Interesting, but are there instructions in English and is Tai-Chi Magisk free to use and open source?
My advice is not to use closed source software which modifies Android at system level like for example Xposed and Magisk do because nobody can check what the software actually does.

So, it is not open source. My advice is not to use this because you'll never know what it does. Too risky for me in any case. This also means I won't support XPrivacyLua on Tai-Chi.

I agree. When using it, the app uninstalls whatever app you're using a module with and installs a new version. I tried it with Instagram and Xinsta. It did actually work as advertised. With no code to look at though, it's a little shady for me. I'd like to see them post some better documentation and proper source. There's enough data mining going on in apps published to the play store as it is, let alone something like this.
Taichi and vxposed are garbage almost no app work

not sure if I understand this ... some people in the thread did install those zips and got a working xposed in the end and could use some xposed modules.
I would love to see some solution to get your XprivacyLua working on newer phones. You think I should avoid to try it that way?

Can you link me to this publicly posted comment? I would like to read up on it. I know there are problems with SElinux and the context's that can be ran in order to get xposed app_process to run with the proper contexts. I also remember that being a problem with root. The only way around it was with a custom kernel. Things may have changed since I read that though.

As soon as you've developed a Nougat compatible version of xposed and released it for us.

Someone at Substratum has a Proof of Concept.
Rovo will update the status in this thread, you can check the progress there.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3034811&page=4
Current status for Nougat: Hooks are generally working now. However, they're still unreliable for inlined methods and when JIT is used (which is often the case). I had give a few technical insights here. I'm currently thinking about the different situations that need to be handled and I create unit tests for them. Then I need to fix those which are failing or even crashing the device - ideally without recompiling the whole ROM like in previous versions. Not sure if the latter is possible though.

Well said, if your ROM is stable enough for your daily driver, then stick with it. I want to try CM14.1 but it pulls me down to MM due to Xposed framework. For now, patience is a virtue. :good:
I'll just patiently wait while I sit on Nougat, the only thing that exists where I come from. No MM possible for this one. The V20 is still beautiful though.

Google is your friend. Don't ignore your friend.
https://www.google.com/get/noto/help/cjk/
Noto Sans CJK is a sans serif typeface designed as an intermediate style between the modern and traditional. It is intended to be a multi-purpose digital font for user interface designs, digital content, reading on laptops, mobile devices, and electronic books. Noto Sans CJK comprehensively covers Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean in a unified font family. It supports regional variants of ideographic characters for each of the four languages. In addition, it supports Japanese kana, vertical forms, and variant characters (itaiji); it supports Korean hangeul — both contemporary and archaic.

I was very surprised to find that no one had made a Twemoji module, so here you go!
Download is attached.
Also attached is a ZIP with some scripts for Linux to build the font yourself if you're interested - I recommend extracting it to its own folder.
The first time run firstrun.sh, then when you want to update just run build.sh. Warning that firstrun.sh will download about 1.5 GB worth of Git repos.
firstrun.sh is made for Ubuntu, so you may have to change apt-get to whatever your distro uses and/or install some more packages required for it to run.
If you don't want to replace the water pistol with the original gun, simply remove line 46 from build.sh.
Feel free to donate if you want.
Thanks bro, i always looking for this.

Strange... you're on the latest Magisk I assume? Unfortunately I'm not too skilled at this stuff, I just compile the font basically so I don't know where to begin with debugging. Can you try testing with the EmojiOne module available in the repo? It should be pretty much the same apart from the font itself so it'd give me a better idea if it's my module specifically or a problem with fonts.

Hahaha, the battery situation is subjective and depends on your use.
It's 7.1.2 "7.2.1" is just a typo
It's regular lineage with built in micro G so besides that there's not a whole lot of things that set it apart from the official LOS, so any kernel will be ok
Typo fixed Why you will use an other kernel?
This was shared in here before: https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-3/help/googless-lineage-t3672727
Also you shouldnt open threads in development section for the roms which is not specific for kenzo. You should share them in other sections. I didnt report tho, just saying.
