Is there a way to increase the app folders from 4 by 3 to 4 by 4 as I had on the Note 9? Thanks.
Get nicelock/goodlock and install home up. You can then customize the Samsung launcher.

I was wondering if there was a way to change the number of screens on the Droid 3's motoblur. I noticed the welcome video had 7 screens and that sounds perfect to me. Also, does motoblur no longer have profiles? I'd love a work/home profile for apps.

It's not Motoblur, whats on this Droid!
More homescreens means another installing launcher I think...
I would also like to figure this out, I only want 3 screens, 5 its more than I need

I prefer one screen myself, with my most used apps nearest the bottom + the dock buttons. I use Launcher Pro for that. Launcher pro also allows me to hide over 30 stock apps that I don't want to see. LP will allow for up to 7 screens.

I'd love to agree with it not being Blur, but if you go to the Files app, Internal Storage->Android->data, and scroll down the list, one of the folders is for an app named 'com.motorola.blur.home'... hmm... I wonder what that could be It seems Motorola themselves just wants to move away from the name, but they can't seem to update their apps to reflect that
I was running 1 screen for a while on my OG, and loved that set up, but I'm using more widgets now than I was then. And until I can use that sweet quick contacts widget in LP, I'm stuck with the blur.

Nope! (see attachment) I already have Nova Launcher but would prefer using the Asus one... No worries, I was just like : how can I add more?!
Pinch the screen and you get the option to add and remove the screens. I only use 1.

Omg! Thank you so much!
I have been using the Note 4 for a few weeks but I really miss the lock screen widgets and shortcuts.
Does anybody know if a way to bring them back on 4.4.4 and the Note 4 ?
thank you

I haven't tried any yet, but I've been told there are aftermarket lockscreens in the Play Store that will allow them.
I know of C locker and others. but I liked the simplicity of the ones on TW stock lockscreen.
I used some 3rd party. But to work all the time they have to continue to run. It affects battery life greatly, in a bad way.
I just posted a query about the Yahoo-news ticker I had on S3 lockscreen. That was one of the few benefits of TW on that model. surprised at how limited the lock screen options are. I used some ls apps that were decent but as said b4 all had to continously run and the original interface would always sneak through.

Hello guys and girls!
I have a simple question about the state of 'organization' with the Nexus 6 and it's lack of being able to re-arrange the App Drawer/Menu.
I want to be able to move Apps in the menu freely and place them in appropriate folders to neaten and make it easier to find specific items.
Does anyone know of any Apps/Roots which allow this for the Nexus 6?
[Thanks in advance, first post on this site, please move if not appropriate]

Nova Launcher allows for folders I know.

I would also recommend Nova launcher. There are several 3rd party launchers available on play store. That's all you need to fulfill your request.
I'm shocked at how fast and nice you guys are on here, not sure if it means anything but I have thanked you for your help!
Nova launcher worked a treat.

Thank you! Having your question formatted in a way that allows someone to see exactly what your question/request/inquiry clearly is, plays a huge role in how you're responded to. So, thank you for doing it right. :victory:

Without going to a 3rd party launcher (which may be a valid solution for you, I'm not suggesting that you don't go that route), the included launcher is designed to do this by means of home-screens. You can "drag" application launchers from the "mess" onto the home screen. If you drag one into a place already occupied, they will join together into a directory, which you can name. Individual launchers or directories can be either tied to a home screen (meaning that you have to navigate to the specific page it is tied to in order to find it), OR tied to the home-button-bar (meaning that it will be visible regardless of what page you are on).
The rationale is that the main drawer "mess" is alphabetical. Makes it possible to find applications by name, rather than having to scan through a hierarchy for applications you don't commonly use that you may have forgotten how you organized.
