here is my situation. my home has been foreclosed on, im filing for bankruptcy. i am injured and so have no money to find a new place. this injury id the reason i lost my house.
i have two kids, one is five and the other is five months old. i cant drag them down with me. i gotta be outta the hous by october 15th, and i just dont know where to go!!! i am trying so much but with no luck. i tryied to go back to work, but that only made my injury worse. i have a ruptured disk, i think some peolpe out ther can relate to me on how that feels.
my five year old boy is in kindergarden and the school i have him enrolled in is FAR better than the one i was blessed with.
i payed a company to assist with my home, boy did that back fire on me they said that they would save my home and get me a new loan, i payed them the rest of the money we had, $4800. they turned out to be a scam. i always read about people who get scammed and i always said, "idiots" well noe here i am. what goes around comes around. and boy did it ever.
i am 22 years old and i am surrounded by debt. i dont have that much time, is there anything i can do? im having illegal thoughts that i know im capable of, but surley dont wanna to that. please someone help me to through this very rough time.
Pray, If you aren't a member of a church i suggest you find one and talk to the pastor or priest, maybe he will know some way to help.

Whilst I do not doubt that there is someone on this forum who can help you, I suggest that you seek professional help. As stated above, speak to a preist or someone who works for your Local Authority (or Council or whatever they are called over in America).
Are there any charities that operate in the area that can assist?
I understand that this is an outlet for you and that you can open up here, but I think there are better suited people, than a collection of phone geeks. Please don't take this the wrong way, I am concerned and would like nothing more than to hear that you are back on track.

There’s this guy at work and nearly every time he e-mails me, he CC’s my supervisor.
It’s really annoying because that leads to my supervisor getting involved in things that really are none of his concern.
My supervisor is already a micromanager and very reactionary (always assumes that if he's being asked about something that someone's not doing their job)
Also the guy who's doing this is one of those people who loves to get involved in other people's projects and pretend to be a part of them, so that leads to people going to him for status updates instead of me.
Any advice on getting him to stop in a diplomatic way without it pissing them off or putting him in a position to want to "step it up" and get back at me?

Send him an e-mail that'll be very embarassing to CC all over the place.
Actually, these kind of people are quite dangerous, because they like to keep their backs covered. So be careful.
One thing I'd like to find out is, ultimately, what is the gripe? Is the CC annoying you, or the CC annoying your boss and then your boss annoys you? Finding out the root cause of a problem instead of treating the symptoms will be way better.

Y'know... I'd pay good money (ok, at least a buck or two) to see that.
Seriously, the dude's a loser and a trouble maker (as has been said up-thread). My advice would be to either completely cut him out of the process (death by starvation) or go further up the chain of command with materials and documentation and complain (death from above). Remember, there comes a point where the job isn't worth the hassle and frustration.
I had similar problem.
My boss is female. My colleague is male and trying to make his mark. I have one day every week when I work from a different office. He waits till I'm not around to ***** about me with her. I am more senior and better at the job. Even though she trusts me implicitly, it still annoys me that the guy is behaving like a little prick. He asks to have days off in the most busy times and only asks her when I'm not around; as if I would say no! I can cope with the work on my own and nobody asks him for anything if I'm around.
When he's done the *****ing thing 3 times I've blown my top with the two of them, collected some reports on all the works I've done and threatened to leave. They would/could not get anyone cheaper and with the same level of knowledge and control. The emails stopped and now, as long as he does not mess the work too much, I cannot care less what he does. I do my work and **** a snoot at the rest.

He is probably a sociopath. These people are all around us. They're completely functional and often successful. They're not psychopaths, they won't start killing people. But they have no regard for the feelings and troubles of others. They will lie, cheat, manipulate their way to the top by any means necessary. Thats who you're probably dealing with. (There was this GREAT article by a big name psychiatrist on workspace sociopaths on reddit a while back but I can't find it, sorry)
Now, I've learned through experience that these people exploit the **** out of "diplomacy". They take advantage of the fact that you don't want to make a big thing out of this, they KNOW you wan't to keep a low profile and they exploit that weakness to bully you. Dealing with bullies is easy. Just walk up to him and tell him to stop. Flat out, plain and simple stop. Let him know crystal clear that you know what he's doing and you want him to stop. No diplomacy.
You could also fight fire with fire.
This will have repercussions ofcourse. It might mean going into a stupid office politics "war" with the guy. So think about it and choose whats right for your particular situation. But keep in mind that these abuses tend to increase and it will get to a point that it will make your worklife miserable. Its best to deal with it early and make the ****er know that it will cost him to **** with you and he better go find someone else.
OR I could be wrong and the guy is just advocating for transparency in the company (Doubt it. He only CCs your boss, not others.)
I say find him after work and beat his ass. Then pretend nothing happened when you are at work.
Definitely an option. But be very careful cause its really ****ing illegal >_>
With personal experience the proper way to handle hostile problems is to report it to management and human resources. But keep in mind that you also have to work with these people to so cool down before you say something that makes you look like the ass.

I know these types of people all too well. Having dealt with some myself. these people are not top be trusted, they can't wait to pull the rug right under your feet. They want to get ahead by making you look bad. My advice to you is to speak with him directly and ask him why he is doing it and tell him it makes you feel uncomfortable. As he can't be trusted he may have moved to bcc your boss instead, so you should voiced your concern with your boss as well. You must cover your ass at all times with this guy. So document anything important concerning him and always answer his emails as if your boss may be in bcc and don't take any **** attempt from him to make you look bad especially via email and answer him to set the record straight, r this is party of documenting.

so I'm 14 and coloured and my whole Village and school is full of "white",
i mean i have many friends but my computer science teacher is such a b***h.
She bullying on me where ever she can's just like in this project she said to me i have to use all the basic html comands without div's and so on. But to my other "white" classmates she said that they can usw everythung she helps them and when the others are disturbing the teaching lessons everytime she yells at me. my whole class thinks that she hates me...
So how would you handle it?

you take away her power, dont try to handle it with her, go her supervisor, ie the rector and report her. Aslong as you and you classmates and her are involved she will have the power.
If you want to do however want to solve it between you and her, start by talk to her straight up about the situation. If she dont accknowledge or take you serious, then tell her that you are heading to the rectors office.
Dont be afraid to start some beef, if you keep ignoring stuff like this then I can assure you wil send a signal that it is okey to do it.

I already wanted to go there with my friends but she's a kind of teacher if you say something wrong she won't forget it, oh yeah and my nice headteacher -_-, 2 years ago i start to went to go in a laptop class i and my friend got a virus, where the systemadministraor said that was our own fault and i have to transfer 30 bucks to the bankaccount from the school, we done it already that that day bit one week later my headteacher came into the class took my laptop and heavily shouted at me so that i began start crying but he didn't stop he was contunine,
even my class teacher said that he was overacting, when i get home my dad calles the headmaster and said that whats he problem war after a quick talk my headteacher admit that he didn't look for along 3 weeks at his Bankaccount if the money was already there, so he just yelled at me without any information but my White friend didn't had any problems

Is the headteacher your rector? you need to talk to someone who can do something about it, ask your dad or anyone who maybe have time to join you in class, to let the teachers know that you are not alone in this. If it doesnt help then you bring media attention to it. Dont worry, your father seems like he can protect you no matter what.

In the US, we have superintendents over school districts. There should be something similar for you. Unless schools are privately owned and funded then you may have nobody to go to other than the headmaster.
If you were in the US, I'd have more advice to give. I just don't know how things work there.
Either way, you don't deserve it. Don't just sit back and take it. You need to stand up for yourself. I'm sorry this is happening to you, racism is something that no one should tolerate - regardless of race.
Take a sound recorder, keep recording until there's racism, when you've got enough evidence show it to your local council or someone in power, such as school governors and your parents

i mean there many guys who made racism jokes when i'm around or they have massivly prejudice, that many tiny things over the years that let you feel different... like the thing where my neighbours collected signatures cause our house is concealeing them their sun so they wanted us to move out.

The first question is how do you behave in class?
It is very easy as a teenager to feel that teachers are out to get you when their actions can be understandable.
We had someone in our class who messed around and was passive aggressive to the teachers. As far as he was concerned the teachers had it in for him, as far as they were concerned he was a troublesome child who took up too much of their time to the detriment of the other kids.
Now, just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.
Some teachers would target him and one tried to get him suspended. She was an art teacher and hated by most students, so one day they all lined up the stairs to the art room blocking the hand rail from her, she slipped. Rather than blame the kids who had caused the accident, she tried to have my friend suspended even though he was sat in the class nowhere near the stairs, behaving himself. She said because he was a disruptive child she was busy thinking what to do with him during the lesson so slipped on the stairs. Thankfully another teacher pointed out how stupid she was being.
Our head of year used to poke kids with the force of a punch, so if they complained it didn't sound that bad and would be ignored, imagine it, saying "he poked me really hard" it doesn't sound serious does it?
If you are genuinely always well behaved, never disrupt the class and are being unfairly harassed, then your parents must get involved and complain formally.
Who runs the school? In the UK most are run by the county council so a complaint can be made to them. Schools also often have governors; parents who help run and guide the school, if you have them get your parents to complain to them.

I have been engaged for several months now and I do everything for her - and I mean everything! From romantic dates, to helping her learn English (I create study plans), I treat her with love, respect and kindness, I am honest, I am faithful, I cook for her almost everyday day ...heck, I even rub her feet at night! I try to be the best man that I can.
She seemed like the perfect girl at first and showed me great character, personality and beauty - althogh some of my friends are skeptical and believe she may be using me for a Canadian citizenship (she is from Africa).
In the last two months, I have caught her erasing WhatsApp messages, SMS, call history, etc. I began periodically checking her phone and found that she was heavily into pornography (everyday - please have a mature mind), so I spoke to her about it - she downright lied to my face when I had asked her 5 times and now, she deletes her browser history regularly. I have always caught her deleting POF (plenty of fish) emails as they come in, but she claims she is inactive.
One night, when we were both laying in bed, she received a call from this guy at 23h30 (1130pm) while we were watching a romantic movie - she takes it. For the next 30 minutes, she spoke to him in her native tongue, laughed, smiled and I overheard the guy on the phone, who was talking in a deep flirtacious voice (most of you know what this means). I asked her to drop the call and she laughed at me and continued.
This is when I began to suspect she was cheating on me and perhaps that my friends were right all along.
I am using a GPS tracker on her phone (via Google Location History and Device Manager) and on several occasions, where she was supposed to be at work, the GPS reports shows her 5-7 minutes away from work in a hotel for 2-3 hours! I have all the data printed for a potential confrontation.
My question to you is how accurate is this GPS? It says 22-30 feet, but is it REALLY 22-30 feet? The GPS circle doesn't even range at her work area - could I be wrong or am I just in denial?
Can I perhaps PM someone screenshots of this to get a second/third look?
I am highly considering placing a spy Android app on her phone to get a second set of "proof" to end the engagement before I get burned. Please give me your advice and assistance as I don't want my marriage to be a sham and have my life completely destroyed. I have already given up a high paying job so we can be in proximity amongst other things - heck, I even plan to give up my dream of being a teacher because the university she was accepted to (the entire city) does not have my program - it's just too far and we all know how well long distance relationships work, right? ...I feel sick to my stomach right now.

Well, that's a lot of Information to cover. The thing I would be asking yourself is if you were vindicated could you cope with it? If she hasn't done a thing and you were wrong could you put your paranoia behind you? What's been happening here in my personal opinion is unhealthy for you at minimum and very damaging to your relationship. I'm concerned about how little you mention any positives about her. Even if you do get your answers has the damage already been done?
You should never have to give up your dreams for love.
As far as GPS is concerned it can be accurate to a few metres if conditions are optimal for example a clear unobstructed skyline and satellite above. Things can get distorted when buildings get involved, interference from other technology etc.

@Kareem83 Ohh man, I feel sorry for you. Not because of what she does, but because your suffering for not being able to let go of her. If there's any truths to all what you say, then there's only one way for you to be happy, drop her, like she's hot! And I say this, not because it is impossible to live with a person that have other interests, but because (1) you are not able to speak to each other about this, in an honest way, and (2) since you're even bringing this up here, it means you're really suffering from the idea that she could be with others.
Whoot! Giving up your job and dreams for a woman is just so wrong. It will never last, and it will not make either one of you happy, in the long run.
At this point you only have two options.
1) Let her go, and with that I mean get rid of her! Never fight with her when or before leaving, leave her as a proud man with good memories. Tell her you love her, but that you're just not her type.
2) Completely accept and embrace the fact that we live in a modern world where we as humans are more than capable to have multiple relationships and sexual partners, and still love each other. But from little psycho-analysis possible from your text above, this is not the right type of a relationship for you.

My question is about the MoMo Challenge.
Reason being- My 7 yr old daughter has seen it pop up 3 different x's. On seperate shows. And now....she cries and covers her ears and runs and hides anytime this stupid [email protected]$! Is brought up.
She wont sleep in her own bed (which is getting old! ), she wont go into a room if the lights are off, she no longer wants to watch YouTube ( which I'm actually happy about - but I wont say that to her!), but this jackass is earning a extra special place in my cold blooded heart.
The simple fact that -whoever this is- is going after kids- targeting little kids who have no idea whats going on and dont want to see mommy or daddy get hurt, makes me angry.
So the question is....why have they not found the maker of the videos. Is it really that hard to trace back to its source? I swear I seen a app for it!!! Any knowkedge would ve greatly appreciated !

So I heard the news say the same thing. I dont know how that's a hoax. A hoax is like what Orson Wells was able to achieve. The story aired as a radio news cut in (breaking news) on a regulary scheduled radio show.
This cut into a episode of Peppa Pig. And tells children ( ages 4-10) , how to correctly slice their wrists proper to achieve maximum damage. Another short disturbing interuption, telling jids to go to the medicine cabinet and swallow pills, also happened during a peppa pig short.
And what of the 3rd which happened during a completely different show? Telling kids that they should poison their parents. In each apparently they tell kids not say anything to anyone, cause if they did they would never see their parents again.
My understanding of a hoax, is to deceive a person, or group of people, whether as a joke, prank, fraud, deception to achieve a hysteria or frenzy. I'm from NJ ....the legend of the Jersey Devil , whether you do or dont believe in supernatural is considered to be a hoax, Bigfoot, loch Ness monster. Ive never heard of a hoax that gives specific instructions to kill yourself, no matter what age, or to hurt, harm, kill others....with a stipulation that if the rules arent followed other members of a family would be abducted, harmed, or killed.
When the mofia or Gangs do that.....its a federal crime. Conspiracy, manslaughter (murder wont stick because they arent personally doing the violent crime) as an accessory to the fact , and insighting a riot even (I'm not a lawyer but have my fair share of lawyers! My last question is it was mostly/ largely and to my knowledge only found on two shows...both of which were thru youtube kids. So kids who are 10 and under are the target of a "hoax"!?! It sounds a lot like bull**** to me!
I think the videos slipped passed or werent checked by you tube. They uploaded them. The videos emerge, kids get freaked out, parents talk, emails got sent, and to save their add for not doing what they said they do, found them- removed them...and came up with the ingenious idea of calling it a hoax because now no one can find the videos. My wife found one....its pretty creepy
And as the father of a.7 and a.2 year old. If my kids.did something to themselves becuase of it. I would do everyrhing I could to find that guy......
But my actual question for XDA is....because I know theres so many ppl here that know their stuff. I mean its the reasin I'm here....I want to learn from the ones who know- the ones who honed their skills, or their craft , to such a high level- in hopes that it rubs off- and I learn the way it works properly.
