etc. Managed to somehow get logcat through adb through. Attaching all said files.
Can someone please help introubleshooting this issue? I can try to provide any more info if required, but can you guide me in the right direction here? I'm unable to use the phone for more than a couple minutes before it reboots again everytime.
Just flash stock rom with odin and never root your phone. Or atleast don't update your phone after it is rooted.
