Hello guys,
I'm kinda of having trouble with these guys.
I'm pairing my freebuds pro 3 with phone, turning on the toggle "use it for call" and "media audio"
But still while I make a phone call from the watch they don't work.
It just go straight to the watch speaker.
They obviously work fine with the phone though.
Any help?

I am continuously seeing a call issue when either a Galaxy Watch or Gear S3 is paired with my Note 9. This issue is seen on apps such as Whatsapp and Telegram. When the call is made, the call gets routed to the speaker on the watch instead of the phone by default. Because of this, the screen doesnt turn off when placed on the ear. On the bluetooth setting, the "Call Audio" is always enabled and "Input Device" is disabled. On trying to disable the Call Audio, the phone loses connection and pair. The watch then has to be re-paired to get it to connect again.
I first noticed this issue on the Gear S3. Thinking it was an issue with the watch, I sold that off and got the Galaxy Watch where is issue still persists.
I contacted Whatsapp and they said that its an issue with the device and not an app issue.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Any solution to fix this yet?
Reset and don't restore your settings. Follow the followinf link for details: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5...owing-incoming-calls-anymore-wifi/td-p/193665
Hey guys,
I have ordered Honor Am16 (3.5mm) earphones which is able to measure the heart rate, at least this is how they are marketed in China. Unfortunately, the Huawei Health App isn't able to recognize them on my P20 Pro. They are supposed to work on my phone but the Health app only recognizes bluetooth wearables.
How can I fix that? Do I need the Chinese version of the app?
I'm happy for any suggestions.
Thanks
Anyone able to help?
In this Chinese Huawei Forum you can see that the Health app is different to the one available in Europe.:

I have tried to change the Huawei ID to Chinese region and even change language of the phone but health app is still unable to detect the earphones.

Pairing your headset with your phone
Keep your Bluetooth headset and phone as close as possible and away from
obstructions, otherwise call and music quality may be affected, or the headset
may disconnect from your phone.
Using for the first time
1. When you turn on your headset for the first time, it will enter pairing mode
and the indicator will blink orange and blue.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone, search for available devices and then select
your device. You will hear a "Your headset is connected" prompt from
your headset and the indicator will turn blue for 1 second when the headset
has successfully paired with your phone.
Connecting to a previously paired phone
The headset will automatically connect to a previously paired phone when it
turns on. You will hear a "Your headset is connected" prompt when the
headset has connected to your phone.
If the headset does not connect to your phone, press the headset button and
the headset will attempt to connect again.
If the headset still doesn't connect to your phone, turn it off. Then press and
hold the headset button for 7 seconds until the headset enters pairing mode.
Search for the headset on your phone and reconnect.
Connecting to a new phone
1. Turn off the headset. Then press and hold the headset button for 7 seconds
until the headset enters pairing mode. The indicator will blink orange and
blue.
2. Enable Bluetooth on the new phone, search for available devices and select
your headset model to connect.
Hello Sinchan,
Thanks for your reply. but these headphones (Honor AM16) do not work with Bluetooth. They have a normal wire, hence I am not able to connect them with Bluetooth. But they have a heart rate function which should work in Huawei Health.
All I figured out till now is that Huawei blocked these earphones with a European P20 Pro. Has anyone an idea how can change something in the system to make them work?
When my smartphone are connecting both Samsung Watch 3 and Samsung Buds plus, the phone call just only answered via Watch 3, although i can hear the ring tones from my buds. I tried to press the transfer to phone icon, but it didnt work.
How do I answer from my buds?
Go to bluetooth settings, tap on the wearable you want to use for calls, then select the 'calls' option on the page that shows up.
Also, on the phone, go to 'Smart Things' it's a good idea to enable the option to open apps directly from the media panel (Enable App Shortcuts)
Now you have options for your wearables regarding which of them does what.

Tks for your responding. My phone is not Samsung Brand, but i spent my time to find the simple way: Don't answer the incoming call from the watch, just tap the touch bar's galaxy buds to answer, also calling away, just touch on the phone. Bluetooth connected only 1 device at the same time.
This is the solution what i found.
I have an original Galaxy Watch and just got an S21 Ultra on Friday. My S9 worked fine with "mute connected phone" enabled. On the S21 Ultra I'm still getting audible and vibrating alerts, but not all the time. It's weird. Has anyone else seen this? Toggling the setting off and on in the Galaxy Wearable app works for a little bit but it then stops working.
Could be android 11 problem check per app settings to see why it gives sound even if muted.
Hi guys,
I have this wonderfull galaxy s20fe, huawei watch gt2 pro and kenwood car bt. issue.
Before this phone i had huaweu p30 and had no issue.
Everytime you call or get a call, you need to choose kenwood bt from tiny arrow and then you can talk on kenwood headset which is very dangerous.
I have tried many health app versions, tried to re-pair devices in different order and only time everyhing is working, is, when the watch is not connected.
I would like to retain ability of my watch to get and do calls( I know it can be turned off)
Do you mastermind's have any tryout or solution to this stupid but annoying problem?
Thank you in advance
