Took the ones I found from RN11 updates Telegram channel as well as others, I'll update this thread if I find more recoveries available. If you know more custom recoveries please do tell me so it can be included in this thread
How to use:
1. Reboot phone to fastboot mode
2. Connect your phone to your PC
3. On your PC, open command prompt
4. Type this command: Fasboot boot recovery.img (drag and drop the recovery file)
*For PBRP and SHRP you must flash TWRP first then flash the zip from there

Hi Alex Zander-kun,
Be sure to grab/search for the other recoveries in my post here... find the source. Can't remember where I found them now, but when did, I downloaded straight away so I had at least a copy, even if its old... so can find future ones.
But will be great to have ALL the Recoveries at top of thread, like your doing so it's easy to find...
Cheers, Lister

here are some.
Also mention which recoveries are official and unofficial.

Found an older PBRP version on Telegram, which I believe is the source. But it literally bricked my ROM after I fastboot boot it for whatever reason which made me wipe my data off thankfully it's nothing but mostly anime pics and photos I took are backed up with Google photos. The point is use the recoveries at your own risk, especially older ones. And be sure to back up your data every single modification you make
Going back to the topic already updated the thread, thanks for the help! Never knew SHRP and PBRP existed. Also, is it correct you have to flash it via TWRP first?

Thanks, already put dblenk9's TWRP as well as indicating all recoveries as official or unofficial. The funny thing is only the PE recovery is official recovery

Hi,
This TWRP 3.3.1-0 can not detect my SD-card (recovery.log). Your previous TWRP 3.3.1-0 that I got from you, mernurisha, can see the SD-card in the recovery mode.
Hello, I am asked to install the Image whether on the Boot or on the Recovery partition. Which one do I have to take?

Okay, done. And how to full wipe? Mean which partitions? Dalvik, System, Internal storage, Data, Cache? It is been a long time since my last installing
Arrghhh, I forgot to wipe now I got Error 7
Oh, I think the PixelExperience cannot be installed on the serranoveltxx (with the two x). I thought because danil's LineageOS 14 was running on my device
Do I have to reinstall the TWRP to an older version now?
Okay, I should have to reboot TWRP *facepalm* :silly:

thank you for your work and also thanks for providing a more recent build of lineageos 16
new twrp update
New synced TWRP source.
update for SD-Card not recognized
For people with external SD-card problem (ffox.pl, radiac1987, JFK1975) ...
Please test the last twrp and report if your SD-card is recognized in the TWRP.
Maybe I can fix this issue for next LineageOS and PixelExperience rom.

I confirm the TWRP works perfect. Even the error "/sbin/postrecoveryboot.sh process ended with ERROR: 1" disappeared. Thank you. Your latest ROMs still don't recognize my SD-card.

Okay. The last twrp recognizes your sd card, right?
For me it is important first, that the sd card is recognized in the last twrp.
Then I can do that for my next roms updates too.
I have installed CWM recovery and Cyanogen Serranolte android version 6 on my S4Mini
I saw that there is a Lineage OS16 version availabel for the S4 Mini. Tried to flash that with CWM recovery - that failed
So I try to download TWRP 3.3.1 via Odin3 version 3.1.3 over CWM - but Odin Download of TWRP (https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=297571 ) recovery.tar fails with size error

Extract the recovery.img from .tar and install it via older twrp as an img file. That's all.
The most frequently created copies are damaged. Their creations take up to 30 minutes. This happens when the default digest option is enabled. After switching off digest the process is saved in 4 minutes.

Best twrp for official miui 12.0.2 Android 10

Hi all, today i bought redmi k20 pro (Indian). Bootloader unlocked.
Now, i want to flash twrp but i don't know which one is best? Official or unofficial? And which version?
I don't want custom rom. Need only rooted official miui rom.
Also want to pass safetynet. As of now, not rooted.
Thanks
My K20 pro will reach to me by 2-3 days and I too want to know which version of TWRP is the most stable for this device. The only difference is, I am planning to unlock the BL and flash EvoX or PE as soon as I get my hands on the device. I will try to find out the most stable TWRP for MIUI 12. If I find the answer, I will post here. Thank you.
Update: The official TWRP is the one developed/maintained by @mauronofrio
Link: https://eu.dl.twrp.me/raphael/twrp-3.4.0-1-raphael.img.html (TWRP 3.4.0-1)
You can also use https://eu.dl.twrp.me/raphael/twrp-3.4.0-0-raphael.img.html (TWRP 3.4.0-0)
You can use any of the two on MIUI 12.
For miui, go for orangefox 11, has ota support

Decryption is supported on Android 10 based ROMs I believe. Not sure about Android 11 though. You can ask the developer here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/k20-pro/development/recovery-unofficial-twrp-xiaomi-redmi-t3944363
you can use mauronofroi'twrp, then go to latest ofox.
use my guide if you like https://forum.xda-developers.com/k20-pro/how-to/simple-beginners-guide-to-raphaelin-t4020543
and yes android 11 has dfe support and working magisk
The best "TWRP" is the OrangeFox Recovery, because its based on TWRP, but have many feature, what not contained in TWRP.
Decrypt/encrypt support, theme support, OTA support, force disable stock recovery, so you won't has problem and you will have many customization option.
1. Unzip the zip file what you downloaded through OrangeFox's xda thread and copy the img - which is in the unzipped file - to the adb directory.
2. Remember the name of the .img, because you will write this in the command
3. Follow any instruction which is write down recovery install with adb method
4. When you will write the last command, change the end recovery.img for your download file's name.
Should looks like this, for example:
./fastboot flash recovery orangefox.img
5. Reboot to OrangeFox Recovery, the recovery will automatically reboot again and it will installed.
6. Ready to use when booted up.

Question Where do I find TWRP for the Redmi Note 11 and how do I flash it?

As the title says. I managed to unlock the bootloader but now I need to install TWRP to install magisk, right? How do I get around doing that? There are some shady downloads on the internet but on twrp.me there is nothing for the phone. What do I do? Thanks in advance!
the device does not have official TWRP, the others available on telegram group do work fine
Thank you, but what telegram group? Could you forward me a link to it or something?

I am in the same situation,
ie. I have a Note 11 Pro without NFC
[Phone code: SPES ]
• bootloader unlocked from Xiaomi (after 7+ days waiting)
• running MIUI Global 13.0.15 [ RGCMIXM ] , Android v 11 RKQ1.211001.001
I have following TWRP
- twrp-3.6.2-12.1-21.06.22
- twrp-3.6.2_12-0-spes-Jabiyeff
and I tried to flash TWRP in fastboot (below), but it always fails and does not work
Code:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
I'm used to flashing TWRP and ROMs, but it's been a while since I touched a Xiaomi device,
so I am wondering is there anything different that I need to do ?
also, any 'new methods' for flashing Magisk ?
( and passing SafetyNet )
I am typing this on my custom ROM. I did not flash through fastboot. I booted to the twrp img with it though (fastboot boot twrp.img if i remember correctly.) and, well, i flashed from the option inside twrp

so, you flashed TWRP recovery, by booting the TWRP from your PC ?
OK... I can try that.
exactly. i connected with adb and checked with adb devices, then pushed the twrp image to the phone and booted off of it through fastboot. if it works booting off of the img it's pretty safe to flash
To flash a custom recovery on Spes, you need to first run the following command in fastboot on the pc:
fastboot boot XXX.img (this is the name of twrp/ofox/Shrp image)
then inside the recovery, you must go to advanced and select the option flash this twrp, with that the recovery is installed by default. But remember that every time you install a new rom, the recovery will change, so you should flash twrp every time you finish installing a new rom.

This is actually pretty tricky. I found 5 different recoveries for spes/n:
OrangeFox-R11.1_A12.1-Unofficial-spes.img
twrp_v.3.6.2_11_spes-2022.08.14.img
twrp-3.6.2_12-0-spes-Jabiyeff.img
twrp-3.7.0_12-0-spes-dblenk9.img
and the one and only working one:
twrp_3.6.1-spes.img (google it), my SHA256 is: 27335ab466fadb458e090bce098b3bc9302b2876d0faf392371a23bf6fe902c
Only with this last one I was able to successfully decrypt my existing (PIN protected!) data partition of the following ROM I currently use: MIUI Global 13.0.13.0 (RGKEUXM)
I hope this helps anybody.
Also I just installed Magisk 25.2 zip via this TWRP version and its working like a charme.
Edit: Flash TWRP via fastboot with the following fastboot command:
"fastboot boot twrp.img"
twrp.img is the name of your twrp file.. this will boot up this TWRP and You can directly check if You can decrypt ur existing data partition.. if You succeed then go to Advanced and click on "Flash current TWRP"

Both the TWRP 3.6.2-12.1 and TWRP 3.7.0_12-0-spes works on my phone (SPES Global)
I am on android 12 version of MIUI 13. In fact I used the TWRP 3.7 to flash MIUI13.EU 13.0.5 A12 ROM and it works.
The two versions above can decrypt my phone without any problem. MTP also works in recovery mode.
Your phone is using Android 11. Probably that's the reason the TWRP versions I've mentioned above does not work for you.
I tend to agree with NeoSDAP.

[GUIDE] [RMX1901] Unbrick & Install Android 13 Custom ROM

The guide is for a Chinese version of the phone. But might give you an idea for the global version.
History:
I was on the latest official ROM. But I was already unlocked the boot. Then I tried to install a custom ROM and failed. Because TWRP for RMX1901 seems doesn't work with UI1 Realme X OS.
I was going to boot loop and tried many instructions and old ROMS etc.
I downloaded many old .ofp and .ozip ROMs from the internet and many sources.
But all of them with MSMDownTool.exe that asking a username and password.
I lost 3-4 days for this process.
I found and tried the following useful open-source tools:
https://github.com/bkerler/oppo_decrypt
https://github.com/bkerler/oppo_ozip_decrypt
https://github.com/italorecife/OppoRealme-OFP-Flash
But did not have success. Although I found some knowledge about my phone.
Here are some useful links that I found:
- Realme X ROM version information:
https://t.me/s/RealmeUpdatesTracker?q=RMX1901
- Realme X ROM downloads:
https://realmeupdater.com/downloads/archive/RMX1901/
How to Unbrick:
1. Download [Recovery][11.1_6][RMX1901] Unofficial Orangefox for Realme x
Then extract zip and flash recovery.img with fastboot.
To enter to fastboot push-down volume down (-) key continuously and turn on the phone.
Code:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Then change mode with volume keys and select Recovery mode and click the power button.
Then it should enter to OrangeFox.
If it does not work then try to flash Vbmeta.
In fastboot type:
Code:
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
Then might fix the issue.
2. When you entered to OrangeFox recovery successfully then copy the full OrangeFox .zip file to the phone with MPM and install again it with OrangeFox. The device will automatically reboot into OrangeFox recovery after installation.
3. Now you can copy and install ROMS.
I installed ROMS in the following order. But you might not reboot between them.
a) RMX1901CN_flashable_A17.zip (It might be possible to use the official stock ROM file with version RMX1901_11.A.17)
b) RMX1901_11_OTA_1120_all_5fcT8erEU2dx.ozip
c) RMX1901_11_OTA_1190_all_EyyIUd8KYxPI.ozip
(If you want to use a phone with stock ROM then stop here and install the latest stock ROM. But I didn't try.)
e) Reinstall OrangeFox .zip (Because it's replaced when installed stock ROMS in previous steps)
Installation of [ROM][13] RiceDroid 6.0 IceCream for Realme X [UNOFFICIAL][RMX1901]
f) Wipe system, vendor, data, cache, and Dalvik
g) Install ROM: https://sourceforge.net/projects/rm...-22092315-COMMUNITY-AOSP-RMX1901.zip/download
h) Install modified GAPPS: https://sourceforge.net/projects/rm...ps-omni-arm64-13-20220908-signed.zip/download
i) Install Device Personalization Add on: https://sourceforge.net/projects/ni...lizationServices-20220908-signed.zip/download (You can skip it but required for some stuff like App suggestions)
j) Reboot to recovery
k) Format data
l) Reboot and voila!
Good information for me. Mine is also chinese varient on Android 11 with RUI 2.0, how can I unlock the bootloader. I found the method to unlock bootloader on Android 10 with RUI 1.0 only. I did try to roll back but it didn't work.

I don't know much about RUI2.0. Rollback to RUI 1.0 and then you might can unlock the bootloader:
Download the file below and flash it from the file manager or stock recovery...
N.B= Backup your data because all will be deleted after flash.
For Chinese Variant Download: https://drive.google.com/uc?id=1uDgrAVhGeJSoAmsRu1-jcZkW1WktWqIY&export=download

PS: There are plenty of Telegram groups you might be interested. Please search by name Realme X etc.
Thanks so much for your help. I could rollback from file you gave and already unlocked the bootloader.

[Recovery][TWRP 3.7.0][Unofficial][Mi 10T/Pro]

Please note that it is not mine if you are here, it means you know what you are doing and are solely responsible for what you are doing.
I see some users can't find twrp for this device and some links are broken. So I share here the last unofficial twrp developed by skkk. All credits and thanks goes to him.
If you have no recovery yet and you are not rooted, you need to use the usual adb commands: fastboot boot <twrp.img>
If you're rooted, you can use the official twrp app[https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=me.twrp.twrpapp ] Grant him root rights and flash the twrp image or flash directly from recovery for an update...

thanks for sharing and caring for us user of mi 10t/pro
If you have problem with data decryption please use this version twrp (credit to lilydess) and Flash DFE after your ROM.
Although it's version 3.6.2 seems to work better especially on A13 which has even more restrictions than A12.
Note : Unzip this file you will have Twrp.img+DFE.zip

where i can get lilydess twrp? (edit: i mean, from where did you get it?) i cant find it
edit2: it can rly decrypt storage, right? so i can use it without dfe and just write pin into twrp (or remove pin before rebooting to twrp)

on telegram.
It depends on the ROM so yes in some cases no need for DFE flash if the ROM does not force encryption.
Yes you can boot to twrp with lock enabled.

I only use twrp ask pixel dev experience.
Anyway some recommend the use of their recovery even if it works with twrp this is due to the fact that there is no official twrp for Apollo.
indeed even if twrp cannot access internal data we can always use adb sideload or usb otg to flash what you want, the only problem in this case will be to access to data/adb/modules in case of bootloop and no twrp backup.
So bootloops caused by magisk module are solved how? By formatting everything?

I dont want to annoy you any more... Is there any guide for this? (how to work with this kind of twrp?). I'm lowkey confused by the fact i can flash from otg but at the same time i can not view storage. ( i managed to destroy system once i tried to flash somethin so i started using DFE.zip but now i need encryption for work app...)
i used to know how it works but i forgot. Thanks for help 🫡
