Question VoLTE not turning on automatically. - Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra

Currently on August Update SM-G9980 256G. Changed CSC from BRI to TGY.
BRI seems to have a VoLTE option on quick settings but TGY doesn't.
However, I've noticee that the VoLTE doesn't automatically turn on when connected to 4G. I would have to turn on and off the toggle or put the phone on Airplane mode to activate the VoLTE. Is this a bug or is there something I can do for this to turn on automatically?

How to enable VoLTE on SM-n920c?

I bought a Note 5 sm-n920c thinking that the non-carrier specific-verison would support VoLTE.
However advanced device info settings reports "VoLTE Provisioned" as off, and it cannot be switched on.
On EE UK, setting to LTE only prevents making phone calls.
Is there a problem with the standard Note 5 here? If so, can VoLTE be enabled with any hacks? Root, flashing, etc.?
There is a thread on VoLTE but it's full of Indian-specific stuff.

Automatic configuration of VoLTE

Previously, when importing a Note 9 or S9 from another region, VoLTE is disabled unless correct CSC is changed. Did something change in the S10 generation? As I have seen report of VoLTE working even across CPU model(HK Snapdragon working with UK provider VoLTE)? Seems like correct CSC no longer required for features like VoLTE and VoWiFi? Good news in the near future as 3G networks shutdown and we have to rely on VoLTE for voice calls. :laugh:

Wificalling problem

Hello, I have a problem with the wificalling of my huawei. With my sunrise operator the wificalling works properly. I have the mode option that appears after wificalling is enabled. On my second card swisscom , the mode option does not appear and wificalling only works in airplane mode. A solution so that wificalling preference is displayed and calls go through the WiFi permanently?
I have already tried the network reset. The complete reinitialization of the phone. But that does not work

VoLTE & VoWIFI in India on Middle East version(XSG)

As the title says, I have SM-G781B version with XSG csc. If I travel to India, will I be able to access VoLTE & VoWiFi services from Airtel & Jio without changing CSC?
I remember in older phones like S8 & S9, there was something called ODM/OMC which was automatically installing correct operator settings to enable VoLTE/Vowifi based on the sim card inserted. Does it work in this phone the same way?
Nevermind. I got an answer from another forum that VOLTE & VOWIFI is accessible in India on XSG csc. Only Samsung pay will not work.

Question S21U SM-G9980 won't automatically connect to VoLTE and Mobile data

S21 Ultra SM-G9980 256GB 5G Dual Sim
Active CSC: TGY ; Original CSC: BRI
Network: Vodafone NZ
Issue: Mobile Data and VoLTE won't automatically connect
Started happening probably after last firmware update (unsure). I noticed that after leaving WiFi network, normally Mobile Data kicks in and phone would automatically connect but hasn't been happening for the past couple of weeks. Also, whenever the phone is connected to 4G, VoLTE won't turn on.
To fix both issue, network has to be restarted by turning Airplane mode on/off OR restarting the device.
This is such a pain to do everytime and I hope someone can direct me to the right way.
Troubleshooting done:
Network settings reset
Factory reset
Replaced sim card with a brand new one
Called provider and they did network reset
Provider reprovisioned VoLTE on account
Inserted another sim from different provider. VoLTE and Mobile Data turns on automatically - no issues.
I have also cross-checked the network bands with mobile phone and Network Provider. No issues.
Called Samsung and basically been told that they can't help me.
Photos attached showing 4G connection with VoLTE toggle on but not active.
Any help would be appreciated.

Call to service provider and see if they can help. I have same model and VoLTE is working fine.
