I just received a software update I am on Att and I received another one a couple of weeks ago. Was wondering if anyone else received one? I don't know what the update was for. I am still on 8.0 also still on August security patch.
I had an issue with my note 8
I bought it from kuwait and i moved to Egypt
Every time i check for updates it tells me that i have the latest version despite iam still on android 8
Any help for this
The Pie Update for your device's region has probably not been released yet. Just be patient you should receive it soon.
It had reached my friend's note 8
This is the sad reality of Samsung's flagship phones. While Android Q is out for testing already on my Pixel 3XL, my Note 8 still sits on Oreo. I'm in US and no final Pie release yet.

I still haven't received 10.1 on my vog l09(p30 pro vodafone on .185) and unlocked handset

My P30 Pro is Three UK (branded but unlocked) and got the 10.1 update on June 4th.
My Mate 20 X 5G is on Vodafone (unbranded and unlocked) and the update for that was meant to be during June. I've tried swapping sim cards, and also using no sim via e-recovery and WiFi but the update hasn't arrived yet.
So I'm not sure if the particular network makes any difference.
I am sure of one thing though: Huawei suck at rolling out updates outside of China.
Hi, Any Zenfone 8 users from India on here?
Asus released Zenfone 8 in India under the moniker 8Z.
The Zenfone 8 I have was picked up from the US and it doesn't seem to connect to the 5g Networks provided by the carriers here.
So wanted to reach out to 8Z users to know if 5G works for them and what update version shows up for them in about device.
I'm on

Great to know we are on the same version, so there is hope If an update comes through i'll get it too.
I have Jio and yes I've seen Airtel's 5g Compatible list, it shows 8Z pending update.

Is there a way yet that works to take my T-Mobile variant (2217) and convert it to the Global version? I know this has been a touchy subject. I'm still on Android 12 with December security patch I just got a few days ago. Thanks
