Buying phone on clove.co.uk

I am thinking about selling my Touch Pro and getting the new Touch Diamond2 .And as the topic says I want to get it on clove.co.uk,because it is cheaper then if I would to get it in some store here in Serbia.So my question is if any of you guys bought your phone over at their site and if you are satisfied with their service? How long did it take to arrive?

I purchased ZUK Z1 Smartphone from Tomtop ebay store (tomtop.usa). The description said that the smartphone has 2 years warranty.
After 4 months of use the fingerprint scanner of the phone stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and he told me to contact the reseller.
So I contacted Tomtop. They apologized about that and told me to send it back to them and they will replace it with a new one or they will refund me.
I sent the smartphone to the address they gave me and they received it. Here is the tracking number: RE541532254GR
From that day I sent them 7 messages to inform me about the current status of the replacement / refund but they did not answer me. Then I contacted ebay support. They told me that they will try to contact them.
After that I received a message from Tomtop claiming they didn't receive the smartphone. I sent them the tracking number to prove that they have receive it but I never get a reply. It seems that they have blocked me.
When I try to buy anything from Toptom I received the following message: “The seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you.”
After that I did a google search tomtop.com scam and there was a lot of people complaining about them.
Now I understand that I have lost my phone and I am really sad about that. That is why I share my experience with you. I want to protect other people from facing the same situation. Please stay away from Tomtop. There are other stores to buy ZUK phones.
P.S. I told my story to some friends and they will try to help me. They bought some cheap items from ebay tomtop store to give them a negative feedback. They said that this is only way to press them to give my phone back.

Hello, have very similar experiences with Tomtop.usa:
So i bought a phone (Zuk Z1) from Seller 12 November 2015 from ebay. Got the phone and all was good, i got a 6 months warranty on the phone. But then the phone started crashing about 2 months ago. The seller sayed i had to ship the phone to Germany (i live in Finland).
I shipped the phone 10.3.16 and it arrived to the seller 23.3.16. Before they got my phone the seller said that i would get a new phone from them. Then they said they had shipped a new phone 24.3.16. But the seller did not give me the tracking number, i had to ask for it very many times before i got it. But when got it, the shipment was already in Finland but it was on the other side of Finland and i checked from the post office that the package was not for me. Then i contacted* the seller again and they said* they would ship another one.
Then weeks went by and the phone did not come. I have asked many times from the seller where my package is and about the package tracking number. And the seller also lied that the package is already in Finland (how can they know without the tracking number?). They said they did not have a tracking number and today they said that the post office has AGAIN lost the package. I think its bull**bleep** and i don't think the seller has even shipped my phone.
Now im waiting that paypal id prosessing my claim. Hope to get my money back.

same experience- very dangerous seller. It has put me off buying phone from abroad now.

I bought it from TomTop also, had some trouble ordering it (they insisted to send it from China even they have it in EU, where I am) and I knew if something breaks on the phone I wouldn't send it back because they're untrusty... I'll rather fix it in some shop in my country which does the job. Too much hassle and waiting with this type of resellers.

Yeah, that was the same address i shipped the phone to.
I did a paypal dispute and i hope i get my money back that way.
The hole scenario is quite strange, because Tomtop.usa has big websites and they are authorised seller for a bunch of phones.

I have an order in with Tomtop for a Xiaomi phone. They asked me for pictures of the front and back of my credit card. That seemed kind of fishy to me. Now that I've seen this thread, I think I'll just cancel the order.

I ordered a flashlight, accidently thw wrong type and sent it back. Although delivery is confirmed by my postal office, TOMTOP refuses to admit it is delivered at the address they provided me with. Now I understand all the bad reviews and stories about TOMTOP on the web.

Huawei VIP membership

Hello, I'm in Nougat (I am subscribed to Beta) and today I receive a notification from HiCare saying that I am now a VIP member 3 years warranty, 3 months for the screen and 3 others for product replacement ... I have not payed nothing... Someone with the same casuistry and that knows why is this?

It's the standard 3x3 warranty that is avalable across Europe that covers one extra year in the standard two year warranty and 3 months for free replace upon product failure, broken screen etc.
This warranty is applied to all First hand P9 devices bought from official outlets and eligibility can be checked/verified by contacting your regional Huawei support line/email having handy your Serial Number and IMEI number.
Also some of the eligible devices have a card inside with info about Huawei 3x3 warranty.
In my device my account info at Hicare app shows a standard subscription but upon contacting Huawei as soon as I bought my device I got verification of a valid Gold 3x3 subscription although Hicare app was wrongly displaying the Standard/Silver, my guess Is that with Nougat update this bug/problem is ironed out for some customers..

As someone who's had their screen repaired under the gold warranty, think it's a really good thing they offer.

Found a GT-N7000B on FB Marketplace for $50 AUD

I have found a GT-N7000B on Facebook marketplace for $50 AUD but they said it cannot make calls. My question is, do you think it is worth purchasing and would it be possible to fix the "No calls" problem?
...I know very little about this stuff.

Firstly $50 AUD i think is too much for a GT-N7000B For that price you can just buy a refurbished one on ebay or aliexpress and if you can contact the seller and tell them to dial *#06# and see if they get a number or if they can boot into recovery do they see a text like"error: failed to mount efs<invalid argument> if they get something like this donot buy the phone it will be useless because of corrupted imei your wifi,bluetooth,network will not work also if you want to get a note 1 get the n7000 as it will give you the best compatiblity with custom roms.
