Question TWRP setting PIN after fingerprint configuration - Redmi Note 10 Pro

Hello, I'm trying to configure facial recognition and fingerprint with password, but when I set it and reboot into recovery, TWRP is asking for PIN, how to use that without lock twrp?
I'm using ArrowOS (Android 11) and TWRP-3.5.2 (Nebrassy) in a Sweetin (Redmi Note 10 Pro).
Thank you.

Pin is just your lockscreen code.

I know that, but the question is, if I set fingerprint, twrp automatically get pin code and I can't do anything, even backup, why is it happening?

[FIXED] Unlock Pattern Issue - my pattern doesnt work!

Hey Guys,
I really really need your help. At first I give you as much information as possible, even if it may be unnecessary.
I was as OOS 4.1.3 with SuperSU 2.79 rooted and TWRP 3.1.1-0. My Phone is secured via fingerprint and unlock pattern as backup (if fingerprint fails)
Few minutes ago I Wanted to update to OOS 4.1.6 with root via SuperSU 2.82 - it was successfully updated - but I accidentally wiped data partition (not my userdata) - so that I had to reconfigure my phone completely. Because this would take hours to do so, I decided to restore my backup that I gladly created just before the update. The Restoring process was also successful, but now after restart, my phone doesn't accept my unlock pattern! - As always after a restart, I need to use my fingerprint AND my pattern to unlock and use the phone - the fingerprint is still recognized, but the unlock pattern is NOT!
So my Question is clear - HOW do I enter my phone? - behind the pattern issue it's working, it's even connected to network and I can receive calls, use the camera, but nothing else without unlocking because it always says that my pattern is wrong.
So is there any possibility (maybe via adb or similar) to unlock my phone or do I really have to set up my phone from scratch?!
Edit: Thank you soo much 93drago, your link provided the answer I needed
That's a bug with TWRP backup - here is detailed instruction for how to solve it. In short - you'll have to delete few files in TWRP file manager.

Fingerprint after reboot or start doesn't unlock the device

Fingerprint after reboot or boot doesn't unlock the device and I have to use PIN.
After this, it works OK up until next reboot or start.
Is this how it's supposed to work?
I have latest OS on the phone.
This is not a bug, but the security built into android 9 and 10, where one reboot or power on you need to type in your code.
You can in setup choose to force use of pin after reboot or restart.
So it depends if your settings there.

Cant add Mi Account after flashing phone.

My device is redmi 4x. I tried to install a custom rom though TWRP recovery but however it started to bootloop. So i flashed the device and forgot to "Do Flash and unlock". After flashing i was unable to add mi account, for that reason I cant unlock the boatloader. And the fingerprint sensor, wifi, bluetooth, hotspot is not working as well and whenever i reboot the phone, it shows " Find device corrupted".
Now please someone help me about unlocking boatloader without mi account or adding the mi account. thanks

I think you can't bypass unlock bootloader whitout permission, you should re-flash your system
1. Re-flash your Miui ROM using fastboot method, in miflash select clean all (warning all your data will be lost)
2. Boot to system
3. Add you mi account
Here is the complete to use flashing using miflash

Xiaomi Mi 9 TWRP Passcode failed

As the title shortly says, I'm facing an issue with my Mi 9. Trying to flash the twrp recovery, it seems that I failed to enter a requested individual password. Now my device eventhough it boots like before in MIUI it doesn't boot to recovery mode but just into fastboot screen doing nothing. I tried flashing the twrp again, but nothing really changed. Any suggestions on what to do would be much appreciated.
*runs on Global MIUI Global 12.5.1 Stable/ Android 11 and unlocked bootloader.
P.s: these all started as I need twrp to then root with magisk and add some mods as I face issues with google wallet [says: your phone doesn't meet security standards... it may be rooted (which is not till now) or running uncertified software (which I haven't changed since I bought it)].
Thank you in advance!

Remove the lock screen security.
If the TWRP asks for a password select cancel.

Huawei P30 Pro - no access to recovery menu

Hi everyone
I've a Huawei P30 Pro which after an update (i assume it did an update over night) is not working anymore.
I can turn the phone on, but i can't access it. It asks for a 4-digit PIN but it doesn't recognize my self-set pin. I've already tried random PIN's but it doesn't work anything.
It looks like all the data has been already cancelled, background is away and no face recognition.
The only thing i can do is access fastboot mode, but i can't access recovery mode to reset all. If i try with volume + and Power button it just remains at the Huawei Logo, but no menu appears.
Any ideas how i can reset the phone? HiSuite also doesn't work. Any ideas how i could access the recovery mode?

I am having the same issue. Did you find a solution?
No solution found yet, still having the same issue. I'm not able to access recovery mode...
Hey again,
I found the solution on my side. After the update the lock screen pin was replaced with another's app password (bank app screen password in my case). In order to be able to try many different passwords you are using to access different apps on phone and bypass waiting time:
Solution
1) Find old android phone and format it
2)Set up the old phone and use the gmail account you have on your p30 pro.
3) Select to restore from gmail and it will ask for lock screen password.
4) You can try many different passwords without waiting and when the password is accepted you can use it to unlock you are p30 pro.

Thank you for sharing your solution.
In the meantime i've tried all possible codes i've used in the various apps, but it seams like no one of these codes work for me.
I'm requested to enter a 4 digit pin, but no of my usually used pins work. The only thing i can do, is accessing the fastboot mode (when connected to a computer) but it's impossible to enter the recovery mode, where i would need to do a hard reset.
I really don't care if i loose all my data, i just would like to get access to the phone again.
I think it should be connected to usb cable to access recovery(to pc or charger)
