A new camera app version 5.0 with Lecia features, colour correction, and huge improvements has been released yesterday for mi 12+++ and not compatible with MI11U.
Anyone got any idea how to make it work? I am fairly confident it will a good improvement compared to original app.
It was already ported for Mi 11 Ultra, it's paid app.

4.5 is for all devices without Leica support, 5.0 for only Leica supported devices. you mixing up and did not do a full research

I don't think our version has been updated since the end of April, which is strange cos the OP7 series should be the first that gets Android Q when they actually release it.

Tried Hydrogen OS 2nd Edition of Android Q Beta from the above link, much better than OnePlus7Pro_13.W.01_OTA_001_all_1904301405_wipe_deabd74275e0432d but still not stable for daily driver.

Very likely actually, I can't guarantee stability thought.
you can use the GSI but will need patches for this device.

I wonder why we are not seeing post about this? Can someone help me how to port or start a working GSI for OOS? or lead me where to start learning making a new rom from scratch?
Would using OxygenOS solve the problem with the call recording issue in the EU and could we use this workaround for it as well? https://forum.xda-developers.com/k20...2#post80155181 (see the OnePlus solution!! Maybe we can replicate that for the 9T Pro?)

and some crashed while the others give off strange color hues. I wouldn't mind the video not working but I crave the GCam camera. Stock cam software is just not nearly as good, unfortunately, despite it being marketed as a camera/photo-centric phone.
