Android/LineageOS images for RPI4 1GB Variant - Raspberry Pi Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi Everyone
I am trying to find info or advise on running Android on the RPI4 1GB version.
I have tried Lineage 17.1 but it goes through a setup loop, I know it says minimum 2GB.
i.e. it boots up perfectly, accept and I fill in settings, then it starts over again and again and again.
I have tried different SD cards, all are class 10, I re downloaded and re flashed from a different mirror, I tried different Keyboard, Shield controller etc.

Moving apps SD CM 12.1

Hey Everyone
I have an S3 Mini, running the latest version of CM 12.1 (20151007)
I know there are a few bugs in 5.1.1
I have searched Google and xda but haven't had much luck.
I have approx.
1.6GB free space in my internal storage
2GB free space in my external storage
I'm trying to move apps to the SD card
I have tried the stock Method,
various apps to attempt to move to the SD card, or force the apps to move.
I have tried the settings in the apps to try different methods. force to SD, Link to SD, A2SD, apps to sd. (even root versions)
I keep getting an error saying I don't have enough space.
It will come up with the error no matter what the size, less than 1mb or 400mb +
I have tried factory resetting the device, nothing seems to work.
I can download fine to the SD card.
I don't really want to partition / format it... But I haven't formatted the SD card since before the device was rooted / stock firmware
On a side note since the update I have had an issue on two occasions with charging, tried 5 different cords, 3 wall sockets, a PC and the device wouldn't charge (happened suddenly as I took it off charge as I was going to my bedroom), till I factory reset the device then it charged perfectly, charger port in device is fine.
I have also tried erasing everything, dalvic cache, cache system data, reinstalling cm 12.1 from scratch. Excuse my spelling

CM 12.1 - SD Card Suddenly Not Mounting

tl;dr - After installing CM 12.1 Stable on my XT1072 (UK Retail), everything worked fine. Suddenly, the SD card just disappeared and refused to mount or erase, but the card shows up on my PC and TWRP. Was thinking that reverting to stock firmware could fix it but couldn't find the ROM. If you have the stock ROM, please send! Other than that, any other solutions?
Hi everyone,
This is my first post here, and after searching around, I can't find any solutions for my problem. So, here it is:
Through TWRP 3.0.0.0, I installed the most recent stable version of CM 12.1 (Lollipop 5.1.1) after bad experiences of CM 13 nightlies. Everything was working fine and I started reinstalling my core apps. Once I installed my main daily apps (and no games), I started copying my music collection from my PC to my 16GB Kingston SD-HC card. Everything was going well, then suddenly, when I unlocked my phone, the SD card was just gone. I checked Solid File Explorer Pro (what I use) and it only showed 'root' and 'internal storage'. My music app said my collection was empty. When checking the Storage section of settings, it only showed my internal storage. Under that, there was an option to mount my SD card or erase it. When I tap mount, it flashes with my SD card's information for a second but then disappears. When trying to erase the SD card, it says that the card is being checked although nothing actually happens.
I searched up multiple forums which didn't help, so I figured maybe it's just the ROM. I tried to find the stock firmware (5.0.2) for my phone but couldn't find it. If anyone has it, maybe reverting to stock will help? Anyway, as I couldn't find the stock firmware, I decided to carry on with CM 12.1 for the moment.
I rebooted multiple times and nothing worked. Then, I booted up without the SD card inserted. Then, when inserted, it said it was checking the card for errors. It did this for around ten seconds, but still, it showed up as mounted for a split second before going again. I went to TWRP and the SD card was mounted and working, but when booted up, my phone refused to mount the SD card.
This led me onto searching how to manually mount the SD card but all of that made no sense to me (this is my second time flashing a ROM) and I kind of gave up there. And here I am! What do I do? Please someone help! Thanks even for reading, though.
Have a great day! (Hopefully with a fully-functional phone )
I have ret.eu and no issues using cm 13

Link2Sd does not work on the 64GB SD card

Hello. Please advise about splitting (two separate SD cards 64GB). Oh, try to try three days and still nothing. I've tried all the options available. From partitioning in recovery, to program to pc for the intended purpose. But it still does not work. The first partition is always fine (fat 32-it will show up even when split), but the section still shows (Other 6GB). Then the phone can not see it. I wonder if the SD card is not in the groove, but when it goes to fat32, it goes completely normal in the phone. I just did not install it on Ubuntu's computer, I know it is going, but nothing. Ubuntu does not see it, but the phone does not. It only shows ext 32. The other one is written in the save menu that it is messed up. You do not know what this man can do. Thank you very much for your help.

T585 adoptable storage crash

Hi. Getting frustrated with this problem. Can't find help anywhere.. I'm running Liquid Remix ROM, and I can only use SD cards as portable storage. I've tried a few, all work as portable, crash my tablet if I try to format to internal. I've tried with a 32gb sandisk and a 200gb sandisk. Same problem. They both work fine in other devices or if I use as portable in my t585. I'm lost on this one... Forgot to mention android 9.0.
Must be a real head scratcher... I'm running an adoptable 128gb card on a T-580 RR 9.0; works well. I'm surprised no one took this question up or knows about it. Good luck, wish I had more for you.
I am having the exact same problem on the 585, i have looked everywhere to find a solution but am having no joy. I am running Liquid Remix, i was going to try a different rom but been told the problem isn't with the rom, if it isn't that i have no idea, the card i am trying is a Samsung 128 gb but also tried a 32gb one.
I have had success with only certain Roms. I have tried the resurrection Remix 9.0 and 10 work good. Stock with root and adoptable storage add-on works and there is a process using certain tools that will partition the SD card to your preference of size currently I am running Rr10 opengapps nano magisk with a 128gb SD card partioned as half internal and half external. Fyi Root essentials helps with the setup of the SD card backup all data before trying anything
Bliss 12 has adoptable disabled and lineage 17 crashes as well as the ported rom for the 580/585 that is tw9.
please share your experiences with which Roms
Only tried Liquid Remix, I do think it's a rom problem, I tried Root Essentials and the minute I start to format the card it goes into the bootloop, can you give me a link to the Resurrection Remix pls. I need to try something else so the cash I spent on the sd card isn't wasted.
Thanks.
This link https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-a/development/rom-20191101-t3995513 Should get you started on the RR ROM for android 10. There are two problems being reported with this ROM, one being that you cannot boot while charging there is a fix in the same forum if you read towards the end. The second problem is a clicking noise I have not noticed it but it is being reported in different android 10 Roms.
On a side note . I hope bliss adds back adoptable storage it was a great ROM but no adoptable storage it sounds like liquid has no adoptable storage either.
If you want a ROM with no noticeable problems try RR 9 from this linkhttps://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-a/development/rom-20190123-t3892802. You should also flash the opengapps nano from December along with magisk or dmverity to stay decrypted.
If I helped you in any way please press thanks also press thanks to the developers as they do this for free in their spare time and happy flashing
Tried installing RR this morning, i installed the rom and tried it and it booted up ok, i then installed the Gapps and i ended up in a never ending load screen. I then decided to re-install liquid and now i am in a never ending load screen with that, i also tried the liquid Rom on it's own which booted up fine, so it looks like i am having problems with the gapps. Don't know what my next move is, i generally wipe everything before i install something new so no idea whats happening.

Android Image Will Not Boot

Hi
I have downloaded omni-11-20201115-rpi4-weekly.zip, checked the md5 hash, and unpacked the image. I have used balena-etcher to flash the OmniWeekly.img to an 8GB SD card. Using LinuxMint I can read the flashed SD card so it looks like the flashing went OK. When I insert the card into my Raspberry Pi4, it refuses to boot.
Any suggestions on what to try next would be greatfully recieved
Regards
First, make sure you update bootloader /firmware.
It didn't boot on my setup too with everything up to date. It turns out 1440p doesn't work. I tried a 1080p monitor and it worked as expected.
