Hi, i got my new mi 9, it appear that sot has stop counting at 1h23. I try to restart and stop the phone but screen on time is still block.
Did you face this problem ?
Thx
Ok thx that work. Never see this issue on my mix 2s.
I recently bought an MI 9 Lite and I am experiencing a problem with the device daily.
Constantly while in use, the phone simply goes to the lock screen. It happens most of the time when I'm driving with Waze or Google Maps, but it also happened while I was typing a message on Whatsapp with the phone in my hand.
I identified that the situation is occurring when there is a carrier signal failure, but found no explicit setting in the phone menu to lock the screen when the network goes down.
This is hindering the use of the phone and I'm even not using it as a GPS. I've found other people reporting the same situation with this model, but none of them have found a solution yet (https://c.mi.com/thread-2741448-1-0.html).
My phone is running MIUI Global 11.3.4.
Same problem on my mi9 miui 11.0.6
Maybe this bug somehow connected with google smart lock. Cause before i was update my phone from miui 10 i had some problems between smart lock, and always on display. I checked a lot of forums, but noone have no idea why this bug happens. And only on mi9 and miui 11

I only saw that when you take out the SIM card, have you tried changing your sim card for a new one?
Hi Guys.
Since I've bought my Mi 9 Lite (nov 2019), I'm experiencing this issue. I tried to update (on 11.0.3.0 Android 10 now), but the only thing that changed is that I have the signal drop and the screen doesn't lock anymore. The signal drops in many situations, but it happens mostly when I try to call someone using whatsapp. I searched a lot, but couldn't find a solution. Someone can help me?
This is very annoying.
Since my phone has been updated to Android 10, Mi Cloud Backup has not worked once, either by schedule or by manual operation. It gets to 5% and then hangs, saying "5% Backing Up..." indefinitely until the phone is rebooted.
It's a completely standard phone running MIUI Global 11.0.6 but has been doing this for months on previous software versions. I foolishly deleted the last successful backup in an effort to see if that will resolve the issue but it didn't and now I don't have any backup for this device.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Or have any suggestions as to how to resolve it? I don't want to perform a factory reset to resolve this issue as the hassle of setting the phone back up from scratch (without a backup to reinstall) is more aggro than the issue I'm trying to resolve.
It's not an issue with my MI account as I have a second MI phone (my old Mi Max 2) that still backs up to Mi Cloud without issue, and I have plenty of cloud space left.
Thanks
I have a similar problem with my Mi Max 3. However, this backup moves to 94% quickly, then sits there for about 20 seconds. It then fails with a message "Connection was interrupted. Try again".
The sync data works for the Gallery, Messaging, Call log, etc, but it always fails with the Home Screen backup.
I am also facing same issue ..I have two mi phones in which same account is there ..in both mobiles it's not working ..one is note 5 pro and one is note 8 pro ..it goes till 99 percent then says connection interruted ..why is this happening ..pls help ..last update is decmber 2020 ..after that it's not happening ...and in my mi max mobile back is taking place ..that is different mi account ..and I have cloud subrciption of 50gb ..pls help and email me if anyone has solution ..thanks guys
Happens to me aswell Mi 9T, any fixes?
Hi! I recently bought a Redmi Note 10 pro max and I have noticed a problem that has been bothering me. Every time you listen to whatsapp audios, if the phone is in a vertical position it goes black. If I listen to the audio while keeping the phone horizontal, it works normally. I have already uninstalled whatsapp and installed it again and it did not resolve. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
Version Android: 12.5.9
Version Whatsapp: 2.21.23.23
Maybe try to reset ur phone but that could delete all your stuff.
If done reset but the issue is still present, then maybe you need to resort to custom ROM.
Hello all,
I was wondering if I'm the only one having problems with Duo on my OnePlus 10 Pro ? During a conversation it keeps freezing/stuttering and there is a delay in the video call (a second or two). The issue goes away after restart but few hours later it is back. I know that there was an issue on previous 1+ devices like 1+7 Pro and usually disabling the Video colour enhancer resolved the issue but I don't have it enabled so it's not helpful in my case.
Anyone else having the same issue ? Any solution/advice ?
Thanks in advance
No it's a server issue. It's being replaced by Google Meet.

Thanks for the answer. It already changed to Google Meet but how can this be a server issue if restarting the device resolves the problem (temporarily but still)?
It's not a server issue. I experience the same problem too. It happens whenever you're having a call through wifi. A temporary fix is to do a reboot. I think after the reboot it comes back after half an hour or so. I saw as an answer suggested for previous models to clear the saved networks. That did solve it but only for a while, plus it's a major inconvenience.
