Hello, from some time, the digitizer of my g1 is acting weird, the bottom right part is not sensitive at all, and sometimes the screen gives to the os a completely wrong input, so the screen flicks by itself
Anyone knows what can cause this?
Thanks

well my G1's sensor act different whenever I connect it to (not compatible) charger (i.e. Blackberry's OR Motorola's)
Can't say it's due to fall of your G1 (my G1 fall a hundreds of time & still no problem but just accelerometer got screwed )
It possibly can be cause of you HARD PRESSED that part somehow somewhere .......
OR concern some repairer to get it fixed (i.e. Change digitizer)
Best of Luck
I'm referring to the old screen issue that occured on the lower half of the screen when the phone's temperature got above a certain degrees... the temporary fix was locking and unlocking the device.. is there any permanent fix for that now?
Hello community.
My z1 this with a strange bug, I'm leaving a video to demonstrate what happens. multiple touches happen however anyone touching the screen, so the touches happen without anyone having touched them.
Already formatted the device and the error continues, anyone know a solution?
Sorry for my bad English.
Thank you!

Do you have a case or a screen protector?
Does this happen if you hold the phone in your hands or use it on a flat surface? The latter is an issue that affects some users, so it seems to be a hardware defect

Does anyone opened the phone without damaging the screen? If yes, please tell me how, because my sister has a One and her speaker is buzzing and doesn't sound well anymore. Want to replace it, but don't want to damage the screen.
I repaired twice a HTC One M7 for replacing the screen. I repair phones in my spare time sometimes, so I know how to open it, but these times needed to damage the 'old' screen (more). So my question is: does anyone have a solution to open the One without damaging the screen?
I just picked up a Nook HD+ for 5$ because of a touch screen problem, looks like it only work on corner and borders without working on middle screen, this make my device totally unusable, I've tried to install stock ROM and CM but it does not help at all.
When I disassemble I found that the digitizer ribbon cable were loose but after I clean and plugged it back then it still doesn't improve at all.
The touch screen have no screen protector, I've cleaned the whole screen with rubbing alcohol and there is no obvious sign of damage or cracked glass.
Did anyone having this problem before? I heard people said that there is a calibration app out there but I haven't tried it yet because I can't do anything with the touch screen, I'm trying to get OTG working so I'll be able to run that app.
I suspect this is a hardware problem so if anyone know the whole screen assembly replacement then post link here, I'll appreciate it.
