mmcblk0 file request - Moto G5S Plus Questions & Answers

Hi guys,
Follow up about an issue from 2 years ago (see original post here), as I stumbled in the phone in the back of the closet and thought to try to bring it back to life.
Any chance that anyone can share here a mmcblk0 for G5S plus somehow?
Thank you in advance!

Is that file simply a full image of the emmc? If you confirm me I can try to share you this file.
but have you tried flashing using RSD TOOL or Fastboot or Rescue and Smart Assistant from Motorola?
Or your device is completely dead or bricked

[Q] Hard bricked Lenovo K3 Note - MT6752

Hello, I've tried to flash my Lenovo K3 note with SP Flash Tool, firmware from needrom.
It was not working and I've accidentally clicked on format whole flash and now my phone is rebooting in loop and getting only TOOL DL image fail.
Please advice some hard bricked recovery for this situation. Thanks.
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. There is not much information about your device on XDA. But I did find this which has a guide on how to return your device to stock, http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/ufficial-thread-lenovo-k3-note-t3102997 See if it helps and you ask further questions in that thread.
Solved
Thanks for answer. I was able to solve it by following steps from:

Glad you got it fixed I'll close this thread now.

Moto G 2nd Gen ( XT1068) hard bricked: neither turning on, nor opened by blankflash

One morning i restarted my phone( Moto G 2nd gen.) with Android Marshmallow because it went slow, but after that it restarted in fastboot mode when i pressed the power on button. Normal startup or recovery were also not working.
I checked this forum, then unlocked the bootloader and downgraded to Android 4.4.4 . My phone operated well, then at night it started asking for lollipop update again and again, i allowed for OTA update (that was my biggest mistake), and after downloading the data and during update, my phone went off and didn't start again.
Although the indicator light glows solid for sometime when connected to wall charger or to PC via USB cable.
I have tried blankflash, ADB and fastboot utility, Volume down + Power combination, pressing power button for over 120 seconds, but all in vain.....
Please suggest me a way to solve this problems, i have important data in my phone and i want to save those too.
Welcome to the hardbrick club ^^
They all did the same mistake like you did. When you go throught the motoG Threads you will see all did the same.
The only solution is a clean flash what is not given from motorola for moto g2. The only existing is for moto g what did not work for our phones
Feel blessed, you don't have to use moto g anymore.

I tried with blankflash which supports android 4.4 but not 5.0, so it must be a requiring MBM-CI 5.0 ? is it available or any expected month of arrival?

. I wish I could say it was, but unfortunately Motorola won't release this file. There have been some serious attempts to solve this problem but none have succeeded.. As far as I know the only way to fix this problem is by getting a new motherboard..
Hellow

if you from another region then need to wait for blank flash zip
There are some methods to extract the partition layouts...one can be using dd cloning & extracting img files...another can be through B2bSupportLg Tool, also calleld BoardDiag. It does have MSM8226 chipset option, but that device is W7 G2MDS. Take a working Moto G 2014 from someone, ask them to use this tool to extract the partition schemes, then you'll get .mbn files, especially prog_emmc_filehorse_msm8226.mbn . Use that to dump into the bricked device using either QFIL Tool or use this blankflash tool, replace it's singleimage files with the one you got, then execute blank-flash.bat.
Also I had some emmc prog firehorse files, all 4 related to 8x26...You can try those & confirm me if they work or not

Hi and a very pleasant day. I know this thread may be dated but it's still relevant due to the fact that a lot of users like my self is still facing this problem in 2018. I have an LG G4 LS991 that I have mistakenly downgraded *not knowing the file flashed would be lower version* anyways, I was able to read full flash and have the firmware extracted and saved. The firmware version is "ZVI" which is the latest.
Moreover, I have read in forums where you can do a direct emmc boot repair via sd card. Only thing you wil need is the systemImage.bin file. If you know how to get this or can provide me with some information on how I can etract it for use, then I would happily oblige. email me [email protected]

Motorola Moto X Hard bricked (QDLOADER 9008)

Hi all,
I had recently gotten a moto X (XT1060 Verizon Variant) from a friend who said that it had died during a software update and it never came back. I have tried to bring it back via the HOW TO (resurrecting a bricked moto X) thread on here with no luck, now I was wondering If there was anyone out there who still has this device and is willing to upload a rawprogram0.xml and patch0.xml, or at least direct me to a site that possibly has them, so I could try and bring it back through the qualcomm flash image loader. If anyone already has these files, please let me know!
Thanks!!

moto g7 bootloader repair corrupted

I need help with my corrupted moto g7 bootloader. I need someone who has the file mmcblk0.img to help me, because it would be the only way to try to recover my moto g7.JA I tried several options here on the forum, but my case would be a little different, unlocking the bootloader then I tried to root and corrupted everything, I'm a little bad at it and ended up doing nonsense. Now my moto g7 doesn't turn on, there is no charging and nothing appears on the screen, it doesn't connect normal usb so qualcomm 9008, it doesn't run adb, it doesn't recognize rsd .. . Could someone please help me ... The only option I saw would be a mmcblk0 file for the moto g7 to try to boot from memory card, because it was the only way I haven't tried it and unfortunately with my smatphone without working I can't extract it mmcblk0.img. Wait with a good heart to help me?
How did you find the info about needing this file? I've been searching around for several years... (not for the phone or any Motorola phone I am referring to).
