IV had my p30 pro for a while now and I am now trying to find out if I can run Harmony OS on it... anyone got any links and tips on how to get it running on my phone... thanks.

Hello, I just a brand "new" P30 Pro Mystic Blue, and I have a few questions that the community might be able to help me with. Firstly, places like Android Central and other reviewer websites says it has EMUI 10 preinstalled, but mine came with old EMUI 9.1. Are there any other users of the "new" P30 Pro and if so, do you also have EMUI 9.1 installed? Second question is how do I get access to the Beta for EMUI. It does not seem to work for users in the USA, are there any workarounds? Thanks.

All users have 9. 1 and not 10 cuz Q is not offical yet. There is no workaround for getting beta, u had to register for geting that via ota therefor there is no other method for updating beta. I cant remember is usa listed for country that will be part of beta project, search for that list, it is somewhere on xda.
Ok thanks very much, since there is not any camera improvements with EMUI 10, I guess I'll just wait.

me too i buy the new p30 pro mystic blue Europe Version it's came with EMUI 9.1 Security patch 1 September Not EMUI 10.
I watch in YouTube some video with EMUI 10 i don't know why it's not the same in marketing ???
I've been wondering to downgrade to it just to experiment and see if it's different in a better way, but I wanted to ask if anyone's tried it and how it went.

Does anyone know if there will be any further updates for X2 pro, or is it time to leave?
I am wondering the same as there hasn't been an update since November. I'm fairly annoyed about their update policy. As a European user, I only got UI2 many months after other regions, there were only bimonthly security patches and now nothing anymore it seems. I either need to unlock it and install another ROM or switch to a different phone and potentially brand. Perhaps a new Samsung A series is better with 4-5 major OS upgrades promised. Realme has to bring their upgrade policy on par with other leading brands

There will be No further updates from Realme for X2 Pro !
For quite some time there is an android 11 version available for X2 pro. Why is this version on none of the websites for download?

I want to develop some apps to use on my old P20 Pro. I need to teach myself how to code and develop apps on Android and given the phone is running Huawei's EMUI, it might be worth running "pure" Android on it, so I am learning Android and not EMUI specifically.
Note, I am starting fresh in this journey so I don't fully understand the differences in the platforms and I want my learning journey to be as progressive as possible so.......
a) is it possible to do this and if so, how do I convert the phones to (EMUI 10 & EMUI 12) Android and which version?
b) is it worth doing to avoid confusing the two Android versions?
