Battery temperature monitoring software

I've searched but came up short. Is there an application I can install on the Touch Pro that will give me a readout of the temperature of the battery in real time? I am curious to know the temp the charging circuit cuts off and also how much heat is generated while running different radios, wifi, gps, bluetooth. Thanks.

Try PowerGuard I think that tells the temperature of the battery.

[request/challenge]

I've been spending a few days playing around with screen brightness to see exactly what impact it has on battery life. Yesterday I did my usual max brightness, had to go conservative after 5 hours to make it last home [8 hours], as it was pretty much dead.
Today after 11 hours of MUCH more usage [3 hours of screen compared to maybe 1 hour yesterday] on medium brightness, phone was still an epic 54% battery life.
What Im looking for is if it is possible to put a numerical value/ratio of power consumption of the screen at varying brightnesses, and or if this is possible to add into the battery consumption options. I assume there must be some sort of raw power data for the default ROM to work out percentages of power consumption anyway.
Sorry if this is wrong, but I thought it might be a nice challenge for someone with more (>0) skill than me.
EDIT: s***, only typed half the board name
All you need is a multimeter that can measure current. Just run a wire from one battery terminal to the terminal on the phone, then use your multimeter on current mode from one to the other as well. Then you can see what the current draw is with display on low,on high, then immediatly when you sleep the display. Not too tough. If I get some time later tomorrow I might measure it.

big props to you if you measure with a multimeter and post the results!

Did you get anywhere with this?

Discover that screen protector, decreasing hd7 battery life

I was using a cheap generic screen protector, and removed it yesterday and Immediately noticed a lesser drain while in usage and touch sensitivity is more accurate and smoother now
I do not have any battery drain problem in standby mode but during usage .
Discovered the culprit screen protector.
I noticed auto brightness is working after removing the screen protector, previously always stays at one level even in bright sunlight which shows the auto brightness function not working as intended.
After googling for more info it seems screen protectors do bad to certain phones which have the light sensor, built in the screen itself , I,presumably the hd7 .
It seems that the screen protector puts a constant 'tab" in the screen which will drain the battery when the phone display is on resulting in higher battery usage , or it creates a loop process where the phone constantly running a process related to auto brightness
Compare to iPhones which have the light sensor placed outside the screen, I presume .
Screen protectors may not work well in some phones
how long battery life when removed it and not (standby mode)?
My HD7 in standby mode about 8 hr battery drop 10% same issue?

this is normal....m
i don't think it's a protector's issue my friend...u can adjust the brightness as u want...the only fear i could say i have for these type of protectors is if they damage the digitizer of the screen somehow...or the opposite...do they protect it?? i really wonder

I they may do harm because the digitizer may have to work harder to sense your touch. I know this because , it's less smooth performance when having the screen protector

[Q] Disable temperature check?

Is there a way to disable temperature check for battery and CPU on CM7 rom on X8. I know that i can delete sysmon.cfg for some rom-s, but this one doesnt have one.
the problem isn't in the app, maybe some modules, why would you want it removed anyways?
Swyped via Tapatalk 2
Do you use an app for that?

[Q] Bad Battery Performance After Middle Frame Replacement

Hi,
I had to replace my xperia z1 c6903 middle frame.
Before the replacement, in my normal usage, the battery time is about 1 - 1.5 days but after the replacement, it down to 10 - 12 hours.
I did not any software updates or changes, and when i check the battery usage, there is no unsual results.
But I noticed that my new middle frame did not contain some parts which exist on old one. This parts seem like a copper, and if I'm not wrong, magnetic charge parts was also missing.
I attached a photo from old middle frame.
Does anyone have an idea what the reason is?
Thanks.
