Hello, is there any way to simulate heart rate sensor working? If you wanna use google pay, you have to lock your screen. But my heart rate sensor doesn't work so I have to enter pin always when I wanna use watch. It's really annoying.
Another question. I use Facer watchface. There's step counter but it doesn't work (still shows 0). In the Google fit app step counter works. I've allowed Facer all permissions on watch already.

1)Shake to wake, like the pebble. The current wake up makes my watch turn on way too often.
2)Expanded notifications without first tapping on the notification like how it is currently. I don't understand why I need to tap on it first before I can read the whole message. Just make them expanded/full notifications always, or at least make it an option.
3)There is too much of a delay for the media controller app. There's about a 1 second delay between pressing a button in the media controller app and having my phone actually change the song. The pebble does the song switch almost instantly. If this is due to the lower bandwidth of Bluetooth Low Energy, make it an option to turn off BLE and use only BT Classic. I would gladly give up battery life for faster notifications/control over my phone. This brings me to #4
4) Faster notifications. Sometimes I have a 1 second wait before a notification shows up on my watch after having already shown up on my phone. Again, if this is due to the limited bandwidth of BLE, make it an option to only work on BT classic.
Edit: Oh I misread the topic. I thought this was about changes to the Gear. I'll just leave this here anyways.
Me too, i would like a GPS guidance for walking.
An extention of Sygic will be really great.
I can honestly say I couldn't ask for much more from my watch.
I would like a keyboard to reply to msgs (from anything that shows up in notification center - email, text, hangouts, etc) - without having to bake in a whole new rom etc

yup.
Something like Rain Alarm pro does on the sony smart watch. Yes you can get the alert when the app sees rain but the ability to see weather radar on the watch would be awesome!

I'm using it and dont have any problem at all. Steps are correct.

So the steps match on the watch face match with show me my steps in settings? Strange mine on watch face are about 400 less!
Does it have anything to do with swipe left for altitude setting it says when you first go to watch face?
I'm using a custom watch face from intellicom watch faces app with a step counter. I've also noticed that the step count on the watch face don't match the count on the fit app.
Yesterday watch face had approx 14,000 steps whereas fit app was showing only 9,500????
One thing I noticed is that some of my watch faces needed permission to link with Google Fit. Those watch faces show steps accurately on my LG Watch Urbane. The Intellicom watch face never asked permission, and isn't showing up in the approved app list in Google Fit, which is probably why steps on the watch face don't match the app. Maybe I didn't see the permission message? Maybe the app isn't configured to ask permission?

Hello Guys the Watch is Great, Very Great but once has the development vorgotten.....!
There is no Option to Vibrate OFF in Settings. ( the other is with sound i hate it )
in google app i have deactivated the vibrate, on my phone to. But watch is Vibrate when incoming mail, sms whatever.... :-/
Asus says i musst reset the Smartwatch ... ?! But Why ?!! no comment.... a young asus supporter has me whrite this :laugh:
OK to the facts:
On my HTC 10, My Asus ZenFone Zoom and My HTC One M9+ Supreme Camera have been tested its the same. There is no defect its a softwareinput problem to the Development of Android Wear 1.5
Has Anybody an idea to i can fix it by a app or other ?

I can only suggest putting your watch into Do-Not-Disturb mode. There does not seem to be an option to fully deactivate any kind of notification permanently, which makes sense to me.

you can fix the sound by downloading ZEDGE on you phone thers must be 100 to pick from. as for the vibration cannot help sorry.

I just updated to 2.0 after my holiday.
I was under the impression that with AW 2.0 I would be able to view photos and reply with a keyboard in WhatsApp, but I can't find both options.
Is that possible now or still not?

Not sure about the photo's as haven't really checked but replying is there, you should see a reply arrow at the bottom of the message preview.
It does seem a bit buggy though, doesn't always show up, if it's not there let it go back to watch face and try again.
After you hit the reply button you should see the reply options, far right is the keyboard option.
Stock keyboard is a bit small and cumbersome but you can use a replacement one.
I'm using TouchOne and works fairly well although some people had issues getting it to show.
you can find it by opening play store on your watch and searching for it.
