Hello everyone. Last year (approximately in the summer), I had my Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro's battery replaced at a mobile repair shop with good reviews. Within a few days, I returned to the shop as the new battery was performing quite poorly (even worse than my old battery). The technician then installed another battery from a different model/manufacturer. Since then, I've been having issues with the remaining battery percentage, first with MIUI, then with Pixel Extended, and now with Evolution X. As you can see in the images, the battery sensor is not functioning correctly. During the day, it shows less battery than there actually is, and when it reaches 1%, it can stay at that percentage for hours or even display a negative current battery capacity in mAh (!!!!!!!!!). I don't know what to do to recalibrate the battery. Last week, I installed Evolution X, performing a wipe data and wipe cache (thinking it might fix the problems), but it's still the same. Is the battery defective? Is it the sensor? How can I solve this? Thank you very much.

the only way to fix this is to use a battery that was designed for this phone, using another battery is likely to report incorrect information

Th3m3
Can it charge additional battery and device at the same time? How long time the extended capacity battery (2800 mAh) is charged?

You mean the OE one with the 6700 actually worked? I could never get it to charge the second battery no matter how many times I re-seated the second battery in the slot.

What do you mean? DOES IT NOT CHARGE THE SECND BATTERY!!?
won't charge if you use the unit with an extended battery. I have one and i use it to charge "normal" battery but won't charge if you have the extended battery in your phone. Been looking for one of those as well.

I'm new to this device and a little dismayed at the poor battery performance.
I don't consider myself a heavy user but find the battery is almost depleted after 8 hours of so, after being charged.
I can't find a SCREEN ON TIME in the settings so not sure how much screen time I'm getting.
I have received the September update, shortly after getting the phone.
Do any of the custom ROMs offer better battery life?
thanks
If you went into settings>battery it should be there

Doesn't seem so, all cores on the lowest frequency
So i just changed my ROM from android Pie to android 10+, the ROM is Pixel Experience
I have this issue where my phone charge so slow if i use then phone while charging, but it seems that it charge normally if i don't use the phone (it was different when i was still on Pie). From what i see that the maximum curr when i use the phone while charging is only 480mA (i cheked it with ampere and it stays on 480mA for a long time). I don't think 480mA is considered as "charging rapidly" but it says charging rapidly on my lockscreen. Is there any way to fix this? or to remove the limitation of 480mA? is it a bug or a new feature on android 10 which helps our battery life?

And another thing is the battery indicator on one of my game (toram online) shows that the battery still on 50%, yet on my status bar it says under 20%
had this bug after using havoc os 3.9 for a few months it persisted even after changing roms and installing vasrious versions of stock roms, after getting frustrated and feeling defeated i went to xiaomi service centres, they changed the charging sub-board and it dint help, after a motherboard replacement it started working fine again but it came back again and i just gave up on this phone , let me know if you find the solution
REDUCE BATTERY TEMPERATURE BELOW 38 % AND IT SHOULD BE 1000.
REDUCE IT BELOW 34 AND YOU CAN SEE 1500+.
For Me its showing 100-120 and charging slowly although charger is charging above 1500 for other devices at home (mia1)
Anyone who bought a new (3rd party) battery and made good experiences? After 3 years of use my battery has lost around 30% capacity so it's not complete garbage yet and any replacement would need to be new and high quality to be worth the hassle.
AliExpress would be the easiest but is usually also the least reliable.

I'm more interested where to get either of those two batteries in europe and for how much !
All of them look like pouch cells. The biggest problem i see is that if both pouches have the same maximum voltage (not nominal), since overcharging lithium cells can be combustible.
Hi!
I have a problem with my phone. It discharges by 50% overnight. I changed the battery, reset to factory settings. Nothing’s changed. The phone does the same with the old original battery, and with the new Chinese one, before resetting to factory settings, and after.
In order to find the source of battery drain, I’ve installed the GSAM battery monitor app and gave it the necessary rights through adb. Also, I’ve done wipe cash partition.
Could you please help to understand the results of app monitoring? The screenshots show the monitoring results for the last 8 hours when the phone was locked. Please, explain what might cause battery drain?
Spoiler: screens

Make a note of the battery status. Turn off the phone completely. Turn on the phone after 12 hours and read the battery status.
Write the results here.

66% (Info from GSAM: 3.86V, 263mA) was yesterday, 13% after 12h (3.51V, -866 mA).
Interesting.
It seems that the phone's electronics have damage or there are current escapes through micro short circuits caused by dirt on the exposed PCB tracks.
The first thing you can do is blow the inside of the phone with compressed air and/or wash the surface with isopropyl alcohol and then dry it well.
