I flashed the wrong firmware so that my phone can not use LTE now.
I mistakenly brushed into the ROM of the ROG phone I.
The result is WIFI works except LTE network.
I tryied flash any new ROMs.
Someone tell me that he can see the Baseband ID in 9008 mode.
So, any big boss can help me how can I find back my baseband?

I think you need to flash raw rom again. Use the raw from this guide...

I viewed the page, but unfortunately I can't relock my bootloader. (When relock the bootloader I can't unlock it because the baseband lost)
So that's the problem which I need find back my baseband.

You could always just stay with unlocked bootloader like I do, I keep root as well, so you can ignore the last part, they are only optional extras if you don't want to keep root etc..

Is it possible to downgrade the bootloader ? I installed the jkv beta from ssamsung and it changed my bootloader, i need to get my old one so i can get EXT SD function on cm7
best regards
You need to find a froyo firmware with the bootloader in the package and flash through ODIN. Search around on the forums... i think the bootloader is called Sbl.bin.

It can be, the most "3 buttons combo" fix for Recovery and Download mode are based on this kind of flash.

see this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=821698 and use the Heimdall method (the one written in orange)
Hi all. My Xperia X8 is no more able to recognize SIM cards. I have miniCM10, bootloader unlocked successfully many months ago. Previously it was working fine, but after remove/reinsert the battery now the phone cannot recognize any SIM (I have tried 3 different SIM cards). Further the phone fails in adding new APNs.
I have searched in this forum, and in other threads seems that the problem is caused by a bad bootloader unlocking. But in my case the unlock went fine, it just worked for many months continuously. What I have to do? I have already tried factory reset and format partitions from recovery. I have also reinstalled miniCM, but nada. Should I try to reinstall kernel or change ROM/kernel?
Thank you in advance

The second one probably is broken, when I try to flash the procedure doesn't start.
The first one is not a single .ftf file, but they are many .sin files. How to use them with flashtool?
Does exist other links to stock firmware?

Ok, flashed stock ROM, but the sim is not working too. Probably because my phone is SimLocked and this sim is from a different operator, I guess. Should I re-unlock the bootloader (i.e. remove sim-locking)?

This was the first ROM I flashed on my T and as far as I can remember it ran perfectly. Which ROM were you coming from? Unless you're flashing a nightly then you should do a full wipe, especially if you're going from ROMs where there will be major changes.
Well you should have man, it is recommended to avoid most issues

No there is no hardbrick . If you are not on the right bootloader and modem the rom may not boot , so you just flash the right ones.
If you want to came back to LP flash lollipop last booloader and modem and you are ready to go.
Basically , bootloader allows you to boot the rom , modem is everything related to signal , wifi...etc if you are in the wrong one you will not have signal or some things working

Yes, you can. First backup your android 6.0.1 from your recovery, in case something go wrong, you can go back.
Won't flashing/ downgrading the bootloader brick the phone ? How do you flash the LP bootloader and modem? Please can you give a step by step guide and where the correct files can be found? Thanks
I've been trying to figure out if it's possible to Re-Lock the Bootloader on a stock rom and bootloader for a sprint unlocked phone running Android 8. I couldn't find anything in the forums. Anyone have an idea?

If you can get a hold of your v40's stock KDZ and do a refurbish flash of that KDZ in LGUP with the correct DLL's applied to LGUP's common folder so it reads your phone as connected it should wipe any modifications and reflash the stock locked bootloader. But of course will also wipe ur rom and user data. The guides on how to do this are here in the forum.

Gotcha, thanks for the info. I think that's where I'm at, I'm unable to find a KDZ for sprint.
