I've successfully screwed up my boot logo trying the changer in Rom toolbox. It didn't list bionic as an option when i selected my device so i chose the closest alternative i knew and tried it. Installed a theme and all it did was distort my stock Motorola logo.
Anyone know where i can get the original , or better yet, a custom that works ?

How can I install boot animation from different ROM ?
Do you have the bootanimation.zip? Also which Rom are you taking the animation from and which Rom are you applying it to?
Sent from my Incredible S using xda premium
You need meaningful thread topics!
Put the bootanimation.zip out of your rom into your /data/local directory. That's all.

You have to extract the boot image for that. It can be done by using dsixda kitchen. There are different guides for that

Extract "boot.img" using dsixda kitchen.
In that "beni.rle" is ur boot image..
Get an image u want to set as boot image (first picture)..
Make ur image (png-240*320). Then convert it to .rle. Then replace d beni.rle with your one. Then recompile it back..

Thanks a lot!
Very easy way to install this if you dont know what you are doing is to get the toolkit for the s5 here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2786944
download the bootanimation zip
place it into the \KoolKit\KoolKit\media folder then run the script
reboot your phone and it should work
you can also take any music file you want
convert it to .ogg ( free online services do this for you)
and then rename it to PowerOn.ogg and place it into your phone /device/system/media/audio/ui once there set it to
> R R E
O X X X
G X X X
O X
and test it it should play, then reboot your phone for the new sound
here is the one I use

Enjoy
Love it thanks!
Thanks.

Nobody know how to solve it?
