Question Dragging notification bar lags sometimes - OnePlus 10 Pro

Hi, all.
I've had this device for about a month now, and haven't got the slightest clue why sometimes there is a small lag when dragging down the notification bar. This issue has been present the whole time I've had the device, and have found very few threads about it, but without a solution so far.
Device name: OnePlus 10 Pro 5G
Model: NE2213
Build number: NE2213_11_A.15
Kernel version: 5.10.66-android12-9-gc634142fd3d8-ab8094802
Window, transition & animator scales set to 0.5x

Problem with scaling in "Email" app

Hi. Recently I upgraded my ROM to AndroidParanoid, but due to being a n00b I can't post in a right section of the forum.
I am very happy about migrating from 2.3.7 to 4.04, everything works smooth. After couple of days I can point out only one bug. Writing an email in "Email" application is problematic because in vertical position I can't see full address of my email or any description of text-boxes below (title). It cuts left and right side of the screen and only middle part is displayed. When I go to horizontal position I can see full name of my email and title box, but then right side of the window is cut: I can see only an edge of appendix icon. This icon is not visible and accessible in vertical position AT ALL. Zooming by pinching doesn't work.
I was trying to play with scaling using all UI options and setting different values of DPI for user and system. No luck.
My LG:
+ full wipe before changing the ROM
+ some relevant information about my phone:
* build date: Sat Aug 4 17:20:48 PDT 2012
* kernel: 2.6.32.55-cyanogenmod
* baseband: 1035.21_20110725
If anything else is needed let me know.
Any suggestions?

Oreo with no animation in loading icon

Hi, folks,
I've just bought a Moto X4 (XT-1900-6), and before anything, it has updated to android oreo.
The thing is: none of apps that I've installed has that animation when is loading (that arrow circling). Looks like when it is running in the battery saver mode.
I'm note sure if the performance is being impacted or if it happened before the android updating.
Do you guys could help me? Do I need to give more information?
Thanks anyway, and sorry for my crappy english
Enable developer tab in settings and change animation scale to 1x or 0.5x. By default, Motorola disables animation scale.

Huawei P30 Pro camera: trouble using the exposure slider

EDIT: (solution)
The problem was (most likely) that I had all Animation scale = off (under Developer options).
Specifically, "Animator duration scale" must be set to a minimum of .5x for the exposure slider to work. The others can be left off.

Using P30 Pro with EMUI 10.
The exposure slider (in Photo mode) fails half the time. I tap on the sun icon and drag it up or down: sometimes it works as expected, and but frequently the exposure bar and numbers appear for a split second and vanish. I have to keep re-tapping the focus and trying the exposure again and again.
I've tried different ways of tapping, holding, and dragging it but doesn't seem to matter. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
I'm a new member and can't post URLs, but there's a short video on Imgur:

Anyone else have this problem? I haven't seen anything about it online and tons of people have this phone, so I wonder if it's related to the new EMUI 10 update (I don't know if it happens in EMUI 9).
Doesn't happen here on 10.0.0.173, but there is something even worse. When I click the shutter button the hole Ui disappears and I have to click the screen again to take a photo. Does that happen to you too?

Question Anyone notice frame drop in the One UI Home?

Since I got my S21U 3 months ago I noticed the One UI Home Apps where you swipe right and left in either the drawer or on the pages. The transition is not smooth like it should. it is not lag, it is like random frame drop happening while moving left and right through the UI icons. I didn't notice fps drops in the settings or normal scroll in apps.
It is just that weird random fps drop during animation icons transition in the main page/drawer.
I have tried everything possible, from full reset to manually disabling services by package disabler to monitoring the CPU/GPU usage and FPS to forcing fixed 120Hz and I couldn't find a fix.
I am using the G9980 Snapdragon version 512GB/16GB
I noticed it as well. Comes And goes randomly.
Had an A72 with OneUI 3.1 with the same issue as well.

Samsung galaxy s20fe notification panel stutter

Hey there!
After updating to Android 12, whenever I try to swipe the quick panel when there are quite a few notifications, the panel always stutters, there is considerable amout of drop in the refresh rate.
When I use 60Hz instead of 120hz, the problem does not show.
Does anyone know how to fix it?
This stutter has destroyed the one ui experience.
wait for the next update, many have mentioned this on other sites.
Let's hope they fix the issue
I had this issue when I disabled animations, as I do on any phone by default
