Has anyone seen any official statement regarding number of SIM cards supported?
It seems like Nokia hasn't released any info on this, which makes me suspect they are holding Dual-SIM support for it's successor.

I asked Nokia UK over chat yesterday and the UK model is only going to be single SIM. Hasn't stopped me from ordering though!! [emoji16]

I can have it the 15th march here in Belgium. But it's a long wait. I can have an S10 for 650 with the earbuds on my carier. That's only 50 more than the Pureview.
Mine is single sim. I got the US version at Best Buy on March 1. The tray looks like it should be dual sim, but there's only one actual sim slot. The rest is solid plastic.
Mine has dual SIM (and it's working).

1082 is single sim, so he must have the international model if it's dual sim. I haven't seen anything about either model being dual sim, but I know for sure that the 1082 is single sim.

Exactly. I haven't heard of a dual sim launching anywhere. Maybe @rivmin can throw some light on to this topic.
Just watched a review of a TA1087, dual SIM version from Sweden. This, while I await my TA1082. It could well be the first one in India. I am super excited to have mine!
Mine is TA-1087 and Dual SIM.
Location: Finland.
Nokia 9 PureView at least, three variants of this phone:
A simple SIM model (TA-1082), which will probably be limited to the USA.
A variant of Android One (TA-1087) with dual SIM support. (The one that is sold in my country Spain (en castellano España con Ñ))
Another version of double SIM (TA-1094) without Android One, exclusively for China.

PS I'm switching from LG G3 and Meizu MX4 Pro, so just first impression after 4 hours of tests:
1) fingerprint works amaizing, much better than Meizu.
2) the phone body is very solid and looks nice
3) sounds quialilty is good but Meizu is better, which was expected.

I think it means it's optional in the sense that you can either run dual sim or one sim and a micro sd card. One of the slots act as either. I know that's how it is with the UL00 version.

Maybe you're right, although I interpret from Huawei's web page that the L09 version might have a single SIM (the GSM network specs for the UL00 shows 2 cards and the L09 only one?).

Only the CRR-UL00/64GB version is dual sim (maby the 128GB version will be to when it comes). Optional referes to that you can either have sim + sdcard og sim + sim configuration, as one slot doubles as sdcard and sim slot.

I too have just taken delivery of a Chinese sourced CRR-UL00 and would like to know if and how it can be flashed to a European or International version in order to remove the Chinese oriented 'stuff'? I have removed a lot of the Chinese Apps manually, but would be a bonus to build as a non Chinese version.
Othewise early impressions are favourable of a very well built and good looking device... loving the rear mounted fingerprint reader.

I am about to order the CRR-UL00 DUAL SIM. However I have some questions as this isn't an European version.
Will I get support from HUAWEI when it is broke? I am not sure about this. Asked it Huawei, but they didn't respond.
Secondly what OS languages are available? Would for instance English and Dutch be available on it or other keyboard layouts like AZERTY? Can somebody confirm this?
What about the Chinese apps? Can you delete them? Or if not, put them all into a folder to deny them?
Are there other things on this Asian model in which I can run into trouble after purchase?

If you by this means if you will get EU warranty from Huawei, then no you should not expect that. You would have to ship it back for repair or pay to get it done localy at your own expence.

About any language is avalible on the stock firmware, Dutch and English is included. Keyboard layouts too, or you can simply download a keyboard from Google Play.

You can delete most of them, and deactivate the few apps that cannot be uninstalled.

Google Service is important for China mobiles, as they are not pre-installed in China. On Huawei Mate S CRR-UL00 the will not be installed, but you can download them from the Huawei App Store "HiApp". They work without problems for me on my CRR-UL00.

Thanks a lot for your answers! Strange as I can purchase the P8 Premium Gold Edition through Vmart (Huawei) in Belgium. This is a dual sim version with the same version as the Mate S. This is sold with warranty but normally they don't advertise this model in Europe.
Anyway.. I think the Mate S dual Sim is the better choice over the P8 Dual Sim IMO. Any constrains?

Yes it is a bit strange tha Huawei seems to only sell their low spec models in EU - actually a surprise to me that you can get the 64GB P8 here. For the Honor 7 and Mate S I have only seen the 16GB and 32GB models from official stores.
I did not go for the P8. The P8 has no fingerprint reader, also the screen and general build quality is to me superior in the Mate S. The AMOLED screen is really beautiful.

I was just given this as a gift. I have AT&T, but it is sim locked to China Telecom. It says 4G is locked by China Telecom. Phone calls, text, and EDGE (2G) work for me with my AT&T sim. If I were to sim unlock it, will LTE then work for me? It is the CRR-UL00 version.
Also curious about rooting and installing google play services. Any advice?

Already know the differences in hardware for these 2 models. Just wondering if there any differences in software (Samsung software or non-Samsung) between N950FD & N9500 as well? I looked everywhere online and can't seem find any info.

If there is an hardware difference, of course there also is a software difference.
The kernel is different (and maybe some hardware drivers)! Your phone don't will boot if you flash the wrong firmware.

The one on carphonewarehouse is also dual sim. Maybe there all dual/hybrid sim this year as usually buying directly from Samsung you would get the option of dual or single sim but not this time. Hopefully that's true.

I bought a P30 pro, 256GB with a Huawei Watch GT (a "gift") , at 3.dk in Denmark for DKK 5.160 i.e. ~ $ 775 + ~$7 a month more than I used to pay for the network. It is to be delivered next week.
I know nothing about the version no., but hope it is European 432. Dual-sim should be included.
I have been quite happy with my P20 pro, but unhappy with slow very slow updates. But after a year of updates the camera i absolutely faboulous now, which it was not to begin with.
According to our DXO friends in France the P30 pro is the absolutely best on photografing, so I am looking forward to see if they are right there

So Amazon UK has it for pre-order with delivery by April 6... was able to place an order here in the USA... Funny enough, Amazon France has it as well but won't... I'll see if they scrap my pre-order but in my recent experience with the Xiaomi Mi 9, if the order is in, it charges ok and then its golden... fingers cross. Should get it before April 9th!!!!

It should go through. I ordered the Huawei super car charger from there and it said couldn't be delivered to the US. I got it a few days later. Already placed my order for the P30 pro from Amazon UK.

Mine in black arrived today and it is nice. Was able to get a 256GB / 8GB setup from an overseas contact for a little of a shipping premium. It's awesome. Worth getting however you can:good:

Just about all new phones but my daily recently was Mate 20 Pro. I can say without a doubt this is better and better then S10 and Xiaomi Mi 9 and Google Pixel 3 XL and Nokia 9

TMobile of course but yes no wifi calling since its not a phone available in the US even though I heard TMobile overseas has it as an offering. I haven't dig into that aspect to see if I can. I do know that you can always do the the Google voice workaround but really isn't a factor for me currently :angel:

I purchased mine from TechnoLec U.K. and got the unlocked Global / U.K. version for use in the USA. I did not get the best deal, but I didn't want to mess with some of the other people on eBay that seemed a little sketchy. These guys are authorized and they had 100% ratings. Hopefully it works out.

Can you confirm the phone has VOLTE on TMO US?
Place a call with wifi off and see if it still says 4g LTE.
Or download Network Cell Info Lite from playstore and go to the Device + Sim and see if VoLTE capable says "Yes".

VoLTE confirmed. Wifi Calling of course is not supported with Huawei and TMO USA

I believe one is International (VOG-L29) and the other is U.K. (VOG-L09). The bands are the same. Th VOG-L29 is "hybrid dual SIM"
