Hello everyone. I just got a new pair of true wireless bids, the momentum true wireless. Its aptx and aptx HD compatible. However there is no such option in the developer section under Bluetooth codec, only sbc and aac.
It looks like my p30 doesn't even support aptx. I've tried to reset the phone to. Does your p30pros have that option? Any suggestions?

It definitely supports aptx. The specs on the the Huawei website say:
Bluetooth 5.0, BLE, SBC, AAC, aptX, aptX HD, LDAC and HWA Audio
Ive connected w aptx hd but I used my buds` own app to do it
aptx HD works without problems
aptx HD works without problems on my P30 Pro. See attached Screenshot.
It definitely supports aptx and aptxHD, but first your device should support it before you can use it on your phone. I have a Sony BT Headphones, which support AC3 only, and others with support aptX and aptXHD, so my P30 Pro defaults to aptXHD with the latter, and only AC3 with the first.
I can't see the aptx codec in development settings... My LG earphone shows aptx in name.
I have the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless
They work fine with the P30 Pro with aptx
The buds are not aptx HD compatible though
just use them and aptx works naturally
It does support aptx, but for my headphones I had to install the software from the headphone manufacturer to force using it.

When I used my iPad, I had the Jensen Rocker dock that was pretty much perfect for all media purposes, with a swivel mount to allow the iPad to be used in portrait or landscape, rather decent built-in speakers in the base, remote control, etc.
I'm sure the answer is 'no', but does anybody know of any sort of speaker dock available for the Tab? I've only found things that require being plugged into the headphone jack or syncing with Bluetooth, which would be fine if there were some central spot to at least perch the Tab so it looks like it was built for such use.
I have the HDMI dock, but even plugging that into some external speakers would look more like a rigged Frankenstein contraption. It seems that accessory makers have all but given up on the Tab, so are we pretty much stuck without all the goodies like a speaker dock? What do you guys use, if anything, for this purpose?
Hi, If you prefer quality sound over just-some-sound, then BlueTooth cannot be because they are bandwidth limited compared to the full audio band record in CD. I don't have a dock, but if I ever wants sound to SGT, then I would get it from headphone jack with voodoo sound anti-jitter and 128x oversampling.
I use a Bluetooth receiver connected to my Stereo System.

The Tab just sits in one of these cheap docks:
I bought the samsung bluetooth speakers for 50 euro at 1dayfly.nl and satisfied as they are officially 200 euro.

Today we are testing our miracast adapters with ZUK Z1, all of our miracast adapters can mirror the z1’s screen to TV without any problem, here are some photos:
Since the ZUK Z1 support 5G wifi, so if you want to get better miracast experience, we suggest you try the T1000 plus model which support 5G wifi. In our test, in the 5G connection, Play game on big TV via miracast is acceptable !

Is chromecast and miracast same? If not, does ZUK support chromecast? Thanks.
So I installed the October build, and later listened some music with my Sennheiser CX6.00BT. Instantly I noticed that the quality over Bluetooth was better, and I checked the developer settings, and this was the surprise!!!!!
I really believed that Xiaomi won't implement it, but finally yes <3
(And that's real because if you change between SBC and aptX,
music stops like for 2 seconds and the differences are noticeable)

That's Great
I am running the second October update on my Mi A2.
I can confirm that aptX HD is now working with my Blitzwolf BW-BR4.
Unfortunately, LDAC is still not working with my Sony MDR-1000X.
I am with the October update and... When I change to aptx HD... After I exit the menu.. He return to default drivers... Do you have the same problem?

No, when I connect to my BW-BR4 aptx HD is selected automatically and it doesn't switch to standard aptX unless I manually select it. What Bluetooth device are you connecting to? Does it definitely support aptX HD?

This solution works, but you cannot choose other codecs. Only aptx HD works on my phone

I have 2 problems with bluetooth with this enabled or disabled.
when the ticker is off, I have audio with my bluetooth headset but after using it, I have no audio whatsoever coming from the phone speaker no matter the source (play music, youtube even alarms and ringtones)
if that ticker is on, I have audio from the phone speaker but the bluetooth headset don't.
This worked for me... I knew it was because of the update.... Thanks very much

USB-C to 3.5mm adapters (DAC) - Let's find the bestNow that 3.5mm headphone output is nearing extinction in smartphones, it's time to start compiling the list for the best USB-C to 3.5mm adapter DACs. Many phones don't even offer analog output anymore on their USB-C output , so the only option is to have a dongle/adapter with a built-in DAC...

Have you been able to find one with fast charging, that's what I'm looking for ?
I use this one, and add a c to 3.5mm when I need it. Otherwise I use usb earphones with it. Does support simultaneous fast charging, at least.
