Question Stress Tracking Complication Not Tracking - Samsung Galaxy Watch 5

So my son and I both got the SGW5 recently and the watch face we have is the same. His stress tracking works but mine does not. I've done troubleshooting but thought maybe someone has dealt with this and found the answer already. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Never use or call CyberDefender

Had a fraudulent charge on my account, have been calling since 9/29 trying to handle the issue with no prevail. They hardly understand what you say, have to put you on hold for every question you ask, and refuse to transfer you to anybody.
Just a friendly heads up and my way of venting.
Anybody else have this problem???
Just searching "cyberdefender" does not reveal any positive results at all. Is this something you signed up for? And were they the ones that did the charge? If so how did they get your info?
good day.

No until the charge was noticed i had no clue they even existed. We actually found out yesterday that someone signed up last year, and it auto renewed due to nobody cancelling.
I'm still wondering why it took 3 people, 20+ phone calls, and 6 days to find this out. Oh well case closed

[Q] "Broken" NCs on eBay?

Hey guys,
Thinking about pulling the trigger on a NC, but I don't want to pay $200-$300 as I already have a Nexus S and a Nexus 1. The NC is planned to be used for light Internet browsing. I found two "broken" NCs on eBay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/160605400390 (Edit: Description for this one says "Lines on screen")
http://cgi.ebay.com/160605383436
The listing are ending soon, but I'm afraid to pull the trigger. I dunno what could cause these units to be broken besides:
1) Battery drain/issues
2) Water damage
3) Main component damage
3.1) Video issues (added)
The XDA part of my brain is telling me that the guy is selling it because of a bad flash but...if he's smart enough to flash, he's smart enough to read XDA and fix it. Plus, I hear NCs are pretty much unbrickable.
So, what do you think? Has anyone encountered things like this before? Should I pull the trigger?
Thanks!
Why don't you ask him what is not working? NC is unbrickable (software talking) but probably they have hardware problems.
I shot the seller a question before I posted this topic, but the NCs don't look damaged. (from the outside anyway) Just figured I'd poke my head in and ask around. I'll await a response and let you all know.
See edit above on the OP.
Have you ever bought a broken used car? And the guys says "O.. only this and that is broken" then you find out its even worse then what he said. And your no mechanic. Just my two cents I've made those kind of mistakes before... its not worth it. Especially if your no "mechanic".

Not worth it!!!
The seller didn't respond to my question so I didn't bid. I wasn't planning on bidding until s/he answered my question.

I bought a broken one off eBay for a project that didn't really need the screen to work. Outside of the fact that it looked like a wolverine went crazy on the back and corners, the screen looked ok when turned off. But when you turn it on, the screen goes all white except for a few lines across the middle that appear to be displaying the UI.
Not a problem for me, but you might want to pass on these.

Already did. How'd your project go with the other NC?

Bought Counterfeit Note 5 on Craigslist - Anything I can do?

So I'm feeling pretty crappy right now. I bought what I thought was a Note 5 but seems to just be a good copy with idk what kind of internals. The processor is a exynos 5410? Anyways so I figured it out a little while after the guy had left when I noticed how bad the S Pen seemed to write though I never had a note before. The phone also seemed a little laggier than I would have expected which also made me suspicious. I should have noticed at the moment when I was checking it out but I was in a bit of rush and distracted. Welp, I won't be making that mistake again.
When I called him first it went to voicemail and then afterwards it was disconnected. I managed to track down the guy and find his facebook, real phone, and address. Is there anything I can do to go about getting my money back? Should I file a police report or something? Anybody ever get their money back in this kind of situation?

Well....your first problem was to buy a phone via Craiglist, but don't want to beat a dead horse here.
I would file a police report but I highly doubt it's gonna take you anywhere.
The other option is to mail a registered letter to this guy's house explaining the situation and telling him that you want your money back before you proceed to the small claim court...once again, how much time and resources are you willing to invest. And then, maybe this clown will claim that was did not know about the phone authenticity which in part it's your fault for not inspecting the phone thoroughly before paying the guy.
Hopefully this suggestions will help you.

Called for a Pizza and man knew where I was as soon as he picked up the phone?

Hello.
We decided we was going to have a pizza last night anyway I rang the pizza shop and the guy answeredand said Hello No 1 Gxxxxce Street do you require delivery? Now this just shocked me Iv never heard this before and apparently this guy was not supposed to say that on the phone becausee someone else came on and said sorry that was a new employee who did not know the system.. So I just said how do you know where I was phoning from?
He said its something to do with this computer software we have installed. I said yes I can appeciate that but I did not phone from my BT phone I called from my mobile. And a bit cageee he said I dont know how it works just that it does..
So I just got to thinking how he knew it and what software is there out there that is telling them this sort of information. I understand that yes they have to be sure they are taking orders from the right place for delivery but its just a bit funny doing it with mobile as I can see that it is done either by where the mobile is regersed to or by gps in which case you dont know who what or when you are being tracked by do you?
I just wondered if anyone else had come accross anything like this at all?. To me it seems as Big Brother has just got bigger?

Or you've ordered from there before and they have your details recorded.
Woah!
To me it sounds like some "Person of Interest" stuff, Samaritan is watching you.

That's more likely.
And that's why I stopped ordering food from big fast-food restaurants, better order from small local cafes or even make own pizza with a simple oven like this. I've been considering a transition to homemade food only. This should be more healthy. Now I have plenty of time for practice.

Unresponsive screen, completely.

What's up everyone? Has anyone experienced an issue where the phone's entire display becomes unusable? I've had the phone since the day it came out (March 6 in my case) and last night (3/30) my screen became unresponsive. I had not taken any damage from drops etc. I have the tmobile variant and am on the most current firmware. I factory reset it and it started working. Installed Gboard, nova launcher and chase banking app. I find it hard to believe any of those apps could be causing issues, but its possible?
I have experience this issue twice after that. 3 times total.
I left Samsung on the S6 and came back for the 10 Plus. Sucks that this is happening. I have done research but not much comes up with people's experiences. Any Samsung enthusiast out there, I call upon you for some help lol
Chase is def not responsible, don't use the other two. In the event this is a hardware defect Samsung offers free repairs. Those fortunate enough to live near walk-in facilities needn't wait long, just a few hours for repairs. Ubreak is their partner in the US so that's another route to consider. Also, diagnostics are free.
Maybe T Mobile can exchange it, but I haven't bought a carrier phone since the SK.
Dude ! your not the only one ? it's also happening to me. I thought maybe it was the app, but I think it's the software smh. they need to fix this asap this makes no sense Samsung !
I think we need an update to fix that.

Are you on the TMobile variant? If so did you update to the firmware they released a week later launch?
I'm going to go to the later and see what they can tell me. I woke up this morning and the phone was again unresponsive. Switched to another phone and an hour later the gs10 is working. I don't know how I'll be about to get the rep to buy my story except to be adamant about the issue. ??*

UbreakIfix?? Ill have to look into that. I called Samsung support this morning and to no surprise I got no useful help. She did say this issue is a growing one. Im not first to call she said.
