Hello guys, maybe this concern of mine was already posted here before, but I can't seem to find a solution to my flashing issue.
I had this old ZUK Z2 Pro for quite some time now. Just months from since I bought it, I had some some issues with OTAs and some stuff...the usual CN stock ROM issues...I decided to flash it with AOSPEXTENDED ROM and everything worked perfectly fine from then on, bought a new phone and just left my ZUK Z2 Pro lying around for years.
I came across my ZUK just recently and it was still working, but with terrible battery issue. Managed to replace the battery but still the draining issues persisted. This lead me to decided on flashing it back to STOCK ROM and see if it somehow fixes the draining issue.
I managed to get some good flashing guides from here but I always end up having SAHARA FAIL when flashing via QFIL. I tried flashing it thru TWRP since I can get it to boot to recovery mode, but for some reasons, it is not reading my stock rom .zip file. I tried wiping the TWRP and maybe due to some confusions, I accidentally wiped out the wrong folders thus causing my phone to no longer boot to it's custom ROM, or maybe I accidentally wiped it off as well. With that I'm left with an old ZUK phone that is only ale to boot to recovery mode but still could not detect any .zip files, so I again decided flash it with a new TWRP image hoping it would somehow fix the zip files now showing up, and again, I think I messed it up and now the phone does not even boot to recovery mode.
I can still however boot it through EDL and it will be detected on my PC via QFIL but I keep getting this FireHose error. Can somebody in here help me in reviving this old pal of mine? Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Anyone here guys might know a resolve to this issue?
Currently the phone is bricked (stuck at ZUK logo) and cannot boot to recovery.
Thanks!

Alguém aqui pode saber uma solução para esse problema?
Atualmente, o telefone está bloqueado (preso no logotipo ZUK) e não pode inicializar para recuperação.
Obrigado!

Hello brother, did you manage to solve the Qfil problem? Or have you already solved?
From what I can remember the best way to flash your ZUK Z2 Pro has always been the Qualcomm Flash Tool and you should also make sure that :
- You are running Windows 7 if possible!
- Have the right drivers installed.
- Make sure your ZUI ROM is located at a simple location like C:\ZUK\<ROM_File_Name>
Errors like Sahara and such are usually caused by people using a way too long path :
C:\My ZUK phone\All ROMs\Version x.x\<ROM_File_Name>
And that is a very bad idea no matter which brand or type of phone you are flashing!
If you need more help then let me know, because I am still using my Z2 Pro for about 5 years now without any issue!

Hello everyone. Well, as per the title, after I flashed a new custom ROM (Ivan's AOSP to be specific), my Mi3 refused to boot properly and get stuck in the bootloop at the Mi logo and it would bootloop again and again and again....
Now, if I tried to enter twrp recovery by holding power button + volume up, it would refuse to boot into recovery and just bootloop again. But, I was able to access fastboot mode (don't know why but I could easily boot into fastboot mode)
I downloaded stock ROM for Mi3 and tried to flash it via MiFlash and it succeeded but the device would still bootloop. I also attempted to flash twrp recovery via flashboot and it succeeded, again, but my phone would refuse to at least boot into twrp recovery mode, again. Naturally my phone still had the bootloop at the Mi logo, sigh.
I don't know what to do anymore, aside from sending my phone to repair center that might charge a fortune. Please help!

Many users confirmed the same symptoms. Is it possible that the damage caused by "software" since some people of India have visited the service center and asked to replace the motherboard of which cost $150?
Try flashing the phone via MIUI flashing tool as you were able to access fastboot mode

Here is the link for tutorial for flashing recovery via fastboot mode. All commands are same just download the twrp recovery image from here. DON'T FORGET TO RENAME THE IMAGE FILE, BECAUSE ADB DOESN'T RECOGNISE ANY SPECIAL CHARACTER.
what did you do ? I'm stuck in the same situation word by word.
did you solve this issue ?

Seems like the problem is caused either because of this, or your battery's PCB simply fried because of unknown reason, maybe because faulty charger/cable or wrong charge voltage setting by the kernel? Also, seems like most of the similiar case stems from MM roms, including MIUI's own chinese developer ROM.
Some people with the exact same case stated that after replacing the battery, the device worked again, like this guy on iFixit: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/Xiaomi+Mi+3+Battery+Replacement/50785
I haven't tested it yet on my bricked device (just ordered the battery today), but I really hope it was just the battery. I think fried mobo is kinda unthinkable, since if the mobo got fried, you probably can't even flash anything since the eMMC would probably also inaccessible.
Hi @rxl.noir, urang Bandung?
How much does it cost for battery replacement? I have sent my Mi3 to the seller because it's not even one year already.

Heyaa~
For the battery, you could easily found it on Tokopedia started from 110k, although most of them are shipped from Jakarta. The replacement process is quite easy, you might only need #0 Phillips or any small plus screwdriver, a plastic card (for spudge replacement), and some guts :q. The details and steps are on my prev. post.
I haven't tried to sent it to the seller/distributor, since it might take a long time to get it done.
Just a little update;
I replaced my battery on my Mi3 that have the same exact case as yours, and it finally works. No more short bootloop, no more stuck in fastboot.
Hey guys, Im worried Ive bricked my Le Eco Le 2.
I was on Bshuy 17s (5.0.1) and wanted to switch to LineageOS. Ive read that I need to update the bootloader to at least 19s so I tried to do this following this Tutorial step by step. I downloaded the latest TRWP, SU2.78 and started the process with the windows cmd.
Everything seemd fine, unlocking went well (although it already was, I know) and the twrp installation did not show any issues I guess. Suddenly my phone went off and wont turn on again now, doesnt show up at PC, too. When plugged in the LED is red.
Any tips or help is VERY appreciated!
Thank you very much!!!
edit: wont turn on while plugged in and wont boot into recovery/fastboot neither...

personally tested ?
ok so i used this toolkit for the MI A2 from this thread:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-a2/how-to/mi-a2-toolkit-unlock-bootloader-root-t3834585][Tool]
to unlock the bootloader, root the phone and enable camera2 API. And i had a little bit of issues with that as well but i got it working.
Now that was a few weeks ago and last night i accidentally slept in while watching videos on the phone without the phone plugged to the wall. So it drained and as i woke up i plugged it in and tried to turn it on but it was stuck on the boot screen (NOT bootloop, just stuck at android one screen) so i tried to fix the phone with the toolkit but then i suddenly got in bootloop (that problem i had the last time) so i tried to fix it the same time as last time. Said "last time problem" was that while trying to go into TWRP i got stuck on partition B (in my case normally the empty one) which resulted in a bootloop and i also couldn't access fastboot. It would always bootloop, so i tried to let it drain and then plug it in and immediately go into fastboot which seem to work and there i could change the partition back to A.
This time i thought it may be a similar problem and tried to solve it but i failed now i cant flash any partition (will add screenshot with prompt from toolkit), both of the partitions are bootlooping, i can still enter fastboot (now anytime i want to) and with the toolkit i can still access TWRP where i also tried to wipe cache (didnt't help) restore the phone (same) or wipe all the data and all resulted in failure. now im kind of lost at this prompt of the toolkit and my amateur guess is that my last resort may be the EDL mode but i dont know much about it and therefore i seek out for help
Best Regards

NEVERMIND, the phone started now as factory restored BUT i can't do anything really because i always get the prompt "Google-Framework-Services repeatedly stopps working" (my phone is in an other language so i translated it roughly). what should i do next? i dont want to mess this up more.
Edit:
Also i am currently on slot/partition B
You're probably trying to install a downgraded version, I highly doubt Mi A2 toolkit has been updated with the latest stock rom, you're better off downloading the stock rom from here and using the flash_all.bat file to do it.

hi all,
i have a very big issue, yesterday my zuk z2 pro goes, suddenly, to 900E error ( black screen+ blue led), after that i tried the cable methode to go on EDL, it worked, but after that, when i flash the zui 1.9 with miflash, it appears a xml error after 5 secondes, and when i flash with qfil, the flash works, but when it goes to boot, the phone goes on bootloop, i've tried that with zui 1.9 and 2.5, but same result, now i'm lost, i've no idea what to do.
P.S: my device is a z2121 4gb ram, 64gb rom, it was on 4.0 zui version, with locked bootloader
I finally found the solution, it was a hardware issue, my battery makes some shortcircuits with the mother board, one or the two must be changed, now the device booted up on zui 1.9, after this, i'll but a new device nearly, it was a very bad experience

The problem was the motherboard, i've unplugged every part of the motherboard, cleaned this motherboard then replugged , and the phone booted up, now it works like a charme,
So my Mi9 has this problem that after been flash with stock rom via XiaoMiTool V2, the only that worked out for me, its boots like usual, but after some time it goes to that MIUI colorfull logo and won't return back, rebooting does not solve, just flashing the ROM again, but still with that problem, any solutions?

How long have you waited? Changing ROM will reset everything, like, everything. It may take unusually long (I'd say 30 minutes but could be more or less).

When i flash the ROM it boots up normal, take like 10 minutes to load to the greetings screen, to first configure the phone, but it only lasts less than a minute, it goes back to the MIUI Logo and never comes back.
Hi, exactly the same thing happens to me, simply that I have never flashed it, I have only changed the screen. Did you find the solution? sorry for my English
Thanks
bootloader unlocked or not?
