Or is Zygisk stronger than Riru?
Zygisk can hook the zygote,Riru can do that too,As far as I know, Xposed is implemented through hook Zygote.
Does this mean that ROOT and Xposed are merged in future?

Isis root bypass won't work anymore is there an update coming
Hey everyone,
So I'm running a Galaxy S7, on exynos, I've rooted it with Magisk V16, and I've installed the modded Xposed Installer from topjohnwu. I've flashed the framework as well, directly from the Magisk Manager. However, immediately after flashing, my phone seems to take an EXTREMELY long time to boot, even if I flash the framework using TWRP. Is this normal?
Probably you ended up in a bootloop.
It may be a stupid question, but are you sure about the version you downloaded?
In magisk repo there are 8 versions of xposed, make sure you have choosen the right one.
In case of emergency uninstall magisk or simply flash magisk-mount in recovery and delete manually the xposed module folder.

The thing about using the Framework from topjohnwu is that he had discontinued this development quite a while ago.
Your best bet is, probably, to post this question within the following General Q&A Magisk Thread since you have their Manager as well.

Other alternatives to obtaining some member guidance/support is via the following Q&A thread that's specific to your device.

That's a great idea my friend. I will close this thread shortly, and move all posts to the already existing thread.
I noticed after topjohnwu joined Google, Magisk development has been brought to a standstill.

Is it time that Magisk gets forked since he's working on the Android security team and Magisk == "conflict of interest"?
No.
It hasnt been officially announced dead but last time he tweeted that google wouldnt allow him to continue working on it.
So consider it half-dead i guess.

I read that somewhere too, well after posting this forum thread.
I think we need to fork Magisk and continue from there.

Dear all,
I need your assistance. I installed a Magisk Canary version and then it messed up all. Now I cannot install Magisk, MagiskHide and cannot use my banking app.
It says Root access is not properly installed on this device while checking the Root via Root Checker Basic!
Regards
Have you tried downloading the stock ROM boot partition and patching it?
