imate aku2 rom....god damn.......... - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario Software Upgrading

where is the a2dp support..............
i can't say anything else............

Niver2002, is this ROM available anywhere?

have you tried the newest one, 2.16.9.101? It was just uploaded by someone. Ihave installed it on my Cingular 8125 and it replaces everything. IPL/SPL, Radio, and maybe even Protocol rom versions. Unfortunately I don't have a stereo headset to try. But I did see on a post about the Universal (uses 420MHz XScale) couldn't play a video and use stereo bluetooth.
Currently it is in the upload/HTC-Wizard folder.

Lord Buckingham,
Check other threads; it's all over the board and iMates FTP/HTTP servers.
niver2002,
I was sure I read that iMate are doing a 2.0 ROM now to get DirectPush out the door as soon as possible (to keep MS and partners happy) and have stated that a 2.2 (Stereo BT profile) will follow in a few weeks. BT Stereo aside it looks like a solid enough ROM to use if you want DirectPush.

sorry for my politeless.
but when i use qtek testing rom,
i've try the a2dp and like it very much,
even there is some bug and noise come with the music.
i wait for the new version day and night,
all right now i got it.......and it makes me so disappointed.......
my new r35 is wasted either..........

Imate Rom BT Stack version

I am struggling to use my SonyEricsson HBH 35 Headset with my Tmobile MDAIII. But after a while the BT Stack stops working and I have to turn BT on and off to be able to use the headset again. Tmobile Service Line told me that they are aware of the problem and they will post a fix for that but no time frame was giving. Therefore I was wondering whether the latest Imate PDA2k Rom was having the same BT problems. Which version of BT stack is on this rom? Is it possible to copy the necessary files onto the MDA III and make it work with the never version?
PDA2K has the same issues with the BT Stack. In fcat it is just awful.

Hell, its worse than 'just awful'....
...The Bluetooth on the PDA2K is just downright unusable.....
...I am still holding my breath, praying to GOD they get a real fix out and not just a 'here ya go' patch with more problems in it......
BT version... MDA III new ROM
I would like to know which version of the BT you guys have = which is most current for MDA III. To verify this go to settings/connection/bluetooth an check in About .
I have heard some news that ROM 1.20 is being tested internally, and somebody promised me to provide it to me. I am really waiting.. as current one keeps turning on device every minute...
have a hcb-30 bluetooth carkit that worked great with my Qtek 2020, but i cannot seem to get it to work with my qtek 9090....it finds the qtek allright and pairs with it, but cannot connect....my bluetooth version is 1.0.0 build 2200...
hope they get a fix out soon...

You may tried that DON'T PAIR the HBH35, Afterwards, use a Bluetooth connection wizard to add it. This may be OK to add HBH35.
I don't know how those incompetent idiots could release the blueangel with such a obvious bluetooth problem, HOW CAN THEY NOT see it! the error messeges pops up so frequently.
Go for it, version 1.5
http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?p=65548#65548
I couldnt get 1.5 to work on my pda2k, cant overwrite certain files... how did you do it?
I didn't do it as i don't have a BT headset yet. because of these treads I'm waiting before i get the headset, gps, and keyboard for bluetooth

you don't have it yet and you are telling other people to go for it! i dont think it works for the pda2k
Did you read or post first?????????????????
As you can see Guest and firebird say it worked to some degree for them on the PDA2K (MDAIII). Since I didn't have a BT headset to try myself I thought I would help you by pointing you to someone who had.
Read posts before blasting back.

Subject: BlueTooth manually updated on PDA2k to 1.5.081
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=11729&highlight=widcomm
Since I didn't see in any thread about someone updating their PDA2k to the latest widcomm drivers... Just an FYI, I copied the files from the other thread onto my PDA2k. Seems to be working. Will test further to see if I'm still getting memory issues like before.
NOTE - I used Resco to copy the files over. There were several warnings that I was updating a file in ROM.. but I went ahead and did that anyway...figured I could hard reset the device if need be.
just a warning, the ROM files he was talking about overwriting, cannot be restored by doing a hard reset, it is permanent. if it messes up you will have to re-flash your pda with a new copy of the OS. that's what i had to do since i couldnt get it to work

Qtek 9090

Just got the Qtek 9090, with the latest ROM version, 1.22.00WWE, and the BT stinks.
Connection til JABRA 250, goes from good connection to zip, and it is not possible to use it.
Using Holux 230, same problem.
All in All the Bluetooth do not funktion and is not useable.
Hopefully there will be an update SOON I mean VERY SOON, as this product otherwise goes directly back to the reseller.
Qtek Bluetooth
I am no longer a guest, I want to follow what is going to happen to the mess about the bluetooth.

Help anyone?

I am running 1.40 ext Rom 1.40.147 (Cooked) and Radio 1.12.
I want to use my BA while I ride my bike the headphone volume is painfully low. Does anyone know if there is a way to get the volume up some notches. I tried Mamaich's sound patch for 1.33.51 just as a lark but it didn't really make a difference.
I suppose a set of blue tooth stereo headphones will have inbuilt amplification, but I thought there may be another way. Or is this something that can not be done with a software pacth, as I noticed my friend's Andes had the same lack of volume.
Also wondering if Mamaich's 1.33.51 cooked Rom is not on the FTP site anymore. Can anyone put the files back up so I can try them - as I am still having BT issues on 1.40.
Cheers
Russel

A2DP on Ivan's rom w Ramdisk

Is anyone able to use a BT stereo headset with the latest Ivan rom with ramdisk? I flashed it and installed the A2DP cab but even though it shows the service when pairing it doesnt allow you to set the headset as Wireless Stereo. Thanks
Need The CAB
@efjay...
Which CAB do you install to get the profile to show up?
Check this thread and grab the cab about 3 posts down... http://forum.xda-developers.com/viewtopic.php?t=48502
Cheers! Off to play with it now...
Seems Not...
Installed the CAB, paired my iTech headset, got the option to use the Wireless Stereo profile, ticked it, then went to the Paired devices and got the option for Handsfree only, no Stereo
Hopefully Logouts new AKU2.3 based ROM will include A2DP, or TuMa 1.5, once the baby arrives and he gets into a routine!
This cab will not work on ivans rom unless heavy patching is done, it is not compatible with msfp and aku2
Will any of them work?
Do you know of any A2DP CAB's which might work with this ROM, it's all that's not right with it for me... or even what patches/hacks are needed?
it needs to be an aku2 rom afaik, but if we can get bepe's fix working i should be able to upgrade it to 2.3 very soon

@Midget_1990
Goodluck! Waiting for the good news soon!
Yaantra
Hey guys,
I just finished installing the cab, Paired the device, also got the option to use hands free as well as Wireless stereo, checked it, but nothing much after that...
I guess the rest of you r in the same boat too?
Yaantra
don't try that cab, it is easy to build your own aku 2.3 rom read here
@xplode
building the rom is fine, it's kowing what to add for the A2DP profile to work which seems to have stumped us all... as above, even on the AKU2.3 ROMS we get the option for Wireless Stereo when pairing, but not when we try to set a profile!!
spkr4thdd, did you try the cab on your AKU 2.3 rom to see if it works then? And do you know if the AKU 2.3 rom is based on the original WM5 port by mamaich or the later Wizard ports?
yes, i tried the cab on all of the aku 2.3 roms so far, and a few of my own, however it's the old problem of getting the option to pair the device as hands free + wireless stereo, but when you try to activate a profile you only get the hands free option...
The source is not maimaichs old Wizard port it's a new dump provided by bepe on buzzdev... not sure where he got it from I recall a post a while before this one stating that the dump was available, and the source...

8125 AD2P

I have read, and read but I can't seem to find a place where I can download a ROM (or any other way) to get AD2P on my 8125. Please someone tell me where. Thanks
anyone out there have an answer?
I just bought the HT820 and all i can do is get the audio to go to the bluetooth headset via mono, and it is very very low quality.
Download latest WM6 cooked roms as they are prepared for it (at least i can hear stereo on my Sony)
MrCLean AKU2.3 does
I know WM5 roms aren't meant to do bluetooth stereo, but mine does. Been working nicely for sometime connecting to my belkin tunestage...
update: now working great on moto h820 headset
