Pixel 5 Unlocked Version on 11.0.0 (RQ1D.210105.003, Jan 2021, Verizon) ....would it cause any issues? Cause my phone updated to that automatically. Visible is carrier sim inserted.

I just did but my phone is still confusing me.
I bought what was to be a new factory unlocked S8 on ebay recently and activated it on Mint Mobile.
The Phone Info app says that the product code is SM-G950UZVAXAA. which should be a Orchid Gray unlocked S8
But I do not have G950U1 firmware I have G950U FW.
In settings
Service provider SW ver.
shows
XAS/XAA/VZW
which would be
XAS (unknown) active CSC
XAA (unlocked) sim CSC
VZW (Verizon) carrier/country CSC
Any I got the SA4 OTA last week and the SB1 OTA today but don't know if it's due to XAS, XAA or VZW and why would Phone Info list XAA as the product code
BTW, it's Oreo 8.0.0 with Feb security update
I have a v40 from AT&T originally. I carrier unlocked it about a week ago and ported out to T-Mobile. I tried to check for software updates using both SIM cards from T-Mobile and AT&T and no update available. How can I get this update?
My current carrier is FirstNet (ATT). Im looking into getting a Pixel 4 XL. Ive read other posts where using an unlocked P4 XL with FirstNet/ATT, people have issues with wifi-calling and visual voicemail working. My question is, can I unlocked the bootloader on the unlocked P4 XL and then flash the ATT factory image on it? If the answer is yes, is there any cons against it? Getting updates on ATT is probably slower than unlocked? Thanks.

I don't think flashing the AT&T image will help because the IMEI of the phone won't be one that is AT&T branded, so you'll still have to call in to AT&T to get the IMEI added to their system as WiFi calling capable.
Hi, I have a Verizon unlocked pixel 4xl
Bootloader unlocked, I'm in Australia and every time I reinstall factory image the Verizon software reinstalls, I was told if I remove the three digit Code corresponding to the US that Verizon stuff will stop installing.
How do I edit the carrier ID to XSA ( which is for Australia) so this Verizon bloat stops installing.
My pixel 7 after the latest security update no longer uses the old sim unlock method (via adb command). Is there currently any method to unlock sim for pixel 7? Thank

Sorry if I can't offer any solution or advice, but I was wondering; were you using this old "sim unlock method" before the latest security update? Like before February? And because of the security update, your Pixel 7 is now sim locked now (when it wasn't before)?
